Technical Field
The invention relates to a safety belt hanger, in particular to a safety belt hanger arranged on a transformer lifting seat.
Background
When the transformer is overhauled by an electric power overhaul personnel, the transformer is high, so that certain potential safety hazards exist, and the safety belt hanging frame capable of being installed on the transformer lifting seat is needed.
Because the space at the top end of the transformer is limited, and various structures are criss-cross and complex, a proper stressed area is difficult to find for installing the safety belt hanging frame. The transformer riser is a suitable area for mounting the safety belt hanger. Because the transformer lifting frame is provided with the flange interfaces in the transverse and longitudinal directions, the available installation area of the safety belt hanging frame is limited. In addition, the cross-sectional shapes of the transformer lifting frames are different, and vertical and inclined lifting seats in various shapes exist. There is a need for a safety belt hanger that can be easily installed and used and is suitable for various transformer lifting seats.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides the safety belt hanging frame arranged on the transformer lifting seat, does not occupy too large installation space, can be adapted to the transformer lifting seats in different shapes, has stable structure and effectively eliminates potential safety hazards.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the safety belt hanging frame of the transformer lifting seat comprises a height adjusting rod, a safety belt hanging ring, a hoop, two anti-skidding clamping blocks, a clamping rod component and an adjustable fastener;
the two anti-skid clamping blocks are assembled together through the clamping rod component, the clamping rod component comprises two connecting rods and a rotating shaft, the two connecting rods are respectively connected with the anti-skid clamping blocks integrally, the two connecting rods are rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft through a round spring, and a structure capable of being clamped and fixed on the surface of a transformer lifting seat is formed; the inner side of the rotating shaft is provided with a sleeve hole, the height adjusting rod is installed in the sleeve hole, and the safety belt hanging ring is installed on the height adjusting rod;
one side of the anti-skid clamping blocks is provided with an anti-skid surface, the other side of the anti-skid clamping blocks is provided with the adjustable fastener, one end of the hoop is connected with one of the anti-skid clamping blocks in an assembling mode, and the other end of the hoop bypasses the transformer lifting seat and then is connected with the other anti-skid clamping block in an assembling mode through the adjustable fastener.
Preferably, the adjustable fastener comprises a locking shaft, a reverse folding clamp and an elastic component, the locking shaft is locked on the outer side surface of the anti-skid clamping block along the vertical direction, the reverse folding clamp is pivoted on the locking shaft through the elastic component and clamped towards the inner side surface of the anti-skid clamping block under the action of the elastic component; the other end of the hoop bypasses the locking shaft and then is folded reversely, and is clamped and fixed under the action of the reverse folding clamp.
Preferably, the reverse folder is provided with a sawtooth-shaped latch, and when the reverse folder is clamped and fixed at the other end of the hoop, the sawtooth-shaped latch is clamped and connected on the surface of the other end of the hoop.
Preferably, the locking shaft is provided with a tightening bolt, and the other end of the hoop can be driven to rotate by rotating the tightening bolt.
Preferably, the hoop is in a belt shape.
Preferably, the anti-slip clamping block is provided with a fixing rod, the fixing rod extends along the side face of the anti-slip clamping block, and the end part of the fixing rod is provided with a hook or a trepanning which can be fixed with one end of the hoop.
Preferably, the anti-slip surface of the anti-slip clamp block is stepped.
Preferably, the anti-slip clamping block is made of rubber.
Preferably, the height adjusting rod is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and is a hollow tube.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the two anti-skid clamping blocks are fixed on the front surface of the transformer lifting seat through the clamping rod component, the hoop is led out from one anti-skid clamping block, bypasses the back surface of the transformer lifting seat and is fixed on the other anti-skid clamping block through the adjustable fastener. When the safety belt hanging frame is fixed, the safety belt hanging frame does not occupy too large installation space, and can be adapted to transformer lifting seats in different shapes.
2. The length of the hoop is adjusted through the adjustable fastener, the hoop can be tightly attached to the transformer lifting seat, and the safety belt hanger can not slide downwards along the surface of the transformer lifting seat through the anti-skidding surface of the anti-skidding clamping block. The safety performance is improved, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.

Detailed Description
The embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment, taking the installation on the cylindrical transformer lifting seat 1 as an example, the transformer lifting seat safety belt hanger of the present invention includes a height adjusting rod 4, a safety belt hanging ring 5, an anchor ear 3, two anti-skid clamping blocks 7, a clamping rod member 6 and an adjustable fastener 2;
the two anti-skid clamping blocks 7 are connected together through the clamping rod component 6, the clamping rod component 6 comprises two connecting rods 61 and a rotating shaft 62 which are respectively connected with the anti-skid clamping blocks 7 into a whole, the two connecting rods 61 are rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft 62 through a round spring, and a structure capable of being clamped and fixed on the surface of the transformer lifting seat 1 is formed; a sleeve hole is formed on the inner side of the rotating shaft 62, the height adjusting rod 4 is mounted in the sleeve hole, and the safety belt hanging ring 5 is mounted on the height adjusting rod 4;
one side of the anti-skid clamping blocks 7 is provided with an anti-skid surface, the other side of the anti-skid clamping blocks 7 is provided with the adjustable fastener 2, one end of the hoop 3 is connected with one of the anti-skid clamping blocks 7 in an assembling mode, and the other end of the hoop 3 bypasses the transformer lifting seat 1 and then is connected with the other anti-skid clamping block 7 in an assembling mode through the adjustable fastener 2.
The adjustable fastener 2 comprises a locking shaft 22, a reverse folding clamp 21 and an elastic component, the locking shaft 22 is locked on the outer side surface of the anti-skid clamping block 7 along the vertical direction, the reverse folding clamp 21 is pivoted on the locking shaft 22 through the elastic component and is clamped towards the inner side surface of the anti-skid clamping block 7 under the action of the elastic component; the other end of the anchor ear 3 bypasses the locking shaft 22 and then is folded back and is clamped and fixed under the action of the folding-back clamp 21.
The reverse folding clamp 21 is provided with sawtooth-shaped clamping teeth, and when the reverse folding clamp 21 is clamped and fixed at the other end of the hoop 3, the sawtooth-shaped clamping teeth are clamped on the surface of the other end of the hoop 3.
The locking shaft 22 is provided with a tightening bolt 23, and the other end of the hoop 3 can be driven to rotate by rotating the tightening bolt 23.
The hoop 3 is in a belt shape. The banded hoop can keep the flexibility of the hoop 3, so that the hoop adapts to the surface of the transformer lifting seat in the process of contacting with the surface of the transformer lifting seat 1 and is not easy to break.
The anti-slip clamping block 7 is provided with a fixing rod 71, the fixing rod 71 extends along the side surface of the anti-slip clamping block 7, and the end part of the fixing rod 71 is provided with a hook or a trepanning which can be fixed with one end of the hoop 3.
The anti-slip surface of the anti-slip clamp block 7 is stepped. The anti-skid clamping blocks 7 are made of rubber.
The height adjusting rod 4 is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and is a hollow tube. The material is light, reliable, high in strength and corrosion resistant; and has excellent insulating property and hydrophobic property.
The above embodiments are only used to further illustrate the lifting seat belt hanger of the transformer of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
