Abstract
本发明公开了一种龟烂尾病的预防及养殖方法，包括1）修建养殖池，2）在放养稚龟前将稚龟进行消毒；3）每3-5天更换一次放养池池内的水，每次更换水之前抽取100毫升的池水检测池水内的嗜水气单胞菌、假单胞杆菌和水霉菌的数量；4）在嗜水气单胞菌、假单胞杆菌和水霉菌的数量将多的情况下将放养池内的水全部抽出，暴晒一天，先将龟晾干10-12个小时，并观察龟是否有皮肤损伤，再将龟移到消毒池内，进行消毒1-2个小时；5）在龟皮肤有损伤的情况下，消毒后对龟进行喷药，喷药后5-8个小时后放入放养池内，在放养池内撒土霉素每立方米水体10克。本发明养殖方法简单，容易操作，同时能够有效预防龟烂尾病的出现，能够给龟提供良好的生活环境。
