Abstract
The invention discloses a stator connecting structure of an outer rotor motor, which comprises an injection molding stator, wherein an enameled wire is wound on the injection molding stator, and the enameled wire is connected with a terminal connector fixed on the injection molding stator; the injection molding stator comprises an injection molding stator framework, wherein a positioning mechanism is arranged at the yoke part of the injection molding stator framework, and clamping grooves corresponding to the positioning mechanism are arranged at the tooth part of the injection molding stator framework; the terminal connector comprises a plastic outer box, wherein the inner side end of the plastic outer box is provided with a fixing mechanism matched with the positioning mechanism, and a first clamping projection matched with the clamping groove is arranged below the inner side end of the plastic outer box; the inner side end of the fixing mechanism is provided with a connecting sheet, and the enameled wire is wound on the connecting sheet. The invention not only facilitates the installation of the terminal box, but also has the characteristics of effectively fixing the terminal box and prolonging the service life of the motor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an outer rotor motor, in particular to a stator connecting structure of an outer rotor motor.
Background
The outer rotor plastic package motor is composed of plastic package stator and rotor. Therefore, the prior art has the problems that the terminal box is inconvenient to install, the terminal box is easy to deviate and the service life of the motor is short.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stator connecting structure of an external rotor motor. The invention not only facilitates the installation of the terminal box, but also has the characteristics of effectively fixing the terminal box and prolonging the service life of the motor.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the stator connecting structure of the external rotor motor comprises an injection molding stator, wherein an enameled wire is wound on the injection molding stator, and the enameled wire is connected with a terminal connector fixed on the injection molding stator; the injection molding stator comprises an injection molding stator framework, wherein a positioning mechanism is arranged at the yoke part of the injection molding stator framework, and clamping grooves corresponding to the positioning mechanism are arranged at the tooth part of the injection molding stator framework; the terminal connector comprises a plastic outer box, wherein the inner side end of the plastic outer box is provided with a fixing mechanism matched with the positioning mechanism, and a first clamping projection matched with the clamping groove is arranged below the inner side end of the plastic outer box; the inner side end of the fixing mechanism is provided with a connecting sheet.
In the stator connecting structure of the outer rotor motor, the yoke part of the injection molding stator framework is provided with an inner ring surface; the positioning mechanism comprises a group of annular clamping posts arranged on the injection molding stator framework, the clamping posts are positioned on the outer side of the inner ring surface of the injection molding stator framework, a connecting block is arranged on the inner side of the inner ring surface of the injection molding stator framework, and the positioning posts are arranged on the connecting block.

The connecting piece 205 comprises a connecting piece body 211, and the lower end of the connecting piece body 211 is connected with the fixing plate 207; two sides of the upper part of the connecting sheet 206 are provided with clamping grooves 212.
The upper end of the connecting piece body 211 is provided with a triangle structure 213.
A step groove 214 is arranged above the inner side end of the plastic outer box 201; the outer end of the plastic outer box 201 is provided with an outer interface 202.
The stator core is injection molded into an injection molded stator, an enameled wire is wound on the injection molded stator 1 through an automatic winding machine, and then the enameled wire is connected with the terminal connector 2.
