Abstract
本发明公开一种具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆,包括:八根铜导线,此铜导线均包覆有内护层;一聚酯带层包覆于所述四个绞对线外表面;所述内护层由以下重量份的组分组成:1,3‑丁二烯100份,苯乙烯50~60份,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物25~35份,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐共聚物8~14份,硅氧烷5~10份,气相法白炭黑20~25份,铜粉5~10份,微晶蜡1~2份,钛白粉1.8~2份,4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺1~1.5份,过氧化二异丙苯0.5~1份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯2~3份;硫代二丙酸二月桂酯3~4份。本发明提高了高频电磁波的反射和吸收,改善了串音和信号衰减,扩展了吸收频率的带宽且提高了产品性能的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信线缆,具体涉及一种具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆。
背景技术
随着全球信息化高速公路的快速发展,局域网数字电缆得到了进一步的大规模应用,网络技术的飞速成倍增长以及接入网技术跳跃式发展,给信息的传输媒介提出了更高要求。
千兆以太网已经不能满足用户宽带要求,万兆比以太网(10Gbps)将成为主流技术。相对应的数字通信电缆需从超五类(100Mbps)、六类(200Mbps)向七类(600Mbps)、八类(1000Mbps) 产品发展,如何解决对高频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收,以及串音和衰减问题,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆,该通信线缆提高了高频电磁波的反射和吸收,改善了串音和信号衰减,扩展了吸收频率的带宽且提高了产品性能的稳定性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆,包括:八根铜导线,此铜导线均包覆有内护层,所述八根铜导线中两根铜导线组成第一绞对线,两根铜导线组成第二绞对线;两根铜导线组成第三绞对线;两根铜导线组成第四绞对线;
一聚酯带层包覆于所述四个绞对线外表面;
一单面铝箔层包覆于所述聚酯带层外表面;
镀锡铜丝编织层包覆于所述单面铝箔层,所述镀锡铜丝编织层由若干股镀锡铜线编织而成,所述每股镀锡铜线由至少一根镀锡铜丝组成;
一外护套层包覆于所述镀锡铜丝编织层外表面;
所述内护层由以下重量份的组分组成:
1,3-丁二烯 100份,
苯乙烯 50~60份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 25~35份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐共聚物 8~14份,
硅氧烷 5~10份,
气相法白炭黑 20~25份,
铜粉 5~10份,
微晶蜡 1~2份,
钛白粉 1.8~2份,
4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺 1~1.5份,
过氧化二异丙苯 0.5~1份,
三聚氰酸三烯丙酯 2~3份,
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯 3~4份;
所述外护套层由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,
邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯 55份,
环氧大豆油 7份,
钙锌复合稳定剂 6份,
聚乙烯蜡 1份,
碳酸钙 14份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述第一绞对线、第二绞对线、第三绞对线和第四绞对线外表面均包覆有双面铝箔层。
2. 上述方案中,所述镀锡铜丝直径为0.13mm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1. 本发明具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆,其采用特定配方1,3-丁二烯,苯乙烯50~60份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,形成合适的黏度、极性有利于气相法白炭黑,铜粉的分散、减小导电橡胶的体电阻率,对高频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收作用增大。
2. 本发明具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆,其配方中1,3-丁二烯,苯乙烯,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,气相法白炭黑,铜粉中添加过氧化二异丙苯,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯;可大大加快硫化速度,提高交联密度,改善硫化胶的耐温性能,避免了由于添加气相法白炭黑,铜粉产生类似海绵状孔隙,从而提高了物理机械和力学性能;其次,微晶蜡,钛白粉,4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺,有利于改善铜粉与1,3-丁二烯,苯乙烯的相溶性,扩展了吸收频率的带宽且提高了产品性能的稳定性;其次,本发明超7类数字通信电缆,其外护套层通过配方含量选择在生产制造过程中热稳定性相对现有的聚氯乙烯电缆料的热稳定性有了明显的提高。

一单面铝箔层8包覆于所述聚酯带层7外表面;
镀锡铜丝编织层9包覆于所述单面铝箔层8,所述镀锡铜丝编织层9由若干股镀锡铜线编织而成,所述每股镀锡铜线由至少一根镀锡铜丝组成;
一外护套层包覆于所述镀锡铜丝编织层9外表面;
所述内护层2由以下重量份的组分组成:

上述第一绞对线3、第二绞对线4、第三绞对线5和第四绞对线6外表面均包覆有双面铝箔层10。
上述镀锡铜丝直径为0.13mm。
采用上述具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆时,其采用特定配方1,3-丁二烯,苯乙烯,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,形成合适的黏度、极性有利于气相法白炭黑,铜粉的分散、减小导电橡胶的体电阻率,对高频屏蔽效果电磁波的反射和吸收作用增大;其次,其可大大加快硫化速度,提高交联密度,改善硫化胶的耐温性能;再次,有利于改善铜粉与1,3-丁二烯,苯乙烯的相溶性,扩展了吸收频率的带宽且提高了产品性能的稳定性。

1.一种具有屏蔽功能的通信线缆,包括:八根铜导线,此铜导线均包覆有内护层,所述八根铜导线中两根铜导线组成第一绞对线,两根铜导线组成第二绞对线;两根铜导线组成第三绞对线;两根铜导线组成第四绞对线;
一聚酯带层包覆于所述四个绞对线外表面;
一单面铝箔层包覆于所述聚酯带层外表面;
镀锡铜丝编织层包覆于所述单面铝箔层,所述镀锡铜丝编织层由若干股镀锡铜线编织而成,所述每股镀锡铜线由至少一根镀锡铜丝组成;
一外护套层包覆于所述镀锡铜丝编织层外表面;
其特征在于:所述内护层由以下重量份的组分组成:
1,3-丁二烯 100份,
苯乙烯 55~58份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 28~30份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐共聚物 10~12份,
硅氧烷 8~10份,
气相法白炭黑 22~25份,
铜粉 6~8份,
微晶蜡 1.2~1.6份,
钛白粉 1.8~2份,
4,4′双(α,α二甲基苄基)二苯胺 1~1.2份,
过氧化二异丙苯 0.6~0.8份,
三聚氰酸三烯丙酯 2.2~2.5份,
硫代二丙酸二月桂酯 3.2~3.5份;
所述外护套层由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚氯乙烯树脂 100份,
邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯 55份,
环氧大豆油 7份,
钙锌复合稳定剂 6份,
聚乙烯蜡 1份,
碳酸钙 14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通信线缆,其特征在于:所述第一绞对线、第二绞对线、第三绞对线和第四绞对线外表面均包覆有双面铝箔层。
