A round anti-disassembly snack box comprises a bottom box and a box cover, wherein the periphery of the inner wall of a flanging of the box cover is respectively hooked at a notch of the upper edge of the bottom box through at least two turnbuckles, the box cover is prevented from being opened by reversely rotating the box cover easily by at least one pair of anti-reverse blocking walls which are mutually blocked by inner inclined bosses and outer inclined bosses.
