The working principle of the invention is as follows:
When the paint spraying device works, water is introduced into the main water pipe 13, water sprayed by the water spraying head 14 falls on the tops of the side wall 2, the front wall 3 and the rear wall 4 and continuously flows downwards, particularly, as the side wall 2 is formed by corrugated plates with the bottom edges obliquely arranged inwards, in the process of downward water flowing, water flow is continuously scattered by the protrusions of the corrugated plates and is scattered to two sides, so that under the effect of the continuous water flow scattering of the corrugated plates, a continuous water curtain is formed on the surface of the side wall 2, paint mist is effectively blocked, and when the paint mist scattered in the paint spraying process spreads to two sides, the water curtain is immediately contacted with the water curtain on the side wall 2 and is brought to the bottom of the paint spraying room body 1 by the water flow, and finally enters the water collecting tank 16 through the pore plate 17.
In the spray booth body 1, part of paint mist drifts upwards and enters the upper part of the ceiling 5 through a paint mist outlet 9 on the ceiling 5, while in the water vapor cavity 10, a large amount of water mist sprayed by the atomizing nozzle 12 permeates into the water vapor cavity 10 and enters the upper part of the ceiling 5 through the grid plate 11, and the rising paint mist is combined with the water vapor above the ceiling 5 to form liquid drops and drops on the top plate 6. Because the top plate 6 is obliquely arranged downwards and is staggered one by one, the liquid drops mixed with paint mist continuously roll down along the top plate 6 and drop onto the water curtain on the surface of the side wall 2 through the drop outlet 15, and then enter the water collecting tank 16 through the opening on the orifice plate 17.
In the water collecting tank 16, when the water level is higher than the filtering holes 20, the water mixed with paint mist enters the water purifying tank 18 after being filtered by the filter paper 22, the paint is isolated and attached to the filter paper 22, and the water pump 23 and the water inlet pipe 24 convey the clean water in the water purifying tank 18 to the main water pipe 13 for recycling. When in use, the filter paper 22 is replaced periodically, and the whole process is clean and pollution-free.
In the present invention, the front wall 3 and the rear wall 4 may be adhered with paint mist after a period of time, but the spray heads 14 spray water to the front wall 3 and the rear wall 4 all the time, so that the adhesion of paint mist is not firm, and the paint mist is regularly erased by paper towels or rags.
Therefore, the paint mist collection device for the paint spray booth has good paint mist collection effect, can realize the recycling of water, is energy-saving, environment-friendly, safe and reliable, and is suitable for various equipment manufacturing enterprises needing paint spraying.
