Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for calling a background application, which is applied to a folder type terminal.
The folder type terminal may include a processor, a memory, a screen, and the like. The processor, which may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), may be configured to detect an angle between the first screen area and the second screen area. The Memory may be a RAM (Random Access Memory), a Flash Memory, and the like, and may be configured to store received data, data required by the processing procedure, data generated in the processing procedure, and the like, such as a background application program list, options of application programs running in the background, and the like. The screen may be a foldable touch screen, may be used to display a background application list, an interface of a first application, and the like, and may also be used to detect an operation signal, a touch signal, and the like. The screen may be divided into a first screen area, a second screen area, and a third screen area, foldable at a folding line within the third screen area, the first screen area and the second screen area being respectively provided at both sides of the third screen area.
The folder type terminal may further include an image detection part, an audio output part, an audio input part, and the like. The image detection means may be a camera or the like. The audio output component may be a speaker, headphones, or the like. The audio input means may be a microphone or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the processing flow of the method may include the following steps:
in step 101, when it is detected that an included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within a preset interval, a background application program list is displayed in a third screen area.
The background application program list comprises at least one option of the application program which runs in the background currently. As shown in fig. 2, the inner folder terminal of the present embodiment is an example of an inner folder terminal, and refers to a terminal that can be folded at an angle of 180 ° and in which the touch display is (entirely or partially) folded in a folded state. When the screen is folded inwards until the two screen areas are contacted, the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is 0 degree; the screen is folded by a certain angle; when the screen is not folded, the two screen areas are positioned on the same plane, and the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is 180 degrees. The predetermined interval may be [0 °, 135 ° ], which is not limited herein.
In implementation, a user can simultaneously run a plurality of applications during the use of the folder type terminal. When the interface of a certain application program is displayed on the screen, the application program runs in the foreground, other application programs run in the background, and options corresponding to all the application programs running in the background can be displayed in a background application program list.
The user can use the folder type terminal in a folded state. When a user folds the screen of the folding terminal inwards from an included angle of 180 degrees, the folding terminal can detect the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area and judge whether the included angle is in a preset interval. When the included angle is judged to be within the preset interval, the folding terminal can display a background application program list in the third screen area.
Optionally, whether to display the background application list may be determined according to whether the screen currently displays the interface of the application, and the corresponding processing may be as follows: when detecting that the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within a preset interval and the screen currently displays an interface of any application program, displaying a background application program list in a third screen area; when detecting that an included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within a preset interval and an interface of an application program is not currently displayed on the screen, if the current display mode is a multi-screen display mode, displaying a background application program list in a third screen area.
In implementation, the folder type terminal may have two display modes: a single screen display mode and a multi-screen display mode. If the folding terminal is in a single-screen display mode, displaying a complete picture in all screen areas, similar to a non-folding terminal; if the foldable terminal is in a multi-screen display mode, the first screen area, the second screen area and the third screen area can be independently displayed respectively. The folder terminal may be provided with an option or a key for switching the display mode to provide the user with switching the display mode. For example, an included angle between the first screen region and the second screen region may be changed from a preset interval of the single-screen display mode to a preset interval of the multi-screen display mode, and a display mode switching instruction is triggered, so that the foldable terminal can switch the display modes.
When the user uses the folding terminal, the folding terminal is not folded, namely, the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area can be 180 degrees, and the background application program list can not be displayed in the third screen area.
If the user uses a certain application program on the screen, the folder terminal can detect the angle between the first screen area and the second screen area when the user folds the folder terminal. And when detecting that the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within a preset interval, displaying a background application program list in a third screen area. At this time, the foldable terminal may be in a multi-screen display mode, and when not folded, the foldable terminal may be in a single-screen display mode or a multi-screen display mode. If the foldable terminal is not folded, the foldable terminal is in a single-screen display mode, and the complete interface of the application program is displayed in all screen areas, then when the foldable terminal is switched to a multi-screen display mode, the interface of the application program can be displayed in a first screen area, and a desktop can be displayed in a second screen area. When the multi-screen display mode is switched to, the interface of the application program may also be displayed in the second screen area, and the desktop is displayed in the first screen area, which is not limited herein.
If the user does not use the application program on the screen, that is, no program runs in the foreground, and the current display mode of the folding terminal is the single-screen display mode, the user folds the folding terminal, and when the folding terminal detects that the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within the preset interval, the display mode is not switched to the multi-screen display mode, and a background application program list is not displayed in the third screen area. After the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within the preset interval, if a user clicks an option or a key for switching the display mode, a display mode switching instruction can be triggered, and then the foldable terminal can switch the display mode to a multi-screen display mode and can display a background application program list in a third screen area.
