As described above, in this embodiment, each prompting device 42 is electrically connected to the corresponding printing device 41, as shown in fig. 5, the prompting device 42 is electrically connected to the control module 411 of the corresponding printing device 41, the printing communication module 412 is further configured to receive a prompting control command sent by the control terminal 2, the printing control module 411 is further configured to send a prompting control signal to the prompting device 42 when the printing communication module 412 receives the prompting control command sent by the control terminal 2, so as to control the prompting device 42 to send out the prompting information, and the prompting module 42 may be an acoustic or optical device such as an indicator light, a display screen, a buzzer, a voice prompt, or the like, and send out the prompting information in the form of sound or light.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a printing device and a prompting device of an express processing system according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the figure, a fixed support 414 is disposed outside a housing of a printing device 41, and a prompting device 42 is mounted on the fixed support 414, where the prompting device 42 is an indicator light, and when receiving a prompting control signal sent by a printing control module 411, the prompting device 42 emits a prompting message for an express to reach a station corresponding to the printing device 41 by emitting light, so as to prompt a worker to paste a label printed by the printing device 41 onto an express located at the station corresponding to the printing device 41.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a module composition of an express processing system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the drawing, the express processing system of the present embodiment is different from the express processing system of the first embodiment in that each printing device 41 and each prompting device 42 are respectively connected to the control terminal 2 in a communication manner, the printing device 41 receives print data of label information of express sent by the control terminal 2 and prints label information of the express, and the prompting device 42 receives a prompting control command sent by the control terminal 2 and sends out prompting information. Fig. 8 is a schematic structural composition diagram of an express delivery processing system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the drawing, a station 61 and a station 62 are sequentially arranged along a conveying path of the conveying device 1, each station is provided with one printing device 41, that is, each printing device 41 corresponds to one station, the prompting device 42 corresponding to each printing device 41 is independently arranged from the printing device 41, and the prompting device 42 corresponding to each printing device 41 may be located on the station corresponding to the printing device or in a peripheral area of the station corresponding to the printing device, as shown in the drawing, in this embodiment, the prompting device 42 corresponding to each printing device 41 is arranged adjacent to the station corresponding to the printing device and is located upstream of the station corresponding to the printing device in an express delivery direction.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of module compositions of a prompting device of an express delivery processing system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the figure, the prompting device 42 includes a prompting control module 421, a prompting communication module 422, and a prompting module 423, where the prompting control module 421 is configured to control the prompting communication module 422 and the prompting module 423 to execute work; the prompt communication module 422 is configured to receive a prompt control command sent by the control terminal 2, where the prompt communication module 422 may be a USB communication module, a serial communication module, or a network communication module, and preferably, the prompt communication module 442 is a network communication module; the prompt module 423 is used for sending out prompt information when the express reaches a station corresponding to the printing device 41, and the prompt module 423 may be a sound or light device such as an indicator light, a display screen, a buzzer, a voice prompt and the like, and sends out the prompt information in the form of sound or light and the like.
It should be noted that, with the express delivery processing system according to the second embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 7, each printing device 41 and each presentation device 42 are respectively connected to the control terminal 2 in a communication manner, and the storage unit 23 of the control terminal 2 stores the correspondence relationship between each printing device 41 and the presentation device 42 corresponding thereto, for example, the control unit 21 of the control terminal 2 assigns an ID number to each printing device 41 and assigns an ID number to each presentation device 42, and the storage unit 23 stores the correspondence relationship between each printing device 41 and each presentation device 42 by the ID number. Table 1 is a schematic diagram of a correspondence list of printing devices and presentation devices stored by a control terminal of the express delivery processing system according to the embodiment shown in fig. 7, and as shown in table 1, the express delivery processing system includes two printing devices, where a printing device with an ID number of 41-01 corresponds to a presentation device with an ID number of 42-01, and a printing device with an ID number of 41-02 corresponds to a presentation device with an ID number of 42-02.

Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a module composition of an express processing system according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the drawing, the express processing system of this embodiment is different from the express processing systems of the first and second embodiments in that the express processing system includes a prompting device 42, and the prompting device 42 sends out a prompt message for pasting a label printed by a target printing device to an express item when the express item is located at a workstation corresponding to the target printing device, where the prompting device 42 prompts a worker located at the workstation corresponding to the target printing device to paste the label printed by the target printing device to the express item located at the workstation by indicating an identifier of the target printing device, and the identifier of the target printing device may be a serial number, an ID number, or the like of the target printing device.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural configuration diagram of an express delivery processing system according to a third embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, a prompting device 42 is a display screen, as shown in the drawing, the prompting device 42 is disposed at a start end of an express delivery conveying path, the express delivery processing system includes two printing devices, ID numbers of the two printing devices are 41-01 and 41-02, respectively, where the printing device 41-01 corresponds to a station 61, and the printing device 41-02 corresponds to a station 62. The prompting device 42 prompts a worker at a station corresponding to the target printing device to paste the label printed by the target printing device onto the express item at the station by indicating the ID number of the target printing device, for example, when the express item corresponding to the printing device 41-01 arrives at the station 61, the prompting device 42 displays a prompting message of "please paste the label printed by the printing device 41-01 onto the express item at the station 61"; when the express corresponding to the printing device 41-02 arrives at the station 62, the prompting device 42 displays prompting information of 'please paste a label printed by the printing device 41-02 onto the express at the station 62'; when the express corresponding to the printing device 41-01 and the express corresponding to the printing device 41-02 arrive at the corresponding stations at the same time, the prompting device 42 simultaneously displays prompting information of "please paste the label printed by the printing device 41-01 to the express at the station 61" and "please paste the label printed by the printing device 41-02 to the express at the station 62", and the worker at each station pastes the label printed by the printing device corresponding to the station to the express at the station by observing the prompting information sent by the prompting device 42.
Fig. 12 is a flowchart of a label pasting prompt control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is executed by the control terminal 2, and as shown in the figure, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, express information of express is obtained, and label information of express is determined according to the express information.
Taking the express processing system shown in fig. 1 to 9 as an example, the recognition device 3 recognizes and reads the express information of the express and sends the express information to the control terminal 2, and the control terminal 2 receives the express information sent by the recognition device 3, so as to obtain the express information of the express. Wherein, when a plurality of expressages that conveyer 1 carried pass through the recognition position of recognition device 3 in order, control terminal 2 receives the express delivery information of a plurality of expressages that recognition device 3 sent in order.
Considering that the express delivery information includes any one or more of an express delivery bill number, a recipient address, a recipient name, a recipient phone number, a sender address, a sender name, a sender phone number, an express delivery weight, an express delivery size and an express delivery cost, and the label information of the express delivery is information for printing a label forming the express delivery on a label paper, and the label of the express delivery is used for subsequent sorting or delivery of the express delivery, in this step, determining the label information of the express delivery according to the express delivery information includes the following modes:
(1) the express information comprises an express bill number and/or a recipient address, a destination identifier of the express is obtained according to the express bill number and/or the recipient address, and the destination identifier of the express is used as label information of the express; or,
(2) the express delivery information is used as label information of express delivery, wherein the express delivery information comprises an express delivery bill number and any one or more of addressee address, addressee name, addressee telephone, sender address, sender name, sender telephone, express delivery weight, express delivery size and express delivery cost.
In the above manner (1), when the express information includes the express order number, the server of the express company is retrieved according to the express order number, the recipient address of the express is obtained, the setting area to which the recipient address belongs is determined, for example, a city to which the recipient address belongs, the name of the setting area or the destination identifier corresponding to the setting area is used as the destination identifier of the express, and the destination identifier of the express is used as the label information of the express, where the destination identifier corresponding to the setting area can be obtained by table lookup. When the express information comprises the address of the addressee, the destination identification of the express is determined according to the address of the addressee by adopting the method, and the destination identification of the express is used as label information of the express. When the express information comprises an express bill number and a recipient address, the destination identifier of the express can be obtained according to the express bill number, the destination identifier of the express can also be obtained according to the recipient address, and the destination identifier of the express is used as label information of the express.
