The hinge block at the right back bed plate mechanism and the hinge block at the right middle bed plate mechanism are rotatably mounted together around the X axis, and the hinge block at the left back bed plate mechanism and the hinge block at the left middle bed plate mechanism are rotatably mounted together around the X axis. The shapes of the two hinged blocks are not identical, and only the two hinged blocks can rotate around the X axis, so that the left back bed plate mechanism, the middle back bed plate mechanism and the right back bed plate mechanism can be turned upwards together. Meanwhile, after the left back bed plate mechanism, the middle back bed plate mechanism and the right back bed plate mechanism are turned upwards to be in a vertical state, the hinge blocks of the right back bed plate mechanism are in a vertical state, the hinge blocks of the right middle bed plate mechanism are in a horizontal state, and the hinge blocks of the right back bed plate mechanism and the hinge blocks of the right middle bed plate mechanism cannot rotate in the process of turning down the right middle bed plate mechanism and turning down the right back bed plate mechanism, and due to the action of the rotating assembly, the sliding blocks can rotate relative to the hinge blocks and rotate (not spin) around the axis of the Z-axis direction.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the turning components are arranged between the left middle bed plate mechanism and the left front bed plate mechanism, between the middle bed plate mechanism and the middle front bed plate mechanism, and between the right middle bed plate mechanism and the right front bed plate mechanism. When the nursing bed is in a bed state, the overturning assembly can drive the left front bed plate mechanism and the right front bed plate mechanism to overturn upwards, and the overturning assembly can drive the middle front bed plate mechanism to overturn downwards; namely, the overturning directions of the overturning assemblies on the left side and the right side are opposite to the overturning directions of the overturning assemblies in the middle. The following description will be made by taking a turnover assembly between the right middle bed plate mechanism and the right front bed plate mechanism as an example: the bed board of the right middle bed board mechanism is hinged with the bed board of the right front bed board mechanism, the overturning assembly comprises a motor, a longitudinal support bearing, a longitudinal worm rotatably mounted on the longitudinal support bearing, a transverse shaft rotatably mounted on the transverse support bearing, a driving gear sleeved at one end of the transverse shaft, a turbine sleeved at the other end of the transverse shaft, a driven gear and a fixed shaft. The motor is connected with the longitudinal worm through the coupler, the longitudinal worm is meshed with the turbine, the driven gear is sleeved on the fixed shaft, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, the motor, the longitudinal support bearing and the transverse support bearing are all fixed on the bed plate of the right middle bed plate mechanism, and the fixed shaft is fixed on the bed plate of the right front bed plate mechanism. The motor drives the longitudinal worm to rotate through the coupler, the worm turbine drives the transverse shaft to rotate, and the driving gear and the driven gear drive the fixed shaft to rotate, so that the right front bed board mechanism is driven to overturn. When the motor rotates reversely, the motor can rotate in the opposite direction.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the middle bed plate mechanism is provided with an inclined platform, and the inclined platform is fixed with the middle bed plate mechanism. The inclined platform is provided with a pushing inclined component, and the output end of the pushing inclined component is connected to the bed board of the middle and rear bed board mechanisms. The pushing tilting assembly can be used as a power source to drive the middle and rear bed plate mechanisms to turn upwards.
The pushing tilting assembly comprises a bearing frame, an end cover arranged at the lower end of the bearing frame and a telescopic device arranged in the bearing frame. The upper end of the bearing frame is provided with a through hole for the telescopic device to pass through, the upper end of the bearing frame is relatively fixed with the inclined platform, the upper end of the telescopic device is hinged with the bed board of the middle and rear bed board mechanisms, the telescopic device passes through the bearing frame and is hinged with the bed board of the middle and rear bed board mechanisms, the lower end of the telescopic device is placed on the end cover, the lower end of the telescopic device can be fixed on the end cover or not, and the end cover can hold the telescopic device. When the telescopic device is in an extending action, the end cover supports the telescopic device to push the middle and rear bed plate mechanisms to turn upwards.
The pushing tilting assembly further comprises a bearing and a compressing block, the bearing frame comprises a horizontal portion and a cylinder which are integrally formed, the cylinder is located at the lower end of the horizontal portion, the end cover is installed at the lower end of the cylinder, namely, the end cover seals the lower end of the cylinder, the tilting platform is provided with a step groove, the bearing and the compressing block are all installed on the step groove, the bearing is located at the lower end of the compressing block, one end of the compressing block is fixedly connected with the tilting platform, the other end of the compressing block is pressed at the upper portion of the bearing, and the bearing is sleeved at the end portion of the horizontal portion. The left end and the right end in the step groove are respectively provided with a compression block and a bearing, namely, the two bearing sleeves are sleeved at the left end and the right end of the horizontal part. The purpose of promoting the slope subassembly setting and bearing and compact heap is installed and is dismantled and change conveniently, and the expansion bend, bear the weight of frame, bear bearing and compact heap all can purchase on the market, and which spare part has bad just so can change well.
