The advantages are that: the tar oil ammonia water spraying pipe can be cleaned under the condition of no shutdown, the shutdown disassembly cleaning is not needed, and the operation is convenient. Background
In a coking enterprise, coal gas from a coke oven firstly enters a primary cooler, most of tar gas, most of water vapor and naphthalene in the coal gas are condensed, and a guarantee is provided for a subsequent chemical production recovery section. The connecting flange 19 cover 11 is provided with a locating pin 18 hole 17 at a corresponding position connected with the connecting flange 19, and the locating pin 18 hole 17 is a through hole or a blind hole, so that the spraying device is convenient to install.
2-4, a plurality of spraying small holes 15 or a plurality of anti-blocking spray heads 16 are symmetrically and alternately arranged at the lower part of the spraying pipe 10, a blocking plate 13 and a supporting ring 14 are arranged at the tail part of the spraying pipe 10, and the supporting ring 14 is fixedly overlapped with the primary cooler and is used for supporting the spraying device; the blocking plate 13 can ensure that the liquid in the spraying pipe 10 and the back flushing pipe 9 is sprayed out by the spraying small holes 15 or the anti-blocking spray heads 16. A plurality of supporting plates 12 are fixedly arranged between the spraying pipe 10 and the back flushing pipe 9, so that the strength of the spraying device is enhanced.
When the heat exchange tube inside the primary cooler needs to be cleaned, as shown in fig. 1, the tar-ammonia water valve 7 is opened, the ammonia water valve 5, the steam valve 3 and the cleaning valve 8 are all closed, the tar-ammonia water mixture is sprayed through the spraying small holes 15 or the anti-blocking spray heads 16 on the spraying tube 10, and the outer wall of the heat exchange tube is cleaned. When the detection shows that the spray pressure is increased, the spray small holes 15 or the anti-blocking spray heads 16 are blocked, at the moment, the tar ammonia water valve 7 is closed, the cleaning valve 8 is opened, steam cleaning or ammonia water cleaning is selected according to the process requirements, the corresponding steam valve 3 or ammonia water valve 5 is opened, steam or ammonia water enters the spray pipe 10 through the backwashing pipe 9, and the blocked spray small holes 15 or the anti-blocking spray heads 16 are cleaned.
The invention can clean the tar ammonia water spray pipe 10 without stopping the machine. When the spraying device is installed, the locating pins 18 are installed at the positions of the locating pin 18 holes 17 corresponding to the connecting flange 19 and the connecting flange 19 cover 11 of the primary cooler, so that the possibility of wrong installation during installation is avoided, and the spraying device can be installed very conveniently.