In the above mode (2), the express delivery information includes the express delivery order number, and further includes any one or more of a recipient address, a recipient name, a recipient phone number, a sender address, a sender name, a sender phone number, an express delivery weight, an express delivery size, and an express delivery cost, and the express delivery information is used as label information of the express delivery, where the label information of the express delivery is consistent with the express delivery information.
Taking the express processing system shown in fig. 1 to 9 as an example, when the express information is acquired, the control terminal 2 determines the label information of the express according to the acquired express information. For example, when the express information is an express order number and the label information of the express is a destination identifier of the express, the control terminal 2 obtains a recipient address of the express according to the express order number, for example, the control terminal 2 retrieves a server of an express company according to the express order number to obtain the recipient address of the express, then determines a setting area to which the recipient address of the express belongs according to the recipient address of the express, and obtains the destination identifier of the express according to the setting area to obtain the label information of the express, wherein the control terminal 2 may directly use the name of the determined setting area as the destination identifier of the express, or may look up a table according to the determined setting area to obtain the destination identifier of the express corresponding to the setting area. For another example, when the express delivery information is a recipient address and the label information of the express delivery is a destination identifier of the express delivery, the control terminal 2 determines the destination identifier of the express delivery according to the recipient address of the express delivery by using the above method, so as to obtain the label information of the express delivery. For another example, when the express information is an express bill number and a recipient address, and the label information of the express is a destination identifier of the express, the control terminal 2 may obtain the destination identifier of the express according to the express bill number by using the above method, or obtain the destination identifier of the express according to the recipient address by using the above method, and use the destination identifier of the express as the label information of the express.
For another example, when the express information of the express is an express bill number, and the label information of the express includes a destination identifier of the express, a recipient address of the express, a recipient name, and a recipient phone number, the control terminal 2 obtains the recipient address, the recipient name, and the recipient phone number of the express according to the express bill number, and determines the destination identifier of the express according to the recipient address of the express by using the method, so as to obtain the label information of the express. For another example, when the express delivery information includes an express delivery order number, and further includes any one or more of a recipient address, a recipient name, a recipient phone number, a sender address, a sender name, a sender phone number, an express delivery weight, an express delivery size, and an express delivery cost, and the label information of the express delivery is consistent with the express delivery information, the control terminal 2 directly uses the express delivery information as the label information of the express delivery.
In step S202, one printing apparatus is selected from the plurality of printing apparatuses as a target printing apparatus for printing the label information.
And after the label information of the express delivery is obtained, selecting one printing device from the plurality of printing devices as a target printing device for printing the label information. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of each printing device and avoid the condition that the printing tasks of each printing device are not balanced, in the step, one printing device is selected from a plurality of printing devices according to the principle of sequential circulation to be used as the target printing device for printing the label information, or an idle printing device is selected from the plurality of printing devices to be used as the target printing device for printing the label information.
Specifically, the N printing apparatuses have a set recycling order, and according to the recycling order of each printing apparatus, a printing apparatus next to a printing apparatus that has executed a print job last time is determined as a target printing apparatus used for printing the label information this time, for example, if a first printing apparatus has been used last time to print the label information, and according to the recycling order, a second printing apparatus is a printing apparatus next to the first printing apparatus, the second printing apparatus is determined as a target printing apparatus used for printing the label information this time, or if a last printing apparatus has been used last time to print the label information, and according to the recycling order, a printing apparatus next to the last printing apparatus is a first printing apparatus, the first printing apparatus is determined as a target printing apparatus used for printing the label information this time. In another case, an idle printing apparatus is selected from the plurality of printing apparatuses as a target printing apparatus for printing the label information, thereby avoiding the situation that the printing jobs of the respective printing apparatuses are not balanced, part of the printing apparatuses are idle, and part of the printing apparatuses print more jobs.
