An integrated management platform for a shredding facility, comprising: a client terminal and a server; the client terminal performs the following operations: the login server creates roles and acquires the authority of the roles, wherein the roles comprise an equipment manufacturer role, an equipment agent role and an equipment purchaser role; requesting a service type matched with the authority from a server; the server is internally provided with a response system, a monitoring system and a client management system: the response system executes the request of the response service type and feeds back the response result to the operation of the client terminal matched with the authority thereof; the monitoring system collects the running state data of the crushing equipment, generates a corresponding warning work order through analysis, and feeds the warning work order back to the client terminal matched with the authority of the warning work order; the client management system executes the assignment of the authority to the role created by the client terminal and the provision of the corresponding service type to the assigned authority. The good warning feedback of real-time monitoring of the crushing equipment is realized, and the efficiency of communication processing of the user and background personnel is improved.

The market of crushing equipment belongs to the market of the masses, but still has a non-negligible group of customers, and each customer is precious enough. The embodiment provides a comprehensive management platform of crushing equipment, a schematic diagram of which is shown in fig. 1, and the comprehensive management platform comprises a client terminal and a server, wherein a user can initiate a help-seeking work order to the server through the client terminal, the server generates a corresponding warning work order through monitoring the crushing equipment, and the server can automatically respond to the help-seeking work order, give a solution and send the warning work order to the client terminal; in addition, a background manager can allocate the help seeking work order and the warning work order in time and feed back the help seeking work order and the warning work order to the client terminal through the server, so that good warning feedback of real-time monitoring of the crushing equipment is realized, and the efficiency of communication processing of the user and background personnel is improved.
Wherein, the client terminal can be a PC, a tablet computer or a mobile phone, the integrated management platform can be realized by an APP system or a webpage, the PC, the tablet computer or the mobile phone enters the integrated management platform by installing the APP system of the integrated management platform or opening a corresponding webpage link, the client terminal corresponding to the crushing equipment can be a manufacturer, an agent or a purchaser, and according to different roles, after the client logs in the integrated management platform, the client establishes a corresponding role through the server and acquires the authority corresponding to the role, the different roles correspond to different application authorities, for example, the role of the equipment manufacturer has the authority to sell the crushing equipment, the role of the equipment purchaser has the authority to purchase the equipment, in addition, the client terminal can request the server for the service type matched with the authority according to the different authorities, for example, the device purchaser role has service requirements that seek to address device failure.
The server of the embodiment is internally provided with a response system, a monitoring system and a client management system, wherein the response system executes a request for responding to the service type and feeds back a response result to the client terminal matched with the authority of the response system; the monitoring system collects the running state data of the crushing equipment, generates a corresponding warning work order through analysis, and feeds the warning work order back to a client terminal matched with the authority of the crushing equipment, the crushing equipment comprises but is not limited to a flour mill, a fan, an analyzer, a lifter, a crusher, a conveyor and the like, in order to realize real-time monitoring of the crushing equipment, a sensor is added at each monitoring point on the equipment, the sensor collects the running state of the equipment in the form of physical quantity and transmits the physical quantity to the monitoring system, the physical quantity comprises the running temperature, weight, electric quantity, rotating speed, current and the like of the equipment, the monitoring system analyzes and processes the physical quantity to form digital parameters, then compares the digital parameters with a preset normal parameter range, and sends out the warning work order if one or more parameters are not in the normal value range, for example, the monitoring system compares these parameters with a preset normal value range, and finally passes "|, & &! The client management system executes the role distribution authority created by the client terminal and provides corresponding service types for the distributed authority; for example, the client terminal may create a role in the client management system, and may allocate corresponding rights resources to the created role according to the rights, or may create a group, or may create a user, and the workflow of the client management system is as shown in fig. 3.
Because the respective requirements of the equipment manufacturer, the equipment agent and the equipment purchaser are different, correspondingly, the generated work orders are also different, and in order to facilitate that the comprehensive management platform of the embodiment can compatibly serve various types of users, a work order management system matched with the role authority of the client terminal is arranged in the server of the embodiment, wherein a work flow chart of the work order management system of the role of the equipment purchaser is shown in fig. 4 and comprises a warning work order table, a help work order table, an equipment record table and a client table; the warning work order table records a warning work order of the crushing equipment, and the warning work order contains fault codes of the crushing equipment and processing schemes corresponding to the fault codes; the work order table is provided with a fault library of the crushing device and a fault translation library associated with the fault library, the fault library comprises fault codes corresponding to all faults of the crushing device, the fault codes are formed by judging according to sensor information, and the fault translation library is a set of fault code translation libraries established aiming at the fault codes and comprises fault descriptions and corresponding solutions.
Because the crushing equipment is provided with the sensors at the monitoring points, and the fault codes are judged according to the information of the sensors, the fault library of the embodiment also has a fault early warning function, and triggers corresponding alarm through the critical values according to the critical values corresponding to the sensors arranged on the crushing equipment, so that a user is reminded to stop and maintain the crushing equipment before the crushing equipment possibly fails.
