The invention aims to provide a non-return type pressure seal regulating valve, which comprises a valve body 1, a valve seat 2, a valve core 3, a sleeve component 4, a guide sleeve 5, an upper sleeve 6, a valve cover 7, a valve rod 9, a seal component 10, a support 11, a butt-clamp nut 12 and an actuating mechanism 13, wherein an inlet flow passage and an outlet flow passage are respectively arranged at two ends of the valve body 1, an upper cavity, a middle cavity and a lower cavity are arranged in the valve body 1, and the core of the non-return type pressure seal regulating valve is as follows: the upper cavity is connected with the outlet flow channel, the lower cavity is connected with the inlet flow channel, the middle cavity is internally provided with an upper sleeve 6, a sleeve component 4 which can coaxially move linearly with the valve rod 9 is arranged below the upper sleeve 6, a valve seat 2 which is hermetically matched with the valve core 3 is arranged at the contact position of the middle cavity and the lower cavity, and the valve core 4 can adjust the communication state between the inlet flow channel and the outlet flow channel. Under some occasions with poor operation conditions, because fluid media in a received pipeline contain particles, the valve core and the valve seat are possibly abraded greatly, and the valve is leaked. When the water pump on the pipeline stops operating, the fluid medium in the drain pipe can be subject to backflow due to leakage of the regulating valve, and the pipeline efficiency is reduced. If the leakage condition of the regulating valve is serious, electromechanical accidents can be caused, and potential safety hazards are brought. Once the regulating valve accident happens, the maintenance amount of the pipeline is increased, the cost is increased, the economic benefit is influenced, and the safety pressure is brought to the daily industrial production.

In order to solve the problems, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a non-return type pressure seal regulating valve, double sealing of the regulating valve is realized, and the fluid medium of a pipeline can be prevented from flowing backwards on the basis of ensuring the sealing performance of the regulating valve.

The invention has the advantages that: the non-return pressure seal regulating valve of the invention divides the sealing structure of the middle cavity of the valve body into two parts, one part is the sealing structure formed by a small valve core gland, a disc spring and a flow window between a sleeve and a valve core, the position of the small valve core is adjusted by the pretightening force of the disc spring, so that the valve core and the sleeve assembly reach a pressure sealing state, the other part is the sealing structure between the valve core and a valve seat, and the sealing part of the valve cover adopts a novel sealing assembly. The invention not only solves the problem of leakage in the valve caused by low processing precision, improves the sealing performance of the regulating valve, but also prevents the fluid medium in the pipeline from flowing reversely, thereby improving the safety performance of the regulating valve.

As shown in fig. 1, the check type pressure seal regulating valve in this embodiment includes a valve body 1, a valve seat 2, a valve core 3, a sleeve assembly 4, a guide sleeve 5, an upper sleeve 6, a valve cover 7, a valve rod 9, a seal assembly 10, a support 11, a split nut 12, and an actuator 13, where an inlet flow passage and an outlet flow passage are respectively disposed at two ends of the valve body 1, and an upper chamber, a middle chamber, and a lower chamber are disposed in the valve body 1; the upper cavity is connected with the outlet flow channel, the lower cavity is connected with the inlet flow channel, a sleeve component 4 and an upper sleeve 6 are arranged in the middle cavity, and the sleeve component 4 is arranged below the upper sleeve 6; a valve core 3 which can coaxially move linearly with the valve rod 9 is arranged in the sleeve component 4; the valve seat 2 matched with the valve core 3 in a sealing mode is arranged at the contact position of the middle cavity and the lower cavity, the valve core 3 can adjust the communication state among the upper cavity, the middle cavity and the lower cavity, the valve core 2 is in clearance fit with the sleeve component 4, the lower end of the valve rod 9 is fixedly connected with the valve core 2, and the upper end of the valve rod 9 penetrates through the valve cover. In the embodiment of the invention, when the regulating valve operates, the valve core 3 moves linearly upwards in the sleeve component 4 along with the valve rod 9, fluid medium in a pipeline flows into the upper cavity of the valve body 1 through the inlet flow passage, and when the pressure of the fluid medium is slightly greater than the pressure of the disc spring 42, the small valve core 43 in the sleeve component 4 is jacked open, enters the cavity of the valve body 1 through the flow window of the sleeve component 4, and reaches the outlet flow passage of the lower cavity through the valve seat 2. When the regulating valve is closed, the valve core 3 moves linearly downwards along with the valve rod 9 in the sleeve component 4 until the valve core 3 is completely contacted with the valve seat 2. At this point, the restoring initial tension of the disc spring 42 in the sleeve assembly 4 engages the small spool 43 with the flow window, thereby cutting off the fluid medium in the conduit. This makes it possible to achieve a double sealing of the regulating valve and at the same time to prevent a backflow of the fluid medium.