Taking the express delivery processing system shown in fig. 1 to 9 as an example, the control terminal 2 selects one printing apparatus 41 as a target printing apparatus from the N printing apparatuses 41 according to a setting rule. Further, the setting rule is to cyclically use the N printing devices 41 to print the label information of the express delivery, that is, the control terminal 2 sequentially determines the N printing devices 41 included in the express delivery processing system as the target printing devices according to the setting order, and determines the first printing device in the express delivery processing system as the target printing device next time after determining the nth printing device in the express delivery processing system as the target printing device. By cyclically using the N printing devices 41 to print the label information of the express items, the job of printing the label information of a plurality of express items can be evenly distributed to the N printing devices 41, thereby improving the express processing efficiency of the express processing system. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the express processing system includes two printing devices 41 respectively disposed at a station 61 and a station 62, the control terminal 2 alternately uses the printing device 41 located at the station 61 and the printing device 41 located at the station 62 to print label information of a plurality of express items, for example, after the express processing system starts up, when the control terminal 2 receives express information of a first express item, the printing device 41 located at the station 61 is determined as a target printing device, when the control terminal 2 receives express information of a second express item, the printing device 41 located at the station 62 is determined as a target printing device, and when the control terminal 2 receives express information of a third express item, the printing device 41 located at the station 61 is determined as a target printing device again.
In another case, the control terminal 2 detects whether each printing apparatus 41 is idle, and determines the idle printing apparatus 41 as the target printing apparatus. When the control terminal 2 detects that the plurality of printing apparatuses 41 are idle, one printing apparatus is randomly selected as a target printing apparatus. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the express processing system includes two printing devices 41 respectively disposed at a station 61 and a station 62, after obtaining the label information, the control terminal 2 detects whether the printing device 41 located at the station 61 is idle and whether the printing device 41 located at the station 62 is idle, determines that the printing device 41 is a target printing device for printing the label information when the printing device 41 located at the station 61 is idle, determines that the printing device 41 is a target printing device for printing the label information when the printing device 41 located at the station 62 is idle, and randomly selects an idle printing device as the target printing device when the printing devices 41 located at the station 61 and the station 62 are both idle.
Step S203, controlling the target printing device to print label information on the label paper to obtain labels of the express delivery, and judging whether the express delivery is located at a station corresponding to the target printing device, wherein each printing device corresponds to one station.
After the target printing device is determined, generating printing data of label information according to the label information of the express delivery, sending the printing data of the label information to the target printing device, and controlling the target printing device to print the label information of the express delivery on label paper to obtain the label of the express delivery.
Taking the express processing system shown in fig. 1 to 9 as an example, the control terminal 2 generates print data of label information of express, for example, the control terminal 2 generates print data of label information through an application program, where the print data of label information includes a print control command and graphic or character data, and the print control command is used to set a position of a printed graphic or character, a font size, a size of the graphic, and the like.
The control terminal 2 sends the print data of the label information of the express delivery to the target printing device 41 to control the target printing device 41 to print the label information of the express delivery on the label paper to obtain the label of the express delivery, the target printing device 41 may print label information of the courier in text and/or graphic form, such as, when the label information of the express delivery is the destination identification of the express delivery, the target printing device 41 prints the destination identification of the express delivery in conspicuous characters, when the label information of the express delivery includes the destination identification of the express delivery, the recipient address of the express delivery, the recipient name, and the recipient phone number, the target printing device 41 prints the destination identification of the express delivery in conspicuous characters, and the address, name and phone number of the addressee of the express are printed in a two-dimensional bar code form, when the label information of the express delivery is identical to the express delivery information, the target printing device 41 prints the label information of the express delivery in the form of a two-dimensional barcode.
The operations of identifying the target printing apparatus in step S202 and generating the print data of the label information in step S203 may be performed simultaneously, or the print data of the label information may be generated first and then the target printing apparatus may be identified, or the target printing apparatus may be identified first and then the print data of the label information may be generated.
After the target printing device is determined, whether the express delivery is located at a station corresponding to the target printing device is judged, wherein each printing device corresponds to one station, the station can be the position of the printing device or a working area corresponding to the printing device, a worker pastes a label printed by the printing device to the express delivery in the station, and the station can also be called a label pasting station.
In this embodiment, the express delivery is conveyed along the set path, and it is preferably determined whether the express delivery is located at the station corresponding to the target printing device according to the distance that the express delivery needs to be conveyed and the conveying speed of the express delivery, specifically, the conveying duration of the express delivery is calculated according to the distance between the preset position and the station corresponding to the target printing device and the conveying speed of the express delivery, and the express delivery is determined to be located at the station corresponding to the target printing device after the conveying duration from the time when the express delivery starts to be conveyed from the preset position. The preset position can be a delivery starting position of the express delivery, and can be a position passed by in the express delivery process.