If the user does not use the application program on the screen, that is, no program runs in the foreground, and the current display mode of the folding terminal is the multi-screen display mode, the user folds the folding terminal, and when the folding terminal detects that the included angle between the first screen area and the second screen area is within the preset interval, the background application program list can be displayed in the third screen area.
In step 102, when it is detected that an operation signal for an option of a first application in the background application list satisfies a preset condition, an interface of the first application is displayed.
In implementation, when the background application list is displayed in the third screen area, the user may perform corresponding operations on options of applications in the background application list. When the foldable terminal detects that the user operates the option of the application program running in the background, whether the operation meets the preset condition or not can be judged. If the preset conditions are met, the interface of the application program can be displayed in the first screen area or the second screen area, and the application program is called from background running to foreground running.
Optionally, if the third screen area cannot display all options of the background application, the user may slide to view, and the corresponding processing may be as follows: when a first sliding touch signal in the third screen area is detected, and the component of the displacement of the first sliding touch signal in the direction parallel to the folding line exceeds a first preset threshold, if the maximum number of the options that can be displayed in the third screen area is less than the total number of the options in the background application program list, the options of the current background running application program displayed in the third screen area are switched in a sliding manner according to the length of the components, the direction of the components and the arrangement sequence of the options of the current background running application program.
In an implementation, there may be more applications running in the background, and the maximum number of options that can be displayed in the third screen area may be less than the total number of options in the background application list, that is, the third screen area cannot display all the options of the applications. At this time, if the first application program that the user wants to invoke is not displayed in the third screen area, the user slides in the third screen area along the direction of the folding line, triggering a first slide touch signal, as shown in fig. 3. When the foldable terminal detects a first sliding touch signal triggered by user operation, the sliding touch signal can be decomposed into a component in the parallel direction of the folding line and a component in the vertical direction of the folding line, and then whether the distance between the folding terminal and the component in the parallel direction of the folding line is larger than a first preset threshold value or not can be judged. If the current background running application program option is larger than the first preset threshold, the sliding switching can be performed on the current background running application program option displayed in the third screen area according to the length and the direction of the component and by combining the arrangement sequence of the current background running application program option. Furthermore, the user can see the options of the rest of the application programs in the third screen area, and can find the option corresponding to the first application program which the user wants to call.
Optionally, the user may slide and select the interface of the application program in the first screen area or the second screen area to display, and the corresponding processing may be as follows: when a second sliding touch signal of the starting point at the option of the first application program in the background application program list is detected, and the position of the second sliding touch signal moves to a position in the first screen area, wherein the distance between the first screen area and the folding line is larger than a second preset threshold value, displaying the interface of the first application program in the first screen area; or when a third sliding touch signal of which the starting point is at the option of the first application program in the background application program is detected, and the position of the third sliding touch signal moves to a position in the second screen area, wherein the distance between the second screen area and the folding line is greater than a second preset threshold value, displaying the interface of the first application program in the second screen area.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 4a, when a user wants to call a first application program to a foreground for running and display the first screen area, the user may slide an option of the first application program to the first screen area to trigger a second slide touch signal. When the foldable terminal detects a second sliding touch signal triggered by user operation, the sliding touch signal can be decomposed into a component in the parallel direction of the folding line and a component in the vertical direction of the folding line, and then whether the length of the component in the vertical direction of the folding line is greater than a second preset threshold value or not can be judged, namely whether the distance between the position of the second sliding touch signal and the folding line in the first screen area is greater than the second preset threshold value or not is judged. And if the first application program is larger than the second preset threshold, displaying an interface of the first application program in the first screen area, and deleting the option of the first application program from the background application program list. Furthermore, the first application program can be called to be operated in the foreground, and the user can use the first application program in the first screen area.
As shown in fig. 4b, when the user wants to call the first application program to the foreground for running and display the first application program in the second screen area, the user may slide the option of the first application program to the second screen area to trigger the third slide touch signal. When the foldable terminal detects a third sliding touch signal triggered by user operation, the sliding touch signal can be decomposed into a component in the parallel direction of the folding line and a component in the vertical direction of the folding line, and then whether the length of the component in the vertical direction of the folding line is greater than a second preset threshold value or not can be judged, namely whether the distance from the position of the third sliding touch signal to the folding line in the second screen area is greater than the second preset threshold value or not is judged. And if the current application program is larger than the second preset threshold, displaying an interface of the first application program in the second screen area, and deleting the option of the first application program from the background application program list. Furthermore, the first application program can be called to be operated in the foreground, and the user can use the first application program in the second screen area.
