Abstract
The application discloses a machine barrel supporting frame of a TPU extruder, which comprises a base, supporting columns symmetrically arranged at two ends of the base, L-shaped locking blocks fixed on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the machine barrel through bolts, and a connecting mechanism fixed on the top surfaces of the supporting columns and movably connected with the locking blocks; a square groove is formed in the middle of the top surface of the supporting column; the connecting mechanism comprises an I-shaped connecting block and a pressing block; the bottom of the connecting block is inserted into the groove and forms a gap with the side wall of the groove, and the upper surface of the connecting block is flush with the upper surface of the supporting column; the two pressing blocks are symmetrically arranged at the center of the groove to press the bottom of the connecting block in the groove, and a through hole for the middle part of the connecting block to pass through is formed in the center; the upper part of the connecting block is connected with the bottom of the locking block through a bolt. Therefore, the machine barrel support frame of the TPU extruder has the advantages of long service life, high working efficiency and strong practicability.

Technical Field
The present disclosure generally relates to the field of TPU production, and specifically relates to a TPU extruder barrel support frame.
Background
The TPU extruder is widely used for processing and molding TPU, and the TPU extruder generally requires a certain height to be reached in the using process so as to be convenient to operate, so a support frame is generally arranged below a cylinder of the TPU extruder, the support frame of the existing TPU extruder generally comprises a base and a fixed arm arranged on the base, and the fixed arm is directly fixedly connected with the cylinder by bolts or screws. In the working process, the machine barrel of the TPU extruder is often heated to 100-150 ℃, and at the moment, for large and medium TPU extruders, the total expansion length of the machine barrel is usually increased by 10-15 mm or more, so that under the rigid connection structure of the machine barrel of the TPU extruder and the support frame, the support frame is usually pulled and deformed by the huge expansion force of the machine barrel of the TPU extruder, the service life of the support frame is short, and the maintenance workload is large; on the other hand, the production stability of the TPU extruder is poor, and high-speed and high-efficiency production is difficult to realize.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a TPU extruder barrel support frame that is simple in structure, long in service life, efficient in operation, and highly practical.
The TPU extruder barrel supporting frame comprises a base, supporting columns symmetrically arranged at two ends of the base, L-shaped locking blocks fixed on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the barrel through bolts, and a connecting mechanism fixed on the top surfaces of the supporting columns and movably connected with the locking blocks; a square groove is formed in the middle of the top surface of the supporting column; the connecting mechanism comprises an I-shaped connecting block and a pressing block; the bottom of the connecting block is inserted into the groove and forms a gap with the side wall of the groove, and the upper surface of the connecting block is flush with the upper surface of the supporting column; the two pressing blocks are symmetrically arranged at the center of the groove to press the bottom of the connecting block in the groove, and a through hole for the middle part of the connecting block to pass through is formed in the center; the upper part of the connecting block is connected with the bottom of the locking block through a bolt.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the locking block comprises a vertical part fixed on the side wall of the machine barrel through a bolt and a horizontal part fixed at the bottom of the machine barrel through a bolt, and the horizontal part is inserted into the vertical part. The horizontal part and the inserting part are connected in a plug-in mode, so that when the machine barrel expands, the horizontal part and the vertical part can move relatively, and the horizontal part and the vertical part are prevented from being damaged by bracing.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the middle part of the base and the middle part of the bottom surface of the machine barrel are also provided with reinforcing structures.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the reinforcing structure comprises a stress block fixed on the bottom surface of the middle part of the machine barrel and two reinforcing strips, the bottom ends of the two reinforcing strips are slidably fixed on the base; the bottom of the stress block is provided with a semi-spherical groove; a supporting ball is hinged in the spherical groove; the top ends of the two reinforcing strips are hinged on the supporting ball.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the four side walls of the bottom of the connecting block are connected with the inner wall of the groove through the spring.