Taking the express processing system shown in fig. 1 to 9 as an example, the preset position is the reading position of the reading device 3, after the target printing device is determined, the control terminal 2 calculates the conveying time length required for the express to reach the station corresponding to the target printing device from the reading position of the reading device 3, wherein the reading module 32 reads the express information of the express when the express passes through the reading position of the reading module 32, specifically, the control unit 21 of the control terminal 2 reads the conveying speed V for the express to be conveyed on the conveying device 1 and the fixed distance Ln between the reading position of the reading device 3 and the station corresponding to the target printing device from the storage unit 23, and calculates the conveying time length required for the express to reach the station corresponding to the target printing device from the reading position according to the conveying speed V for the express to be conveyed, wherein the conveying time length is equal to the fixed distance Ln divided by the conveying speed V for the express.
Because when the express delivery is located the recognition position of recognition module 32, the express delivery information of express delivery is recognized and read by recognition module 32, the express delivery information that recognition module 32 will recognize and read is sent to control terminal 2, control terminal 2 receives the express delivery information that recognition module 32 sent, and recognition module 32 recognizes and reads the express delivery information, recognition module 32 sends the express delivery information, control terminal 2 receives the emergence time of the three actions of express delivery information very close, therefore can think, the moment of recognizing and reading the express delivery information of recognition module 32, exactly the moment of receiving the express delivery information of control terminal 2, because the moment of recognizing and reading the express delivery information of recognition module 32 is exactly the moment of the recognition position that the express delivery is located recognition module 32, therefore, the moment of the recognition position that the express delivery is located recognition module 32 is exactly the moment of receiving the express delivery information of control terminal 2. Therefore, when the control terminal 2 receives the express information sent by the reading device 3, it is determined that the express is located at the reading position of the reading device 3, so that the control terminal 2 starts timing when receiving the express information sent by the reading device 3, and when the timing reaches the conveying time length, the control terminal 2 determines that the express is conveyed to the station corresponding to the target printing device.
Considering that the conveying time length can be calculated after a very short time after the control terminal 2 receives the express delivery information, in order to facilitate the timing of the control terminal 2, in another embodiment, the control terminal 2 starts timing after calculating the conveying time length, and when the timing reaches the conveying time length, the control terminal 2 determines that the express delivery is conveyed to the station corresponding to the target printing device.
In other embodiments, the preset position may also be a reference position on the express delivery conveying path, and is not limited to the reading position of the reading device 3, and the control terminal 2 can also determine whether the express delivery is located at the station corresponding to the target printing device according to the distance between the reference position and the station corresponding to the target printing device, the conveying speed of the express delivery, and the time when the express delivery starts to be conveyed from the reference position, where the control terminal 2 can detect whether the express delivery starts to be conveyed from the preset position through a detection device such as a sensor.
For example, a photoelectric sensor is arranged at a preset position, the detection position of the photoelectric sensor is the preset position, the photoelectric sensor is connected with the control terminal 2 and sends an electric signal to the control terminal 2, when the preset position has no express delivery, the photoelectric sensor sends a first signal to the control terminal 2, when the preset position has the express delivery, the photoelectric sensor sends a second signal to the control terminal 2, when the signal received by the control terminal 2 is changed from the first signal to the second signal, the control terminal 2 confirms that the express delivery is located at the preset position, that is, the express delivery starts to be delivered from the preset position.
When there are a plurality of expressages, control terminal 12 records the order of the express delivery information received and the order of the express delivery through the preset position, and the first express delivery through the preset position corresponds first express delivery information, and the second express delivery through the preset position corresponds second express delivery information, and the third express delivery through the preset position corresponds third express delivery information.
It should be noted that the operation step of determining whether the express delivery is located at the workstation corresponding to the target printing device needs to be executed after step S202, but may be executed before the generation of the print data of the label information, after the generation of the print data of the label information, or simultaneously with the generation of the print data of the label information, and the operation step may be executed before the control of the printing of the label information, after the control of the printing of the label information, or simultaneously with the control of the printing of the label information.