Optionally, when the application program running in the background is called, the application program running in the foreground may be called to run in the background, and the corresponding processing may be as follows: if the first screen area displays the interface of the second application program before the first screen area displays the interface of the first application program, the second application program is operated in the background, and the option of the second application program is added into the background application program list; or if the second screen area displays the interface of the second application program before the second screen area displays the interface of the first application program, the second application program is operated in the background, and the option of the second application program is added into the background application program list.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 5, when the user slides the option of the first application to the designated screen area in which the interface of the second application may have been displayed, the second application may be run in the background and the option of the second application may be added to the list of background applications when the interface of the first application is displayed in the designated screen area, and the list of background applications has the last order of the options of the second application. The designated area may be a first screen area or a second screen area, and is not limited herein. If the total number of the options of the current background running application program is less than the maximum number of the options which can be displayed in the third screen area, when the option of the second application program is added into the background application program list, the option can be directly displayed in the third screen area, and the user can directly see the option; if the total number of the options of the current background running application program is greater than or equal to the maximum number of the options that can be displayed in the third screen area, the options of the second application program may not be displayed in the third screen area when the options of the second application program are added to the background application program list, and the options can be seen only when the user performs sliding switching on the options of the background application program.
Optionally, if there is a free screen area, the option of the application program may be clicked to be displayed in the screen area, so as to simplify the operation, and the corresponding processing may be as follows: if the first screen area does not display the interface of the application program currently and the second screen area displays the interface of any application program currently, when a click signal of an option of the first application program in the background application program list is detected, displaying the interface of the first application program in the first screen area; or if the second screen area does not currently display the interface of the application program and the first screen area currently displays the interface of any application program, when a click signal of an option of the first application program in the background application program list is detected, displaying the interface of the first application program in the second screen area.
In implementation, when a user wants to call a first application program to a foreground runtime, there may be a case where an application interface is not displayed in a screen area, that is, the screen area is in an idle state, which may be in a blank screen state or a displayed desktop state. Taking an operating system as an Android (Android) system as an example, programs and data stored in the memory 120 are shown in fig. 9, and a Linux kernel layer 220, a system runtime layer 240, an application framework layer 260, and an application layer 280 are stored in the memory 120. The Linux kernel layer 220 provides underlying drivers for various hardware of the folder terminal 100, such as a display driver, an audio driver, a camera driver, a bluetooth driver, a Wi-Fi driver, a power management, and the like. The system runtime library layer 240 provides the main feature support for the Android system through some C/C + + libraries. For example, the SQLite library provides support for a database, the OpenGL/ES library provides support for 3D drawing, the Webkit library provides support for a browser kernel, and the like. Also provided in the system Runtime layer 240 is an Android Runtime library (Android Runtime), which mainly provides some core libraries that can allow developers to write Android applications using the Java language. The application framework layer 260 provides various APIs that may be used in building applications, and developers may build their own applications by using these APIs, such as activity management, window management, view management, notification management, content provider, package management, session management, resource management, and location management. At least one application program runs in the application layer 280, and the application programs may be a contact program, a short message program, a clock program, a camera application, etc. of the operating system; or an application program developed by a third-party developer, such as an instant messaging program, a photo beautification program, and the like.
Taking an operating system as an IOS system as an example, programs and data stored in the memory 120 are shown in fig. 10, and the IOS system includes: a Core operating system Layer 320(Core OS Layer), a Core Services Layer 340(Core Services Layer), a Media Layer 360(Media Layer), and a touchable Layer 380(Cocoa Touch Layer). The kernel operating system layer 320 includes an operating system kernel, drivers, and underlying program frameworks that provide functionality closer to hardware for use by program frameworks located in the kernel services layer 340. The core services layer 340 provides system services and/or program frameworks, such as a Foundation framework, an account framework, an advertisement framework, a data storage framework, a network connection framework, a geographic location framework, a motion framework, and so forth, that are needed by the application. The media layer 360 provides audiovisual interfaces for applications, such as graphics-related interfaces, audio-related interfaces, video-related interfaces, and audio/video transmission technology wireless broadcast (AirPlay) interfaces. The touchable layer 380 provides various common interface-related frameworks for application development, and the touchable layer 380 is responsible for user touch interaction operations on the folder-type terminal 100. Such as a local notification service, a remote push service, an advertising framework, a game tool framework, a messaging User Interface (UI) framework, a User Interface UIKit framework, a map framework, and so forth.
