In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an automatic adjustment device for the wrap angle of a yarn fiber spreading and a control method thereof, which can monitor and adjust the pressure of the fiber spreading in real time in the fiber spreading process, thereby effectively ensuring the quality of the fiber spreading.

After the pressure adjustment is finished, a power source for conveying the yarns is started, the yarns drive each press roller 4 to rotate through friction force between the upper press roller combination 1 and the lower press roller combination 2 for transmission, and moderate pressure can ensure the fiber spreading effect and avoid damaging the yarns at the same time, so that the technical scheme of the invention has higher practical value.