And S204, when the express is located at the station corresponding to the target printing device, controlling the prompting device to send out prompting information for sticking a label on the express.
In this embodiment, one or more prompting devices may be provided, and when one prompting device is provided, the prompting device sends out the prompting information of sticking a label on the express delivery, where the prompting device may be a display screen, and when the express delivery is located at a station corresponding to the target printing device, the display screen is controlled to display an identifier of the target printing device, such as a serial number or an ID number of the target printing device, and to display the prompting information of sticking the label printed by the target printing device to the express delivery located at the station corresponding to the target printing device, thereby prompting a worker to stick the label to the express delivery corresponding to the label.
As shown in fig. 11, when there is one prompting device, the prompting device 42 and each printing device 41 are electrically connected to the control terminal 2, when the control terminal 2 determines that the express is located at a station corresponding to the target printing device, a prompting control command is sent to the prompting device 42, the prompting device 42 is controlled to send a prompting message for pasting a label printed by the target printing device to the express located at the station corresponding to the target printing device, wherein the prompting device 42 prompts a worker located at the station corresponding to the target printing device to paste the label printed by the target printing device to the express located at the station by indicating an identifier of the target printing device. In one embodiment, the control terminal 2 starts timing when receiving express delivery information sent by the recognition device 3, when the timing reaches the delivery duration, the control terminal 2 sends a prompt control command and an identifier of a target printing device to the prompt device, and the prompt device sends prompt information for pasting a label printed by the target printing device to a station express located corresponding to the target printing device; in another embodiment, the control terminal 2 sends a timing command, a conveying time length, a prompt control command and an identifier of the target printing device to the prompting device when calculating the conveying time length, the prompting device starts timing when receiving the timing command, the conveying time length, the prompt control command and the identifier of the target printing device, and the prompting device sends prompt information for pasting a label printed by the target printing device to a station express corresponding to the target printing device when the timing reaches the conveying time length.
The number of the prompting devices may also be multiple, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, each printing device 41 is provided with a corresponding prompting device 42, each printing device 41 corresponds to one station, and the prompting device 42 corresponding to each printing device 41 may be located at the station or in a peripheral region of the station. When the express is judged to be located at the station corresponding to the target printing device, the prompting device corresponding to the target printing device is controlled to send out prompting information for adhering the label to the express, and therefore the staff of the station corresponding to the target printing device can be prompted to adhere the label printed by the printing device at the station to the express at the station.
Taking the express processing system shown in fig. 1 and 7 as an example, the control terminal 2 starts timing when receiving the express information sent by the recognition device 3, and when the timing reaches the delivery duration, the control terminal 2 controls a prompting device (hereinafter referred to as a target prompting device) corresponding to the target printing device to send out prompting information so as to remind a worker to paste a label printed by the target printing device onto the express located at a station corresponding to the target printing device.
When the target printing device is electrically connected with the target prompting device and the target printing device is in communication connection with the control terminal 2, the control terminal 2 sends a prompting control command to the target printing device, and when the printing control module 411 of the target printing device judges that the printing communication module 412 receives the prompting control command sent by the control terminal 2, the printing control module sends a prompting control signal to the target prompting device, so that the target prompting device is controlled to send prompting information. The control terminal 2 may adopt any one of the following two methods to control the target prompting device to send out the prompting information: (1) the control terminal 2 starts timing when receiving the express information sent by the recognition device 3, when the timing reaches the delivery duration, the control terminal 2 sends a prompt control command to the target printing device, and the target printing device controls the target prompt device to send prompt information when receiving the prompt control command; (2) and the control terminal 2 sends a timing command, a conveying time length and a prompt control command to the target printing device when calculating the conveying time length, the target printing device starts timing when receiving the timing command, the conveying time length and the prompt control command, and the target printing device controls the target prompt device to send prompt information when the timing reaches the conveying time length.
