Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗炎组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:大蒜皮提取物10‑15份、柚子皮提取物5‑10份、牡丹花提取物8‑12份、生姜汁3‑5份和薄荷脑0.01‑0.05份。本发明有效了将大蒜皮和柚子皮收集起来合理利用,避免了资源的浪费;辅以牡丹花提取液和生姜汁,在提升香气的同时,抗炎、增强免疫调节功能,且安全、无抗药性。采用此组合物制备的膏状物具有很好的抗炎、抑菌效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于抗炎用品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗炎组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对组合物的要求不再仅限于解渴、清凉,还要求具有较高的营养价值。
大蒜各部位含有多种活性成分,被誉为“地里长出来的抗生素”。诸多研究表明,大蒜具有抗菌消炎、防治癌症、抗氧化、增强免疫力等生理活性,已广泛应用于医药、食品、化妆品等领域。
柚为芸香科,在我国广东、广西及福建有大量种植,其果肉味酸可口,为大众所喜爱。柚皮占整个柚子的43%~48%,含有如黄酮类化合物、挥发油、柠檬苦素类化合物及天然色素等多种非营养性生理活性成分,对人体健康非常有益,并具有抗炎、抗氧化、防紫外线及抗过敏等作用。
然而,生活中大蒜皮及柚皮多被当作废弃物直接丢掉,造成了资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种抗炎组合物及其制备方法和应用,目的是便于回收利用大蒜皮及柚子皮,制备的组合物外用对皮肤有抗炎、抑菌效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种抗炎组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜皮提取物10-15份、柚子皮提取物5-10份、牡丹花提取物8-12份、生姜汁3-5份和薄荷脑0.01-0.05份。
优选的,所述原料还包括椰子油0.5-1份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5-1份和乳化剂0.2-0.8份。
所述原料还包括勿忘我花提取物1-2份。
所述原料还包括榆耳煎煮液1-3份。
所述抗炎组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取大蒜皮经清洗、干燥后粉碎成粉末,在85-90℃下用质量分数为65-70%乙醇回流提取,提取液离心分离浓缩后得大蒜皮提取物;
(2)取柚子皮采用超声波浸提法得到柚子皮提取物;
(3)取牡丹花用质量分数为60-70%乙醇浸泡1-3h,减压提取两次,第一次30-50min,第二次20-30min,减压提取的压力为60-80mbar,减压提取的温度是40-60℃,提取液过滤减压浓缩后得牡丹花提取物;
(4)取生姜压榨过滤取汁液得生姜汁;
(5)将大蒜皮提取物10-15份、柚子皮提取物5-10份、牡丹花提取物8-12份、生姜汁3-5份和薄荷脑0.01-0.05份混合于容器中,加入柠檬酸将溶液pH调至6-6.5,即得。调节至弱酸性,能够显著提高其抗炎效果,并且组合物不易出现分层化。
所述步骤(5)的容器中还加入有椰子油0.5-1份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5-1份和乳化剂0.2-0.8份,容器密闭并搅拌加热至80-90℃,冷却后得膏状物。
所述步骤(5)的容器中还加入有勿忘我提取物1-2份,勿忘我提取物的制备方法是取勿忘我干花回流提取三次,第一次加10-12倍量的水,提取0.5-2h;第二次加8-10倍水,提取0.5-2h;第三次加6-8倍水,提取0.5-2h;每次三层纱布过滤,合并滤液,将滤液减压浓缩至勿忘我干花重量的1-5倍g/ml,即得。
所述步骤(5)中还加入有榆耳煎煮液1-3份,榆耳煎煮液是取榆耳加水煎煮2-3次,每次加6-10倍水煎煮30-60min,合并煎煮液,并澄清处理后得到。
