Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the lavatory drain filter according to the present embodiment includes a top cover 1, a filter cartridge 2, and a gasket 3, and the top cover 1 and the gasket 3 are respectively attached to the top and bottom of the filter cartridge 2.
Therein, the roof 1 comprises an arch 11 and three support feet (i.e. support foot 12, support foot 13, support foot 14). The filter cartridge 2 includes an inner lid 21, a body 22, and a connecting member 23. The inner cover 21 is provided with a recess 211 recessed downward, the recess 211 is provided with a through hole 212 and a plurality of water flow holes 213, the position of the through hole 212 needs to correspond to the position of the threaded hole 17, and the water flow holes 213 are distributed at even intervals to discharge accumulated water. A plurality of water flow holes 221 are uniformly arranged on the cylinder body 22. The connection member 23 is an annular ring structure, and includes a slot 231, an upper supporter 232, and a lower supporter 233, where the upper supporter 232 and the lower supporter 233 are respectively disposed at the top and the bottom of the slot 231.
The sealing ring 3 includes a support portion 31 and a blocking portion 32, and the blocking portion 32 is disposed at an outer edge of the support portion 31 and extends obliquely upward and outward. A plurality of water flow holes 311 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the support portion 31, and the diameter of each water flow hole 311 is smaller than that of each water flow hole 221. The sealing ring 3 is made of a material with good elasticity such as but not limited to rubber.
The screw 4 passes through the through hole 212 formed in the inner lid 21 and is fastened to the screw hole 17 formed in the boss 16, thereby connecting the top lid 1 to the inner lid 21, and thus fixedly coupling the top lid 1 to the filter cartridge 2. The sealing ring 3 is connected with the connecting part 23 in a clamping sleeve mode, the supporting part 31 of the sealing ring 3 is clamped and sleeved at the clamping groove 231 of the connecting part 23, and the upper supporting body 232 and the lower supporting body 233 can limit and support the sealing ring 3, so that the sealing ring 3 and the filter cartridge 2 can be detachably connected together.
When the filter of the drainage port of the wash basin is used, the top cover 1 is placed at the opening at the top of the drainer 5, and the top cover 1 is provided with the arch part 11 and supported by the three supporting feet, so that sewage can smoothly flow down through gaps among the supporting feet 12, the supporting feet 13 and the supporting feet 14, and meanwhile, the sewage can flow away through the water flowing hole 15 arranged on the top cover 1. When sewage passes through the filter cartridge 2, the cartridge body 22 filters the sewage, impurities such as hairs or knitting wool and the like are blocked outside the filter cartridge 2 and deposited and accumulated at the sealing ring 3, the deposited impurities are effectively prevented from falling into a sewer, and meanwhile, running water can flow away through the water flowing holes 221 arranged in the cartridge body 22 and the water flowing holes 311 arranged in the supporting portion 31.
After the wash basin drain filter is used for a period of time, more sundries accumulated on the sealing ring 3 need to be treated, and the sealing ring 3 is detachably connected with the filter cylinder 2, so that the filter can be flexibly detached, cleaned or replaced.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the top cover is a dome-shaped top cover including three supporting legs, and actually, if the support frame is provided in the drainer, the top cover of the present invention does not need to be provided with the supporting legs, and a planar top cover or a dome-shaped top cover can be selected; in addition, the number of the supporting feet can be four, six or other numbers. The top cover and the filter cylinder can be made of hardware, plastic or other materials, and the sealing ring can be made of other soft and elastic materials. Moreover, the diameter of the sealing ring is 46.40mm, 43.00mm, 40.00mm, 38.20mm or other dimensions, and the size of the sealing ring can be flexibly selected according to the size of the drainer. The inner cup is welded at the top of the cylinder body in the embodiment through a laser welding mode, and the connecting part is welded at the lower part of the cylinder body.
Example 2
The lavatory drain strainer of the present embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, except that the lavatory drain strainer of the present embodiment has a different number of supporting feet from that of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lavatory drain filter according to the present embodiment includes a top cover 1, a filter cartridge 2, and a packing 3, wherein the top cover 1 and the packing 3 are respectively attached to the top and bottom of the filter cartridge 2. Wherein the top cover 1 comprises an arch 11 and four support feet (i.e. support foot 101, support foot 102, support foot 103, support foot 104). The four supporting legs are rotationally and symmetrically arranged by taking the symmetrical center line of the arch part as a rotating shaft, that is, when the top cover is rotated by 90 degrees by taking the symmetrical center line of the arch part as the rotating shaft, the four supporting legs can be overlapped, and the supporting legs 101, 102, 103 and 104 respectively extend outwards along the edge of the arch part 11, so that the top cover 1 is in a circular arch structure. The arch part 11 of the top cover 1 is positioned at the center of the top of the filter of the water outlet of the wash basin, and water flowing holes 15 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the arch part 11. A convex portion 16 is provided on the inner surface of the arch portion 11, and a screw hole 17 is provided in the convex portion 16.

As shown in fig. 6, the top cover 1 of the filter for a sink outlet of the present embodiment is a flat top cover. The filter for the outlet of the wash basin provided by the embodiment needs to be matched with the support frame 61, so that the top cover 1 does not need to be provided with support feet, and the top cover 1 can be a dome-shaped top cover. The supporting frame 61 is arranged inside the drainer 6 and used for limiting the relative position of the wash basin outlet filter and the drainer 6, and when the wash basin outlet filter is placed on the upper part of the supporting frame 61, the top cover 1 of the wash basin outlet filter is generally higher than the opening surface 62 of the drainer 6 in the horizontal direction.
The filters of the wash basin water outlets provided by the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 have strong stability, can completely separate impurities in sewage, and cannot influence the water flow speed while filtering the impurities. The sealing ring is made of rubber, has the advantages of softness and large deformation amount, overcomes the problem that the traditional filter is hard and difficult to be compatible, and can be matched with the sealing ring with the corresponding size according to the model of the drainer, so that the sealing ring can be completely attached and sealed with the drainers with different models, the application range is wide, and the filtering is more thorough. And the sealing ring and the filter cylinder are connected together in a clamping sleeve mode and can be flexibly detached. After the filter is used for a period of time, the sealing ring can be detached and cleaned or replaced by a low-value consumable product, so that time and labor are saved.