When the target printing device and the target prompting device are independent of each other and are respectively in communication connection with the control terminal 2, the control terminal 2 sends a prompting control command to the target prompting device, and when the prompting control module 421 of the target prompting device judges that the prompting communication module 422 receives the prompting control command, the control prompting module 423 sends prompting information. And step S304, the target printing device prints label information of the express on label paper to obtain the label of the express.
After receiving the print data of the label information of the express delivery sent by the label pasting prompting control device 5, the target printing device prints the label information of the express delivery on the label paper to generate a label for pasting to the express delivery, wherein the target printing device can print the label information of the express delivery on the label paper in a text and/or graphic form.
Step S305, when the express is conveyed to the station corresponding to the target printing device, the label pasting prompt control device controls the prompt device corresponding to the target printing device to send prompt information of pasting labels on the express.
When the express delivery is carried to the station corresponding to the target printing device, the label pasting prompt control device 5 controls the prompt device corresponding to the target printing device to send the prompt information by using the method shown in step S204, wherein the number of the prompt devices may be one or more, and when one prompt device is provided, the prompt device corresponding to the target printing device is the prompt device.
Step S306, the prompting device sends out prompting information.

In the flow shown in fig. 14, step S304 may be executed simultaneously with step S305, or step S304 may be executed first, step S305 may be executed, and step S306 may be executed last, or step S305 may be executed first, step S304 may be executed, and step S306 may be executed last.
The express processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with a plurality of printing devices, each printing device corresponds to a station, one printing device is selected from the plurality of printing devices as a target printing device, the target printing device is controlled to print label information of express delivery to obtain a label of the express delivery, and when the express delivery is positioned at the station corresponding to the target printing device, the prompting device is controlled to send out prompting information for sticking the label on the express delivery, so that a worker at the station is reminded to stick the label printed by the target printing device on the express delivery positioned at the station. the express delivery information comprises an express delivery bill number and/or a recipient address, and the determining of the label information of the express delivery according to the express delivery information comprises the following steps: acquiring a destination identifier of the express according to the express bill number and/or the address of the recipient, and taking the destination identifier of the express as label information of the express; or,
the express delivery information comprises an express delivery order number and any one or more of a recipient address, a recipient name, a recipient phone number, a sender address, a sender name, a sender phone number, an express delivery weight, an express delivery size and express delivery cost, and the determining the label information of the express delivery according to the express delivery information comprises: and taking the express delivery information as label information of the express delivery.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting a printing device from a plurality of printing devices as a target printing device for printing the label information comprises:
selecting one of the printing devices from a plurality of the printing devices as a target printing device for printing the label information according to a principle of sequential circulation; or,
selecting one of the printing apparatuses that is idle as a target printing apparatus for printing the label information from among the plurality of printing apparatuses.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the express delivery is transported along a set path, and determining whether the express delivery is located at a station corresponding to the target printing device comprises:
calculating the conveying time length of the express according to the distance between a preset position and a station corresponding to the target printing device and the conveying speed of the express;
and determining that the express is located at the station corresponding to the target printing device after the conveying time length from the moment when the express starts to be conveyed from the preset position.
5. A label sticking prompt control apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring express information of express and determining label information of the express according to the express information;
a determination module for selecting one printing apparatus from a plurality of printing apparatuses as a target printing apparatus for printing the label information;

8. The apparatus of any of claims 5 to 7, wherein the courier is transported along a set path, and the printing and determining module comprises:
the time length calculation submodule is used for calculating the conveying time length of the express according to the distance between a preset position and a station corresponding to the target printing device and the conveying speed of the express;
and the position determining submodule is used for determining that the express is positioned at a station corresponding to the target printing device when the conveying time length passes from the moment when the express starts to be conveyed from the preset position.
9. A courier handling system, comprising the label sticking prompt control apparatus of any one of claims 5 to 8, further comprising a reading apparatus, a prompting apparatus, and a plurality of printing apparatuses;
the identification device is used for identifying express information carried by the express and sending the identified express information to the label pasting prompt control device;
the printing device is used for printing the label information to obtain the express label; the printing devices are sequentially arranged along a preset conveying path of the express delivery, and each printing device corresponds to one station; the prompting device is used for sending prompting information for pasting the label on the express delivery.
