Background
A disabled person is a person who is mentally, physiologically, or structurally disabled or abnormally organized or functioned, and who has lost, in whole or in part, the ability to perform certain activities in a normal manner. Handicapped persons include persons with long-term impairment of limbs, spirit, intelligence or senses, which interact with various disorders that may prevent the handicapped persons from adequately and practically participating in society on an equal basis with others.
However, the disabled with no arms can not take care of themselves in life, and some things can be completed only by external people or tools. For example, when the disabled with broken arms needs to wash hair, the disabled cannot independently complete the washing, so that a hair washing device special for the disabled with broken arms is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defect that when the arm-broken disabled needs to wash the hair, the arm-broken disabled cannot wash the hair independently by one person, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the hair washing device for the arm-broken disabled.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a broken arm disabled person hair washing device which comprises a deck chair, a frame, an inclined rod, a sliding sleeve, a first sliding rod, a pedal plate, a pressure spring, a rope, a fixed pulley, a line fixing mechanism and a hair washing mechanism.
