Abstract
The invention relates to a pressing plate and outgoing line matching structure for a transformer and an outgoing line method thereof, wherein the pressing plate comprises a pressing plate body and a cushion block, the pressing plate body and the cushion block are in sliding connection in a stepped butt joint mode, and the oil sealing plate is arranged at the lower part of the pressing plate; the method comprises the following steps: separating the pressing plate body from the cushion block in a drawer mode, wherein the pressing plate exposes the open notch; mounting each layer of corner rings and insulating pieces of the head at the notch; after the corner rings and the insulating pieces of the head are installed, the cushion blocks are inserted into the notch for installation and fixed by using cardboard pins; and (3) installing and fixing the oil sealing plate at the corresponding position of the lower part of the pressing plate by using an insulating screw rod and a nut, and completing the whole structure. The invention separates the open-pore extension part of the pressing plate in a drawer mode, and ensures the operation space of the mounting angle ring of the head and the insulating part on the premise of ensuring the mounting size requirement of the design theory, thereby ensuring the heat dissipation efficiency of the strong oil guiding structure of the product while being convenient to operate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a transformer manufacturing technology, in particular to a pressing plate and outgoing line matching structure for a transformer and an outgoing line method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of ultra-high voltage transmission projects, the voltage class and the transmission capacity of a transmission line are continuously improved, the demand of high-voltage and high-capacity power transformer products is gradually increased year by year, most of the transformers adopt a strong oil guiding cooling mode, and the high end insulation level determines the complex end outgoing structure of the transformer, namely an oil paper baffle type outgoing mode consisting of a plurality of layers of angle rings, stay bars and the like. In the actual coil sleeving and assembling operation, the conventional pressing plate is a circular plate, and is provided with a wire outlet hole which is circular and closed. After the lower pressing plate is mounted in advance, the complex wire outlet structure at the lower end part of the transformer is difficult to operate, the mounting size of a design theory is difficult to ensure, the position structure of the lower pressing plate matched with the wire outlet is urgently required to be adjusted, and the oil sealing effect required by a guiding cooling mode is reserved.

after the corner rings and the insulating pieces of the head are installed, the cushion blocks are inserted into the notch for installation and fixed by using cardboard pins;
and (3) installing and fixing the oil sealing plate at the corresponding position of the lower part of the pressing plate by using an insulating screw rod and a nut, and completing the whole structure.
The method of the invention further comprises the steps of:
slotting on one side of the pressing plate body, and matching and designing the cushion block with the slotting size of the pressing plate body;
and a mounting hole is reserved at the edge of the notch of the pressing plate body.
The oil seal plate is prepared according to the outer limit size of the head forming part before being installed.
The invention has the following beneficial effects and advantages:

As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the cushion block 2 has an opening that is in butt joint with the notch of the platen body 1, and the cushion block 2 is stepped in the thickness direction and slidably mounted on the bottom of the platen body 1.
The invention specially designs a matching structure of a lower pressing plate and a lower outgoing line of a transformer, matches the epitaxial part of a pressing plate opening, namely a cushion block, in a step butt joint mode, slots the position of a pressing plate body 1, reserves 2 mounting holes at the upper part for mounting the cushion block 2, and mounts 8 openings at the lower part for mounting an oil seal plate 3.

and (3) installing and fixing the oil sealing plate at the corresponding position of the lower part of the pressing plate by using an insulating screw rod and a nut, and completing the whole structure.
The manufacturing of the pressing plate body is to open a slot on one side of the pressing plate body, and the cushion block is matched with the opening size of the pressing plate body;
and a mounting hole is reserved at the edge of the notch of the pressing plate body.