In the framework illustrated in FIG. 10, the framework associated with most applications includes, but is not limited to: a base framework in the core services layer 340 and a UIKit framework in the touchable layer 380. The base framework provides many basic object classes and data types, provides the most basic system services for all applications, and is UI independent. While the class provided by the UIKit framework is a basic library of UI classes for creating touch-based user interfaces, iOS applications can provide UIs based on the UIKit framework, so it provides an infrastructure for applications for building user interfaces, drawing, processing and user interaction events, responding to gestures, and the like.
The touch display screen 130 is used for receiving a touch operation of a user on or near the touch display screen using any suitable object such as a finger, a touch pen, or the like, and displaying a user interface of each application program. The touch display 130 is generally provided at a front panel of the folder type terminal 100.
As shown in fig. 11, the folder type terminal 100 includes a first housing 41, a second housing 42, and a connecting assembly 43 connected between the first housing 41 and the second housing 42, and the first housing 41 and the second housing 42 are folded upside down by the connecting assembly 43.
The first housing 41 includes a first supporting surface connected to the back surface of the touch display screen and a first back surface opposite to the first supporting surface, and the second housing 42 includes a second supporting surface connected to the back surface of the touch display screen and a second back surface opposite to the second supporting surface. Accordingly, the touch display screen includes a first display area 131, a second display area 132 and a third display area 133, wherein the first display area 131 corresponds to the position of the first housing 41, the second display area 132 corresponds to the position of the second housing 42, and the third display area 133 corresponds to the position of the connecting assembly 43. In one implementation, the first display region 131, the second display region 132 and the third display region 133 are made of flexible materials and have a certain expansion and contraction ductility; in another implementation, only the third display region 133 is made of a flexible material, and the first and second display regions 131 and 132 are made of a non-flexible material.
In an alternative implementation, the connection assembly 43 of the folder type terminal 100 adopts a manual structure. When the user manually separates the first housing 41 and the second housing 42, the folder type terminal 100 is changed from the folded state to the unfolded state; when the user manually closes the first housing 41 and the second housing 42, the folder type terminal 100 changes from the unfolded state to the folded state.
In another alternative implementation, the connection assembly 43 of the folder type terminal 100 is of an electric structure, for example, an electric rotating member such as an electric motor is provided in the connection assembly 43. The first housing 41 and the second housing 42 are automatically folded or separated by the electric rotating member, so that the folder-type terminal 100 has two states of unfolding and folding.
The folder terminal 100 may be divided into an outer folder terminal and an inner folder terminal according to whether the touch display is exposed in a folded state. Wherein:
external folding screen terminal
The outer folding screen terminal is a terminal which has a folding angle of 180 degrees and is completely exposed out of the touch display screen in a folding state. As shown in fig. 11, the folder terminal 100 is an outer folder screen terminal. In the unfolded state, the first supporting surface of the first casing 41 of the folder terminal 100 is flush with the second supporting surface of the second casing 42 (i.e. the included angle is 180 °), and the first display area 131, the second display area 132 and the third display area 133 of the touch display screen are located on the same plane; in the process of changing the folding terminal 100 from the unfolded state to the folded state, as shown in fig. 11, the first back surface of the first housing 41 and the second back surface of the second housing 42 are close to each other, and the included angle between the first supporting surface and the second supporting surface is changed from 180 ° to 0 °; in the folded state, as shown in fig. 12, the first supporting surface of the first housing 41 of the folder terminal 100 is parallel to the second supporting surface of the second housing 42 (the included angle between the first housing 41 and the second housing 42 is 0 °), so that the touch display screen is in a U-shaped folded state, in which the third display area 133 of the touch display screen forms an exposed U-shaped arc surface.
In an alternative implementation, in the folded state, all or part of the display area of the touch display screen is used for displaying the user interface. For example, as shown in fig. 12, in the folded state, only the second display region 132 is used to display the user interface, or only the third display region 133 is used to display the user interface.
Terminal with internal folding screen
The inner-folding-screen terminal refers to a terminal that can be folded at an angle of 180 ° and in a folded state, the touch display screen is (entirely or partially) converged. As shown in fig. 13, the folder terminal 100 is an inner folder screen terminal. In the unfolded state, the first supporting surface of the first casing 41 of the folder terminal 100 is flush with the second supporting surface of the second casing 42 (i.e. the included angle is 180 °), so that the touch display screen is in a planar unfolded state (the first display area 131, the second display area 132 and the third display area 133 are located on the same plane); in the process of changing the foldable terminal 100 from the unfolded state to the folded state, as shown in fig. 13, the first supporting surface of the first housing 41 and the second supporting surface of the second housing 42 are close to each other, that is, the included angle between the first supporting surface and the second supporting surface is changed from 180 ° to 0 °; in the folded state, the first supporting surface of the first housing 41 of the folder terminal 100 is parallel to the second supporting surface of the second housing 42, so that the touch display screen is in a U-shaped folded state in which the third display area 133 of the touch display screen forms an inwardly converged U-shaped arc. In an alternative implementation, in the folded state, no user interface is displayed in all display areas of the touch display screen.
