Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a composite salvaging device, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, and can effectively solve the problem that drilling tools are buried because drilling tools cannot be lifted out in time after drilling tools are stuck in the traditional salvaging operation.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized by the following measures: the composite salvaging device is characterized by comprising a lifting nipple, a connecting nipple, a hanging nipple, a positioning ball seat, an impact sliding sleeve, an erosion ring, an impact ring, slips and a guide head, wherein the inner side of the lower end of the lifting nipple is fixedly arranged with the outer side of the upper end of the connecting nipple; an inner ring table is arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the connecting nipple, an impact sliding sleeve with the lower end being arranged on the inner ring table is sleeved in the connecting nipple, at least two circulation holes are circumferentially distributed on the impact sliding sleeve, a positioning sleeve with the upper end propping against the nipple boss and the lower end pressing against the impact sliding sleeve is sleeved in the connecting nipple, an erosion ring is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the impact sliding sleeve, an impact ring is arranged on the outer side of the erosion ring and fixedly arranged with the impact ring through a connecting pin, a gap is reserved between the outer side of the impact ring and the inner wall of the connecting nipple, at least one ejector rod which is positioned at the position above the corresponding impact ring is circumferentially distributed at the lower end of the positioning ball seat, and sliding sleeve holes which respectively correspond to the positions of each ejector rod and are sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of each ejector rod are arranged on the impact sliding sleeve; the inner side of the lower end of the connecting nipple is fixedly arranged with the outer side of the upper end of the hanging nipple, the inner cavity of the lower part of the hanging nipple is a frustum hole with a big upper part and a small lower part, at least two slips are distributed along the circumference in the middle of the inner side of the hanging nipple, slip bosses which are vertically distributed are arranged on the outer sides of the slips, slip positioning grooves are formed in the inner wall of the hanging nipple corresponding to the positions of each slip boss, the slip bosses are matched with the slip positioning grooves, and the slips are fixedly arranged in the hanging nipple through positioning shear nails; the lower end of the suspension nipple is fixedly installed with the guide head through screw thread installation.
The following are further optimizations and/or improvements to the above-described inventive solution:
the position of the inner side of the upper part of the short section boss corresponding to the short section shear pin can be provided with a limit groove in the vertical direction, the inner end of the short section shear pin is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the positioning ball seat, and the outer end of the short section shear pin is positioned in the limit groove.
At least one O-shaped sealing ring can be arranged between the short joint boss corresponding to the position between the limit groove and the ejector rod and the positioning ball seat.
The outer side of the lower end of the positioning ball seat can be provided with a pressing ring positioned below the short section boss, the pressing ring and the positioning ball seat are fixedly installed together through threaded connection, the lower end of the pressing ring corresponding to each ejector rod position is provided with a pressing ring threaded hole, and the upper end of each ejector rod is fixedly installed in the pressing ring threaded hole.
The slip boss may be dovetail shaped with a narrow interior and a wide exterior.
The inside of the guide head can be in a horn mouth shape with a small upper part and a large lower part, the upper end of the guide head is provided with an annular groove, and the lower end of the suspension nipple is arranged on the annular groove.
The lifting nipple and the connecting nipple can be fixedly installed together through threaded connection, the connecting nipple and the hanging nipple are fixedly installed together through threaded connection, and the impact sliding sleeve and the erosion ring are fixedly installed together through threaded connection.
The invention has reasonable structure and convenient use, the guide head is used for sleeving the drilling tool in the well into the tool, the slip is suspended to finish the fishing operation, and the ejector rod can be used for downwards breaking the erosion ring in a ball throwing pressure-holding manner, so that the drilling tool can be timely taken out to finish the fishing operation after the drilling tool is tightly held after the slip is hung on the descending seat of the slip, and the invention has the characteristics of high efficiency and safety.

In the present invention, for convenience of description, the description of the relative positional relationship of each component is described according to the layout manner of fig. 1 of the specification, for example: the positional relationship of the front, rear, upper, lower, left, right, etc. is determined in accordance with the layout direction of the drawings of the specification.

The invention has reasonable structure and convenient use, the guide head 9 is used for sleeving the drilling tool in the well into the tool, the slips 8 are suspended to finish the salvaging operation, and the ejector rod 16 can be used for downwards breaking the erosion ring 6 in a ball throwing and pressure holding mode, so that the drilling tool can be timely taken out to finish the salvaging operation after the slips 8 are hung on the descending seat and then the drilling tool is held tightly, and the invention has the characteristics of high efficiency and safety.
The composite salvaging device can be further optimized or/and improved according to actual needs:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a limit groove 22 in the vertical direction is arranged at the inner side of the upper part of the nipple boss 10 corresponding to the position of the nipple shear pin 11, the inner end of the nipple shear pin 11 is fixedly arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the positioning ball seat 4, and the outer end of the nipple shear pin 11 is positioned in the limit groove 22. In the use process, the short-section shear pins 11 are arranged in the limiting grooves 22, so that the positioning ball seat 4 is suspended in the lifting short section 1, and after the pressure-holding ball 26 is thrown into the lifting short-section shear pins, the short-section shear pins 11 can be smoothly sheared, so that the positioning ball seat 4 descends.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, at least one O-ring 23 is arranged between the nipple boss 10 and the positioning ball seat 4 corresponding to the position between the limit groove 22 and the ejector rod 16. In the use process, the tightness of the inside of the invention is ensured, and after the pressure-holding ball 26 is put into, the short-section shear pin 11 can be smoothly sheared.
As shown in fig. 1, a pressing ring 24 positioned below the nipple boss 10 is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the positioning ball seat 4, the pressing ring 24 and the positioning ball seat 4 are fixedly installed together through threaded connection, pressing ring threaded holes are formed in the lower end of the pressing ring 24 corresponding to the position of each ejector rod 16, and the upper ends of the ejector rods 16 are fixedly installed in the pressing ring threaded holes. In the use process, through the ejector rod 16 in threaded connection with the compression ring 24, the ejector rod 16 can descend along with the positioning ball seat 4, so that the ejector rod 16 impacts the impact ring 7 to shear the connecting pin 15.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the slip bowl 19 is dovetail-shaped with a narrow interior and a wide exterior. In the use process, the slip boss 19 is designed into a dovetail shape, so that the slips 8 can be more stable when descending.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inside of the guiding head 9 is in a horn mouth shape with a small upper part and a big lower part, the upper end of the guiding head 9 is provided with an annular groove 25, and the lower end of the suspension nipple 3 is seated on the annular groove 25. In the use process, the horn mouth shape with the small upper part and the large lower part is adopted to facilitate the drilling tool to smoothly enter the inner space of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lifting nipple 1 and the connecting nipple 2 are fixedly installed together through threaded connection, the connecting nipple 2 and the hanging nipple 3 are fixedly installed together through threaded connection, and the impact sliding sleeve 5 and the erosion ring 6 are fixedly installed together through threaded connection. In the use, adopt threaded connection to make promote between nipple joint 1 and the nipple joint 2, connect nipple joint 2 and hang nipple joint 3, strike slip cover 5 and erosion ring 6 convenient dismantlement.
The technical characteristics form the optimal embodiment of the invention, have stronger adaptability and optimal implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.