所述薰衣草浸泡油的制备方法是取薰衣草干花加入8-10倍油茶籽油使其完全浸没,先浸泡8-24h,然后置于40-60℃超声仪中超声提取20-60min,用双层纱布过滤,取滤液即得。
牡丹花主要的活性成分为丹皮酚和芍药苷,具有镇静、抗炎、解热、抗过敏、增强免疫调节、抑制多种致病细菌繁殖等药理作用,而且丹皮酚对口腔刺激小,无耐药性,能够保护口腔内的益生菌。此外,牡丹花中含有丰富的天然香味物质。
勿忘我富含维生素C,具有滋阴补肾,清肝明目,养颜美容,补血养血,并能促经机体新陈代谢,延缓细胞衰老,提高免疫能力,抗病毒,抗癌防癌之功效,还可排除赘肉,减缓皱纹及黑斑的产生,美白肌肤。
榆耳含有一定的天然药性成分,药理试验表明,其代谢产物具有抗产气杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肠杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄杆菌等活性。能补益、和中、固肾气,利尿道,用于补虚、疗痔、泻痢(对肠炎沙门杆菌的抑制作用最为明显)等肠胃系统疾病。
柚子皮可以抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌的生长;具有防治胃溃疡、降血脂及血胆固醇,抗炎、解痉、镇痛等功能。
椰子油含游离脂肪酸,亚油酸,棕榈酸,羊脂酸,脂蜡酸,羊蜡酸,油酸,月桂酸等,可以提拉细胞间的紧密度,强化毛孔的收缩能力,帮助去除死皮细胞的外层,恢复受损皮肤,使皮肤的表皮真皮交界处更为健康、光滑,可生成新的皮肤细胞。对厚的、粗的、鳞屑的、干燥的、表面不平滑的、损害的、肤色不均匀或其它真菌引起的皮肤病甚至病变感染等具有明显疗效,能去除死皮细胞,改善皮肤状况。
薰衣草称为“香草之后”,适合任何皮肤,促进细胞再生、加速伤口愈合,其香气能醒脑明目,使人舒适,还能驱除蚊蝇。薰衣草浸泡油是用油茶籽油浸提薰衣草的有效成分。薰衣草浸泡油可抑制细菌的生长,避免引发皮肤感染,安抚皮肤,平衡皮肤油脂分泌过多,止痛、抗忧郁、消毒、杀菌、解除充血肿胀及驱虫、镇定和恢复健康。
抗炎组合物涂覆于皮肤出现肿痛及瘙痒处,早晚各一次,皮肤止痒消肿效果明显。统计有73人使用此方法涂覆患处,68人均有明显疗效。
本发明的有益效果:本发明有效了将大蒜皮和柚子皮收集起来合理利用,避免了资源的浪费;辅以牡丹花提取液和生姜汁,在提升香气的同时,抗炎、增强免疫调节功能,且安全、无抗药性。采用此组合物制备的膏状物具有很好的抗炎、抑菌效果。

下面通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,目的是帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解,并有助于其实施。
实施例1
一种抗炎组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜皮提取物10份、柚子皮提取物6份、牡丹花提取物8份、生姜汁3份和薄荷脑0.01份。
该抗炎组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取大蒜皮经清洗、干燥后粉碎成粉末,在85℃下用质量分数为70%乙醇回流提取,提取液离心分离浓缩后得大蒜皮提取物;
(2)取柚子皮采用超声波浸提法得到柚子皮提取物;
(3)取牡丹花用质量分数为70%乙醇浸泡1h,减压提取两次,第一次40min,第二次30min,减压提取的压力为70mbar,减压提取的温度是50℃,提取液过滤减压浓缩后得牡丹花提取物;
(4)取生姜压榨过滤取汁液得生姜汁;
(5)将大蒜皮提取物10份、柚子皮提取物6份、牡丹花提取物8份、生姜汁3份和薄荷脑0.01份混合于容器中,加入柠檬酸将溶液pH调至6.5,即得。
实施例2
一种抗炎组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜皮提取物13份、柚子皮提取物10份、牡丹花提取物10份、生姜汁5份、薄荷脑0.03份、椰子油0.5份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5份和乳化剂0.3份。
该抗炎组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取大蒜皮经清洗、干燥后粉碎成粉末,在90℃下用质量分数为70%乙醇回流提取,提取液离心分离浓缩后得大蒜皮提取物;