To sum up, the TPU extruder barrel support frame that this application provided because passes through connection structure with the barrel of plastics extruder and fixes in support column upper portion recess, when TPU extruder barrel is heated the inflation in the course of the work, connection structure can follow-up on the horizontal direction along with the change of TPU extruder barrel volume, and the support column can not follow-up along with the connecting piece together, and the support column can not warp under the effect that plastics extruder barrel is heated the inflation promptly. Therefore, the machine barrel support frame of the TPU extruder has the advantages of long service life, high working efficiency and strong practicability.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a TPU extruder barrel support frame of the present application, the support frame includes a base 10, support columns 20 symmetrically disposed at two ends of the base 10, L-shaped locking blocks 40 bolted to bottom surfaces of two ends of a barrel 30, and a connecting mechanism 50 fixed to top surfaces of the support columns 20 and movably connected to the locking blocks 40; a square groove is formed in the middle of the top surface of the supporting column 20; the connecting mechanism 50 comprises an I-shaped connecting block 51 and a pressing block 52; the bottom of the connecting block 51 is inserted into the groove and forms a gap with the side wall of the groove, and the gap is less than 2 cm; the upper surface of the connecting block 51 is flush with the upper surface of the supporting column 20; the two pressing blocks 52 are symmetrically arranged at the center of the groove to press the bottom of the connecting block 51 in the groove, and a through hole for the middle part of the connecting block 51 to pass through is formed at the center; the upper part of the connecting block 51 is connected with the bottom of the locking block 40 through a bolt.
When the machine cylinder is subjected to thermal expansion, the connecting block 51 can slide outwards in the groove, and when the machine cylinder is cooled and restored, the connecting block 51 can slide inwards in the groove; during the above process, the support column is kept stationary.
In a preferred embodiment, the locking block 40 comprises a vertical portion 41 bolted to the side wall of the barrel and a horizontal portion 42 bolted to the bottom of the barrel, the horizontal portion 42 being inserted into the vertical portion 41. When the barrel is thermally expanded, the horizontal portion 42 and the vertical portion 41 can be separated from each other to avoid being spread.
In a preferred embodiment, the middle of the base 10 and the middle of the bottom surface of the barrel 30 are further provided with a reinforcing structure 60.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the reinforcing structure 60 comprises a force-bearing block 61 fixed to the bottom surface of the middle portion of the barrel 30 and two reinforcing bars 62 slidably fixed to the base 10 at the bottom ends thereof; the bottom of the stress block 61 is provided with a semi-spherical groove; a supporting ball 63 is hinged in the spherical groove; the top ends of the two reinforcing bars 62 are hinged to the support ball 63. A triangular support is formed between the reinforcing bar 62 and the base 10 to provide reinforcement for the fixed support of the barrel 30.
In a preferred embodiment, the four side walls of the bottom of the connecting block 51 are connected with the inner wall of the groove through springs. The spring ensures that the connecting block 51 remains in the middle of the groove in the cold state.

The machine barrel supporting frame of the TPU extruder is characterized by comprising a base (10), supporting columns (20) symmetrically arranged at two ends of the base (10), L-shaped locking blocks (40) fixed on the bottom surfaces of two ends of a machine barrel (30) through bolts, and a connecting mechanism (50) fixed on the top surfaces of the supporting columns (20) and movably connected with the locking blocks (40); the middle part of the top surface of the supporting column (20) is provided with a square groove; the connecting mechanism (50) comprises an I-shaped connecting block (51) and a pressing block (52); the bottom of the connecting block (51) is inserted into the groove and forms a gap with the side wall of the groove, and the upper surface of the connecting block (51) is flush with the upper surface of the supporting column (20); the two pressing blocks (52) are symmetrically arranged at the center of the groove to press the bottom of the connecting block (51) in the groove, and a through hole for the middle part of the connecting block (51) to pass through is formed at the center; the upper part of the connecting block (51) is connected with the bottom of the locking block (40) through a bolt;
the locking block (40) comprises a vertical part (41) fixed on the side wall of the machine barrel through bolts and a horizontal part (42) fixed at the bottom of the machine barrel through bolts, and the horizontal part (42) is inserted into the vertical part (41).
2. The TPU extruder barrel cage of claim 1, wherein the center of the base (10) and the center of the bottom surface of the barrel (30) are further provided with a reinforcing structure (60); the reinforcing structure (60) comprises a force bearing block (61) fixed on the bottom surface of the middle part of the machine barrel (30) and two reinforcing strips (62) with the bottom ends being fixed on the base (10) in a sliding way; the bottom of the stress block (61) is provided with a semi-spherical groove; a supporting ball (63) is hinged in the spherical groove; the top ends of the two reinforcing strips (62) are hinged on the supporting ball (63).
3. The TPU extruder barrel cage of claim 1, wherein the bottom four side walls of the connecting block (51) are spring connected to the inner wall of the groove.
