the user terminal sends an on-demand system information request message to the network side equipment, wherein the on-demand system information request message is used for requesting the on-demand system information required by the user terminal;
the user terminal obtains the system information on demand sent by the network side equipment according to the broadcast period information, and the method comprises the following steps:
the user terminal receives the on-demand system information response message sent by the network side equipment when the next on-demand system information broadcasting period arrives;
the on-demand system information response message includes a system information table index, and the user terminal obtains the on-demand system information sent by the network side device according to the broadcast cycle information, and further includes:
the user terminal searches the system information on demand corresponding to the system information table index from the stored system information table;
wherein the on-demand system information corresponding to the system information table index includes all or part of the on-demand system information required by the user terminal, or does not include the system information required by the user terminal.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the on-demand system information response message includes all or part of the on-demand system information required by the user terminal, or the on-demand system information response message does not include the system information required by the user terminal;
wherein, the on-demand system information response message further includes all or part of the on-demand system information required by other user terminals, or does not include the on-demand system information required by other user terminals.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the on-demand system information response message includes a system information table index, and the ue acquires the on-demand system information sent by the network side device according to the broadcast period information, further comprising:
the on-demand system information corresponding to the system information table index further includes all or part of on-demand system information required by other user terminals, or the on-demand system information corresponding to the system information table index does not include on-demand systems required by other user terminals.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the user terminal sending an on-demand system information request message to the network side device comprises:
if the user terminal only receives the broadcast cycle information, the user terminal sends a system information request message on demand to the network side equipment; or
If the broadcast indication information received by the user terminal indicates that the next on-demand system information broadcast period is reached and no on-demand system information broadcast is sent, the user terminal sends an on-demand system information request message to the network side equipment; or

13. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the user terminal acquires mapping relation information of an uplink signal and system information on demand;
the user terminal sends the system information request message according to the requirement to the network side equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the user terminal sends an uplink signal to the network side equipment, wherein the uplink signal has a mapping relation with the system information required by the user terminal according to the requirement.