As the crushing equipment belongs to heavy equipment, the heavy equipment has the great defects of large volume, more components and difficult maintenance. In the event of a malfunction, it is difficult for heavy equipment to perform inspection and maintenance in a short time. According to the traditional mode, the maintenance of the crushing equipment only depends on manual detection and repair reporting of customers, the manual detection process is too complicated, careless mistakes are easy to occur due to manual operation, and the repair reporting process of the customers also has many problems; the embodiment establishes a perfect fault library and a perfect fault translation library for the crushing equipment to ensure that a client can more accurately describe the fault detail information of the equipment, instantly and accurately position the content of the work order for help of the client, quickly and accurately initiate fault help, and background personnel can allocate the work order for help in time, so that the good warning feedback of the crushing equipment and the efficiency of communication between the client and the background personnel for processing the fault can be greatly improved.
In addition, aiming at the work order management system with the role of the equipment purchaser, in order to facilitate the equipment purchaser to conveniently and quickly know the purchased equipment, the work order management system also comprises an equipment record table and a client table, wherein the equipment record table records equipment updating information, equipment manufacturer information, equipment agent information, equipment type and equipment state information; the client table records basic information of the purchased device.
In order to maximize the comprehensive management platform of the embodiment to serve users in multiple aspects, the comprehensive management platform of the embodiment is further internally provided with a production management system, a work flow chart of the production management system is shown in fig. 5, the production management system is used for virtually deploying crushing equipment in advance, after a purchaser purchases the crushing equipment, the production management system virtually combines the crushing equipment selected by the purchaser into a milling production line, performs material selection on a production plan submitted by the purchaser according to the milling production line, generates production arrangement according to selected material information, calculates product configuration and production cost matched with the production arrangement, and provides prediction of the milling production line for the purchaser to refer to.
Furthermore, the production management system also executes the operation of analyzing the production arrangement, optimizes the production arrangement according to the analysis result, specifically, compares the productivity and the energy consumption difference of different customers, analyzes the reason of difference by analyzing the difference of the crushing equipment and the components, humidity, particle size and the like of materials, and provides the optimized production arrangement for the customers, for example, the information of the running states of the crushing equipment of the same model of all the customers is put together, statistical analysis is carried out to obtain the best running state of the crushing equipment under the condition, the productivity is highest and the energy consumption is lowest under the running state, and the crushing equipment can be optimized according to the analysis.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to query information, the server of the integrated management platform of the embodiment is further internally provided with a log table and a report system which are matched with the role authority of the client terminal, wherein the log table records different information corresponding to different users, for example, according to the equipment purchaser, the log table is provided with a work order log table, an equipment log table, a production line log table and the like corresponding to the equipment purchaser, wherein the work order log table is used for recording work order information, and the report system integrates the work order information to generate a fault report; the equipment log table is used for recording the information of the running state of the equipment, and the reporting system integrates the information of the running state of the equipment to generate an equipment report; the production line log table is used for recording production information of the milling production line, the reporting system is used for counting the yield and the sales volume according to the production information to generate a production report, the production line log is used for recording production line information of the milling production line, and the reporting system is used for integrating the production information to generate a production line report; it should be noted that all reports include the generation of daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports and annual reports.
Taking daily reports as an example, when a user needs to inquire a production report on the day, selecting the daily reports in the production report, and calling the accumulated output value on the day by the server to display the accumulated output value to the user; when a user needs to inquire a fault report on the day, selecting a daily report in the fault report, calling the accumulated work order value on the day by the service, and displaying the accumulated work order value to the user; when a user needs to inquire the equipment report on the day, selecting the daily report in the equipment report, and selecting equipment (multiple optional) needing to be inquired, calling data information of a sensor in the work order classification statistical equipment on the day by the server, and displaying the data information to the user; when a user needs to inquire the current production line report, the server calls the current, voltage, power consumption, accumulated production time, work order classification and accumulated value, calculated energy consumption ratio and other information of the current production line in the production line report by selecting the daily report, and displays the information to the user.

logging in the server to create roles and acquiring the authority of the roles, wherein the roles comprise an equipment manufacturer role, an equipment agent role and an equipment purchaser role;
requesting a service type matched with the authority from the server;
a response system, a monitoring system and a client management system are arranged in the server; a production management system is also built in, and executes the following operations: virtually deploying crushing equipment; virtually combining the crushing equipment selected by the buyer into a milling production line, selecting materials according to the milling production line for a production plan submitted by the buyer, and generating production arrangement according to the selected material information; calculating product configuration and production cost matched with the production arrangement; the response system executes the request for responding the service type and feeds back the response result to the operation of the client terminal matched with the authority thereof;
the monitoring system collects the running state data of the crushing equipment, generates a corresponding warning work order through analysis, and feeds the warning work order back to the client terminal matched with the authority of the warning work order;
the client management system executes the assignment of the authority to the role created by the client terminal and provides the corresponding service type to the assigned authority.
2. The integrated management platform of claim 1, wherein the server is built-in with a work order management system that matches the role authority of the client terminal.
3. The integrated management platform of claim 2, wherein the work order management system of the device purchaser role includes a warning work order table and a help work order table;
the warning work order table records a warning work order of the crushing equipment, and the warning work order contains fault codes of the crushing equipment and processing schemes corresponding to the fault codes;
and the help work request form table is provided with a fault library of the crushing equipment and a fault translation library associated with the fault library.