In addition to providing a touch display screen on the support surface of the housing, a touch display screen may also be provided on the first back surface of the first housing 41 and/or the second back surface of the second housing 42. When the inner folding screen terminal is in a folding state, the touch display screen arranged on the back face of the shell is used for displaying a user interface, and the user interface is the same as or different from the user interface displayed by the touch display screen in an unfolding state.
In other possible implementations, the foldable angle of the foldable terminal 100 may also be 360 ° (both inward and outward), and in the folded state, the touch display screen is exposed or converged on the terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the folder type terminal 100 shown in fig. 11 to 13, the first housing 41 and the second housing 42 have the same or similar size, and the folding manner of the folder type terminal 100 is called symmetrical folding. In other possible implementations, the folding manner of the folding type terminal 100 may also be an asymmetric folding. When the asymmetric folding is adopted, the sizes of the first casing 41 and the second casing 42 may be different or different by more than a threshold (for example, 50% or 60% or 70%), and accordingly, the area of the first display region 131 in the touch display screen is different from the area of the second display region 132 by more than a threshold.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 14, the folder type terminal 100 is an asymmetrically folded outer folder screen terminal, and the first housing 41 has a size larger than that of the second housing 42. In the folded state, the area of the first display region 131 is larger than that of the second display region 132.
In fig. 11 to 14, only taking the foldable terminal 100 as an example that includes two parts of a housing and a connecting component for connecting the housing (the terminal is in a two-fold structure), in other possible implementations, the foldable terminal 100 may include n parts of the housing and n-1 connecting components, and accordingly, the touch display screen of the foldable terminal 100 includes 2n-1 display areas, and the n-1 display areas corresponding to the connecting components are made of a flexible material, so as to implement the terminal in an n-fold structure, which is not limited in this embodiment.
At least one other component is further provided in the folder type terminal 100, and the at least one other component includes: cameras, fingerprint sensors, proximity light sensors, distance sensors, etc. In some embodiments, at least one other component is disposed on the front, side, or back of the folder type terminal 100, such as a fingerprint sensor disposed on the back or side of the housing, a camera disposed above the touch display screen 130.
In other embodiments, at least one other component may be integrated within or below the touch screen display 130. In some embodiments, the bone conduction type earpiece is provided inside the folder type terminal 100; other components on the front panel of the conventional terminal are integrated in the whole area or a partial area of the touch display screen 130, for example, after a photosensitive element in the camera is split into a plurality of photosensitive pixels, each photosensitive pixel is integrated in a black area in each display pixel in the touch display screen 130, so that the touch display screen 130 has an image capturing function. The folder type terminal 100 has a higher screen occupation ratio due to integration of at least one other component inside or under the touch display screen 130.
In some optional embodiments, an edge touch sensor is disposed on a single side, or two sides (e.g., two left and right sides), or four sides (e.g., four upper, lower, left and right sides) of the middle frame of the folder type terminal 100, and is configured to detect at least one of a touch operation, a click operation, a press operation, a slide operation, and the like of a user on the middle frame. The edge touch sensor may be any one of a touch sensor, a thermal sensor, a pressure sensor, and the like. The user may apply an operation on the edge touch sensor to control an application in the folder terminal 100.
In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the folder terminal 100 shown in the above figures does not constitute a limitation of the folder terminal 100, and that the terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, the foldable terminal 100 further includes a radio frequency circuit, an input unit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module, a power supply, a bluetooth module, and other components, which are not described herein again.
Yet another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions, when executed by a processor of a terminal, enable the terminal to perform:

When a third sliding touch signal of which the starting point is at an option of a first application program in the background application program is detected, and the position of the third sliding touch signal moves to a position in the second screen area, wherein the distance between the second screen area and the folding line is greater than a second preset threshold value, displaying the interface of the first application program in the second screen area.
Optionally, after the displaying the interface of the first application program in the first screen area, the method further includes:
if the first screen area displays the interface of a second application program before the first screen area displays the interface of the first application program, the second application program is operated in the background, and the option of the second application program is added into the background application program list; or
And if the second screen area displays the interface of the second application program before the second screen area displays the interface of the first application program, the second application program is operated in the background, and the option of the second application program is added into the background application program list.
Optionally, when it is detected that an operation signal for an option of a first application in the background application list satisfies a preset condition, displaying an interface of the first application includes:
