本发明涉及一种发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置。其特点是包括罩壳,罩壳相对的两个侧壁外面均有侧罩,侧罩口部的上边和竖边均与罩壳相应侧的壳壁相连,侧罩的口部下边与罩壳相应侧的壳壁间有进气口。被侧罩罩住的那部分罩壳的侧壁上部有进气孔。罩壳顶板之上有顶罩,所述顶罩为U形槽,其槽口朝下。罩壳顶板上有排气孔。排气孔为长条状,其纵向与顶罩纵向相垂直。所述罩壳、侧罩和顶罩均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成。吸声层是玻璃棉板,内层和外层均是钢板。本发明具体有隔声降噪和通风冷却功能,可避免给周围居民的健康和正常生活带来不利影响。适用于对发电机/空压机的降噪冷却。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机或空压机的配套设备。具体说,是对发电机或空压机进行降噪和冷却用的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置。
背景技术
在发电机和空压机生产和应用领域都知道,发电机和空压机运行时,会产生很大的机械振动噪声,这种机械振动噪声会给周围居民的健康和正常生活带来不利影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置。这种发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置,具体有隔声降噪和通风冷却功能,可避免给周围居民的健康和正常生活带来不利影响。
本发明要解决的上述问题由以下技术方案实现:
本发明的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置特点是包括用于罩住发电机/空压机的罩壳,罩壳相对的两个侧壁外面均有用于形成进气通道的侧罩,侧罩口部的上边和竖边均与罩壳相应侧的壳壁相连,侧罩的口部下边与罩壳相应侧的壳壁间有进气口。被侧罩罩住的那部分罩壳的侧壁上部有进气孔。罩壳的顶板之上有顶罩,所述顶罩为U形槽,U形槽的槽口朝下且两个槽壁外边分别连接在罩壳顶板的前后两边上。罩壳顶板上有排气孔。所述排气孔为长条状,其纵向与顶罩的纵向相垂直。所述罩壳、侧罩和顶罩均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成。所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,排气孔纵向两侧的罩壳顶板上均有上凸条。两个上凸条之外的顶罩下表面上均有下凸条,下凸条两端分别与顶罩的两个槽壁内侧相连。下凸条与罩壳顶板间、上凸条与顶罩的槽底间均有间距。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述上凸条、下凸条均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成。所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,进气孔下方的罩壳侧壁上有上侧凸条,侧罩的罩底下部内侧面上有下侧凸条,下侧凸条与上侧凸条的纵向之间、上下侧凸条与上凸条的纵向间均相平行;所述下侧凸条位于上侧凸条之下,且下侧凸条与罩壳的侧壁间、上侧凸条与相应侧罩的罩底间均有第二间距。
本发明的更进一步改进方案是,所述上侧凸条、下侧凸条均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成。所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。
由以上方案可以看出,由于本发明含有罩壳,罩壳相对的两个侧壁外面均有用于形成进气通道的侧罩,侧罩口部的上边和竖边均与罩壳相应侧的壳壁相连,侧罩的口部下边与罩壳相应侧的壳壁间有进气口。被侧罩罩住的那部分罩壳的侧壁上部有进气孔。罩壳的顶板之上有顶罩,所述顶罩为U形槽,U形槽的槽口朝下且两个槽壁外边分别连接在罩壳顶板的前后两边上。罩壳顶板上有排气孔,所述排气孔为长条状,其纵向与顶罩的纵向相垂直。所述罩壳、侧罩和顶罩均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成。所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。工作时,外界空气经过进气口进入侧罩底部后,依次经过由下侧凸条和上侧凸条构成的一个S形流道后穿过罩壳侧壁上的进气孔进入罩壳内。发电机/空压机运行时产生的噪声随着气流一起穿过罩壳顶板上的排气孔后,在经过由下凸条和上凸条构成的又一个S形流道后,从顶罩两端的槽口排出。使得进入罩壳内的气流经过由下侧凸条和上侧凸条构成的一个S形流道后第一次降低了流速。然后,经过第一次降低流速的气流与发电机或空压机产生的噪声一起经过由穿过罩壳顶板上的排气孔后,又经过由下凸条和上凸条构成的又一个S形流道后第二次降低了流速。由于气流经过两次降低流速,使得噪声得到了一次衰减。又由于所述罩壳、侧罩、顶罩、上下凸条和上下侧凸条均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成,且所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述外层均是钢板,当气流通过时,一部分噪声被隔离,另一部分噪声被吸收,使得带有噪声的气流受到了又一次衰减。通过两次衰减,大大降低了由发电机或空压机运行时产生的噪声,消除了给周围居民的健康和正常生活带来的不利影响。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置含有用于罩住发电机/空压机的罩壳4。罩壳4相对的两个侧壁外面均设置有用于形成进气通道的侧罩2,侧罩2口部的上边和竖边均与罩壳4相应侧的壳壁相连,侧罩2的口部下边与罩壳4相应侧的壳壁间留有进气口1。被侧罩2罩住的那部分罩壳4的侧壁上部加工有进气孔3。罩壳4的顶板之上设置有顶罩8,所述顶罩8为U形槽,U形槽的槽口朝下且两个槽壁外边分别连接在罩壳4顶板的前后两边上。罩壳4顶板上加工有排气孔6。所述排气孔6为长条状,其纵向与顶罩8的纵向相垂直。
排气孔6纵向两侧的罩壳4顶板上均设置有上凸条5,两个上凸条5之外的顶罩8下表面上均设置有下凸条7,上下凸条两端均分别与顶罩8的两个槽壁内侧相连。下凸条7与罩壳4顶板间、上凸条5与顶罩8的槽底间均有间距。
进气孔3下方的罩壳4侧壁上设置有上侧凸条10,侧罩2的罩底下部内侧面上设置有下侧凸条11,下侧凸条11与上侧凸条10的纵向之间、上下侧凸条与上凸条5的纵向间均相平行。所述下侧凸条11位于上侧凸条10之下,且下侧凸条11与罩壳4的侧壁间、上侧凸条10与相应侧罩2的罩底间均有第二间距。
如图3所示,所述罩壳4、侧罩2和顶罩8均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成。所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,外层均是钢板。

工作时,外界空气经过进气口进入侧罩底部后,依次经过由下侧凸条和上侧凸条构成的一个S形流道后穿过罩壳侧壁上的进气孔进入罩壳内。发电机/空压机运行时产生的噪声随着气流一起穿过罩壳顶板上的排气孔后,在经过由下凸条和上凸条构成的又一个S形流道后,从顶罩两端的槽口排出。

1.发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置,其特征在于包括用于罩住发电机/空压机的罩壳,罩壳相对的两个侧壁外面均有用于形成进气通道的侧罩,侧罩口部的上边和竖边均与罩壳相应侧的壳壁相连,侧罩的口部下边与罩壳相应侧的壳壁间有进气口;被侧罩罩住的那部分罩壳的侧壁上部有进气孔;罩壳的顶板之上有顶罩,所述顶罩为U形槽,U形槽的槽口朝下且两个槽壁外边分别连接在罩壳顶板的前后两边上;罩壳顶板上有排气孔;所述排气孔为长条状,其纵向与顶罩的纵向相垂直;所述罩壳、侧罩和顶罩均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成;所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置,其特征在于排气孔纵向两侧的罩壳顶板上均有上凸条;两个上凸条之外的顶罩下表面上均有下凸条,下凸条两端分别与顶罩的两个槽壁内侧相连;下凸条与罩壳顶板间、上凸条与顶罩的槽底间均有间距。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置,其特征在于所述上凸条、下凸条均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成;所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置,其特征在于进气孔下方的罩壳侧壁上有上侧凸条,侧罩的罩底下部内侧面上有下侧凸条,下侧凸条与上侧凸条的纵向之间、上下侧凸条与上凸条的纵向间均相平行;所述下侧凸条位于上侧凸条之下,且下侧凸条与罩壳的侧壁间、上侧凸条与相应侧罩的罩底间均有第二间距。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发电机/空压机降噪冷却装置,其特征在于所述上侧凸条、下侧凸条均由吸声层和吸声层两面的外层复合而成;所述吸声层是玻璃棉板,所述内层和外层均是钢板。
