The invention adopts the 16-angle bag cage, the included angle of the filter cloth is 20 ︒ -59 ︒, dust can still be collected at the included angle, if the number of the folded angles of the filter cloth is increased, the included angle clearance is reduced, the dust collection at the inner angle close to the outer rib is limited, the triangular concave part cannot leave more space between the gaps for dust accumulation, and the filter cloth at the inner angle is equivalent to failure, so that the dust collection area is reduced, and the 16-angle filter cloth is the larger treatment of the filter cloth. If the number of folded angles is reduced, under the same load working condition, the 16-angle 14-angle 12-angle downward forward is adopted, the area of the filter cloth is gradually reduced by 2.5 times, 2.3 times and 2 times along with the increase of the included angle, that is, the filtering area contacted with dust in the existing space of a single filter bag is reduced, so that the length, width, height and size of the whole equipment are increased, and the manufacturing cost of the whole equipment is increased along with the increase. Therefore, the invention adopts the 16-angle bag cage, so that the steel used by the whole equipment is smaller, the occupied area is smaller, the dust removal effect is good, and the service lives of the bag cage and the filter bag are long under the same working condition.

Claims (4)

1. A dust remover bag cage, characterized in that: the novel frame comprises a head cover, a protective sleeve, a frame longitudinal inner rib, a frame longitudinal outer rib and a 16-angle lace type bottom cover, wherein the head cover is provided with a boss, and the inner side surface of the boss is uniformly distributed with the frame longitudinal inner rib; the middle part of the head cover is provided with a straight hole, a protective sleeve is arranged in the straight hole, a long boss is arranged in the middle part below the protective sleeve, the middle part is provided with a through hole, the inner side of the long boss is provided with frame longitudinal outer ribs in a looping and uniformly distributing manner, and the frame longitudinal inner ribs and the frame longitudinal outer ribs are 16 longitudinal ribs;
the 16-angle lace bottom cover is arranged at the bottom of the bag cage and comprises a 16-angle lace bottom plate and 16-angle bosses, wherein the 16 angles of the 16-angle lace bottom plate are identical in size and shape, and the 16-angle bosses are arranged along the edges of the 16-angle lace bottom plate to form 16 inner angles and 16 outer angles; the bottom of the longitudinal inner rib of the frame is tightly welded with 16 inner corners of the 16-angle lace type bottom cover, and the bottom of the longitudinal outer rib of the frame is tightly installed with 16 outer corners of the 16-angle lace type bottom cover;
a circle of uniformly distributed bolt holes are formed in the periphery of the outer circle of the through hole of the protective sleeve, which is away from the boss, and the number of the bolt holes is 16, and the 16 bolt holes are correspondingly connected with 16 longitudinal outer ribs of the frame; the upper part of the longitudinal outer rib of the frame is provided with a screw rod, and the screw rod passes through the bolt hole and is fixed up and down by a locking nut so as to ensure that the vertical vibration is avoided in back blowing, and meanwhile, the perpendicularity of the longitudinal outer rib of the frame can be adjusted through the nut;
the middle of the longitudinal inner rib of the frame is connected in a split mode through a clamping ring, the longitudinal inner rib of the frame is bent for the second time when approaching to the connecting position of the clamping ring, and the inclined longitudinal inner rib of the frame is vertically bonded and welded with the outer surface of the clamping ring;
the bottom of the longitudinal outer rib of the frame is provided with 90-degree bending and is hooked on a 16-angle lace type bottom plate, so that the bottom plate and the outer angle are connected.

A dust collector bag cage as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the inner rib support rings are arranged at certain axial intervals of the longitudinal inner ribs of the frame and comprise inner rings and inner ring connecting rods, the diameter of each inner ring is smaller than that of the longitudinal outer ribs of the frame, and the inner ring connecting rods are provided with 16 equal-length longitudinal inner ribs which are connected with the 16 longitudinal inner ribs of the frame respectively.

A dust collector bag cage as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the outer rib support rings are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the outer rib of the frame in a staggered mode, each outer rib support ring comprises an outer ring and an outer ring connecting rod, the diameter of each outer ring is larger than that of the outer rib of the frame in a surrounding mode, and the outer ring connecting rods are 16 in equal length and are respectively connected with the 16 outer ribs of the frame in a longitudinal mode.

A bag filter bag compatible with the dust collector bag cage of any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that: the filter bag comprises a bottom cover, a straight cylinder, a bag head and a fixed clamping ring, wherein the straight cylinder is a filter bag main body sleeved on a bag cage; the bottom cover is connected with the bottom of the straight cylinder; the bag head is connected with the top end of the straight cylinder, and the fixed clamping ring is sleeved in the bag head; the bottom cover is in a shape of a 16-angle lace type bottom cover, the circumferential array is provided with 16 angles and 32 sides which are equal, the included angle between the sides is 20-59 degrees, and the bottom cover is matched with the bag cage; the straight cylinder is a 16-angle lace type filter bag.