As shown in fig. 6, the bedplate of the left front bedplate mechanism and the bedplate of the right front bedplate mechanism are respectively provided with an armrest component, and the armrest component comprises a telescopic device fixed on the bedplate, an armrest plate, a connecting plate, a guide rod and a guide rod seat fixed on the bedplate; the guide rod passes through the guide rod seat, one end of the guide rod is connected to the armrest plate, the other end of the guide rod is connected to the connecting plate, and the output end of the telescopic device is connected to the connecting plate. When the nursing bed is in a wheelchair state, the armrest plate is positioned above the connecting plate, and the guide rod seat and the guide rod can play a role in guiding, so that the armrest plate can only ascend or descend directly, and the telescopic device can drive the armrest plate to descend or ascend when performing the extending or retracting action.
The bed plate of the middle and rear bed plate mechanisms is rotationally connected with the bed plate of the left and rear bed plate mechanism, the bed plate of the middle and rear bed plate mechanism is rotationally connected with the bed plate of the right and rear bed plate mechanism, the bed plate of the middle and rear bed plate mechanism is rotationally connected with the bed plate of the left and middle bed plate mechanism, and the bed plate of the middle and middle bed plate mechanism is rotationally connected with the bed plate of the right and middle bed plate mechanism by hinges. The hinge is simple and practical, and can realize the purpose of rotation.
The bed board of the middle bed board mechanism is provided with an inclined platform, and a sliding bed seat and four groups of side turning components which are rectangular in distribution are arranged below the inclined platform. The nursing bed side turning component has the following structure: referring to fig. 2 and 8, the side turning component is located at the upper end of the bed seat, and the lower end of the bed seat is provided with rollers, so that the side turning component can roll conveniently. The side turning component comprises a connecting rod and a telescopic device; the expansion bend is installed in the upper end of bed seat, and the one end of connecting rod is installed on the slope platform, and the other end of connecting rod articulates on the output of expansion bend. With reference to fig. 13 and 14, the side turning component can implement the side turning function of the nursing bed, and when the retractors of the two side turning components on the right are extended, the nursing bed turns left. The side-turning component of the nursing bed can be improved: the upper ends of the connecting rods are not required to be arranged on the inclined platform, and if the upper end of one connecting rod is arranged on the bed plate of the left middle bed plate mechanism and the upper end of the other connecting rod is arranged on the bed plate of the right middle bed plate mechanism, a power source can be provided for overturning the left middle bed plate mechanism and the right middle bed plate mechanism. Of course, the number of the side turning components can be increased, so that the side turning components are arranged between the bed seat and the left back bed board mechanism, the right back bed board mechanism, the left middle bed board mechanism, the right middle bed board mechanism, the left front bed board mechanism and the right front bed board mechanism, and the side turning function of the bed is realized.
The above-mentioned telescopic device may be a linear motion type member such as a cylinder, an electric push rod, a telescopic rod, or the like.
The multifunctional nursing bed can help the user to lean on and support the back, and the nursing bed can be integrally deformed into a wheelchair, so that the patient can go out conveniently. The roll-over function of the nursing bed is illustrated as follows: as shown in the combination of fig. 13 and 14, the nursing bed side turning components of the invention are distributed in a rectangular shape, when the retractors of the side turning components of the two left groups extend, the middle bed board mechanism inclines rightwards, thereby driving the nursing bed to integrally turn rightwards, and realizing the function of turning sideways. The back support function of the nursing bed is described as follows: and in combination with the figures 10 and 11, the telescopic device of the inclination assembly is pushed to extend, and the end cover supports the telescopic device, so that the telescopic device pushes the middle and rear bed plate mechanisms to turn upwards, and the back supporting function is realized.
The process of changing the nursing bed from the state of the bed to the wheelchair state is described as follows: with reference to fig. 12, the tilt assembly is pushed to push the middle and rear bed plate mechanisms to turn upwards, so that the left, middle and right rear bed plate mechanisms turn to a vertical state. The process of forming the wheelchair by the right rear bed board mechanism, the right middle bed board mechanism and the right front bed board mechanism on the right side of the nursing bed is described as follows: as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the right middle bed plate mechanism is turned downwards, and the right rear bed plate mechanism is turned backwards (in this process, the longitudinal telescopic components of the right middle bed plate mechanism and the right rear bed plate mechanism realize the telescopic function, and the rotary component realizes the relative rotation function); the turning assembly between the right middle bed board mechanism and the right front bed board mechanism works to enable the bed board of the right front bed board mechanism to be attached to the bed board of the right middle bed board mechanism, and the armrest assembly at the right front bed board mechanism works to enable hands of a patient to be comfortably placed on the armrest board, as shown in fig. 17 and fig. 18. The process of deforming the left rear bed plate mechanism, the left middle bed plate mechanism and the left front bed plate mechanism on the left side of the nursing bed into a wheelchair is the same as the process of deforming the right rear bed plate mechanism, the right middle bed plate mechanism and the right front bed plate mechanism on the right side of the nursing bed into a wheelchair. And in combination with the illustration of fig. 20, the turning component between the middle bed board mechanism and the middle front bed board mechanism works, so that the middle front bed board mechanism turns downwards, and the whole nursing bed is deformed into a wheelchair.
The following examples are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited by the following examples, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that do not depart from the spirit and principles of the present invention should be made by equivalent substitution means, and are included in the scope of the present invention.

Multifunctional nursing bed, its characterized in that: the device comprises a middle-middle bed plate mechanism, a middle-rear bed plate mechanism, a left-rear bed plate mechanism, a right-rear bed plate mechanism, a left-middle bed plate mechanism, a right-front bed plate mechanism, a left-front bed plate mechanism, a right-front bed plate mechanism, a left-front bed plate mechanism and a right-front bed plate mechanism, wherein the middle-rear bed plate mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the middle-middle bed plate mechanism in a rotating mode around an X axis;
the bed board of the right back bed board mechanism, the bed board of the right middle bed board mechanism, the bed board of the left back bed board mechanism and the bed board of the left middle bed board mechanism are respectively provided with a longitudinal telescopic component, the end parts of the longitudinal telescopic components are provided with rotating components rotating around a Y axis, the rotating components at the right back bed board mechanism and the rotating components at the right middle bed board mechanism are rotatably installed together around an X axis, and the rotating components at the left back bed board mechanism and the rotating components at the left middle bed board mechanism are rotatably installed together around the X axis.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 1, wherein: the longitudinal telescopic component comprises a telescopic device and a sliding block; the bed board of the right back bed board mechanism, the bed board of the right middle bed board mechanism, the bed board of the left back bed board mechanism and the bed board of the left middle bed board mechanism are respectively provided with a chute, a sliding block is slidably arranged on the chute, one end of a telescopic device is connected to the bed board, and the other end of the telescopic device is connected to the sliding block.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 2, wherein: the rotating assembly comprises a connecting shaft and a hinging block; the end part of the sliding block is provided with a connecting bearing, the connecting shaft is arranged on the connecting bearing, and the hinge block is sleeved at the end part of the connecting shaft; the hinge block at the right back bed plate mechanism and the hinge block at the right middle bed plate mechanism are rotatably mounted together around the X axis, and the hinge block at the left back bed plate mechanism and the hinge block at the left middle bed plate mechanism are rotatably mounted together around the X axis.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 1, wherein: the overturning assemblies are arranged between the left middle bed plate mechanism and the left front bed plate mechanism, between the middle bed plate mechanism and the middle front bed plate mechanism, and between the right middle bed plate mechanism and the right front bed plate mechanism; the overturning assembly comprises a motor, a longitudinal support bearing, a longitudinal worm rotatably mounted on the longitudinal support bearing, a transverse shaft rotatably mounted on the transverse support bearing, a driving gear sleeved at one end of the transverse shaft, a turbine sleeved at the other end of the transverse shaft, a driven gear and a fixed shaft; the motor is connected with the longitudinal worm through the coupler, the longitudinal worm is meshed with the turbine, the driven gear is sleeved on the fixed shaft, and the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 1, wherein: the bed board of the middle bed board mechanism is provided with an inclined platform, the inclined platform is provided with a pushing inclined component, and the output end of the pushing inclined component is connected with the bed board of the middle and rear bed board mechanisms.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 5 wherein: the pushing and tilting assembly comprises a bearing frame, an end cover arranged at the lower end of the bearing frame and a telescopic device arranged in the bearing frame; the upper end of the bearing frame is provided with a through hole for the telescopic device to pass through, the upper end of the bearing frame is relatively fixed with the inclined platform, the upper end of the telescopic device is hinged with the bed board of the middle and rear bed board mechanisms, and the lower end of the telescopic device is placed on the end cover.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 6 wherein: the pushing tilting assembly further comprises a bearing and a compression block, the bearing frame comprises a horizontal portion and a cylinder which are integrally formed, the cylinder is located at the lower end of the horizontal portion, the end cover is installed at the lower end of the cylinder, the tilting platform is provided with a step groove, the bearing and the compression block are all installed on the step groove, one end of the compression block is fixedly connected with the tilting platform, the other end of the compression block is pressed on the upper portion of the bearing, and the bearing is sleeved at the end portion of the horizontal portion.

The multi-functional nursing bed as defined in claim 1, wherein: the bed board of the left front bed board mechanism and the bed board of the right front bed board mechanism are respectively provided with an armrest component, and the armrest components comprise a telescopic device fixed on the bed board, an armrest board, a connecting board, a guide rod and a guide rod seat fixed on the bed board; the guide rod passes through the guide rod seat, one end of the guide rod is connected to the armrest plate, the other end of the guide rod is connected to the connecting plate, and the output end of the telescopic device is connected to the connecting plate.
