The granulation unit 2 comprises a mold cavity 21, a molding channel is arranged on the mold cavity 21, and a conduit 22 is arranged in the molding channel. When the biomass fuel is extruded from the die cavity 21 in use, the guide pipe 22 is arranged in the die cavity 21, so that the biomass fuel forms a hollow structure, and the combustion efficiency of the biomass fuel is improved.
The guide pipe 22 is provided with an air adding head 23, and the air adding head 23 is uniformly provided with air adding holes 23 a. The diameter of the mixing cavity 25b is larger than that of the feeding cavity 25a, so that the foaming volume of the biomass fuel can be increased, and the combustion efficiency is improved.
The air-entrainment head 23 is disposed within the mixing chamber 25 b. When the biomass fuel mixing device is used, the gas adding head 23 adds gas to the biomass fuel in the mixing cavity 25b, so that the biomass fuel forms uniform bubbles, and the combustion efficiency of the biomass fuel is increased.