(2)取柚子皮采用超声波浸提法得到柚子皮提取物;
(3)取牡丹花用质量分数为70%乙醇浸泡1h,减压提取两次,第一次40min,第二次30min,减压提取的压力为70mbar,减压提取的温度是50℃,提取液过滤减压浓缩后得牡丹花提取物;
(4)取生姜压榨过滤取汁液得生姜汁;
(5)将大蒜皮提取物13份、柚子皮提取物10份、牡丹花提取物10份、生姜汁5份、薄荷脑0.03份、椰子油0.5份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5份和乳化剂0.3份混合于容器中,容器密闭并搅拌加热至80-90℃,加入柠檬酸将溶液pH调至6.3,冷却后即得。
实施例3
一种抗炎组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜皮提取物15份、柚子皮提取物12份、牡丹花提取物12份、生姜汁5份、薄荷脑0.03份、椰子油0.5份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5份、乳化剂0.3份和勿忘我花提取物1份。
该抗炎组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取大蒜皮经清洗、干燥后粉碎成粉末,在90℃下用质量分数为70%乙醇回流提取,提取液离心分离浓缩后得大蒜皮提取物;
(2)取柚子皮采用超声波浸提法得到柚子皮提取物;
(3)取牡丹花用质量分数为70%乙醇浸泡1h,减压提取两次,第一次40min,第二次30min,减压提取的压力为70mbar,减压提取的温度是50℃,提取液过滤减压浓缩后得牡丹花提取物;
(4)取生姜压榨过滤取汁液得生姜汁;
(5)取勿忘我干花回流提取三次,第一次加10倍量的水,提取1h;第二次加8倍水,提取1h;第三次加6-8倍水,提取0.5h;每次三层纱布过滤,合并滤液,将滤液减压浓缩至勿忘我干花重量的3倍g/ml,即得;
(6)将大蒜皮提取物15份、柚子皮提取物12份、牡丹花提取物12份、生姜汁5份、薄荷脑0.03份、椰子油0.5份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5份、乳化剂0.3份和勿忘我花提取物1份混合于容器中,容器密闭并搅拌加热至80-90℃,加入柠檬酸将溶液pH调至6.4,冷却后即得。
实施例4
一种抗炎组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜皮提取物15份、柚子皮提取物12份、牡丹花提取物12份、生姜汁5份、薄荷脑0.03份、椰子油0.5份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5份、乳化剂0.3份、勿忘我花提取物2份和榆耳煎煮液2份。
该抗炎组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取大蒜皮经清洗、干燥后粉碎成粉末,在90℃下用质量分数为70%乙醇回流提取,提取液离心分离浓缩后得大蒜皮提取物;
(2)取柚子皮采用超声波浸提法得到柚子皮提取物;
(3)取牡丹花用质量分数为70%乙醇浸泡1h,减压提取两次,第一次40min,第二次30min,减压提取的压力为70mbar,减压提取的温度是50℃,提取液过滤减压浓缩后得牡丹花提取物;
(4)取生姜压榨过滤取汁液得生姜汁;
(5)取勿忘我干花回流提取三次,第一次加10倍量的水,提取1h;第二次加8倍水,提取1h;第三次加6-8倍水,提取0.5h;每次三层纱布过滤,合并滤液,将滤液减压浓缩至勿忘我干花重量的3倍g/ml,即得;
(6)取榆耳加水煎煮2-3次,每次加8倍水煎煮40min,合并煎煮液,并澄清处理后得到;
(7)将大蒜皮提取物15份、柚子皮提取物12份、牡丹花提取物12份、生姜汁5份、薄荷脑0.03份、椰子油0.5份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5份、乳化剂0.3份、勿忘我花提取物2份和榆耳煎煮液2份混合于容器中,容器密闭并搅拌加热至80-90℃,加入柠檬酸将溶液pH调至6.3左右,冷却后即得。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例4的不同点在于,制备方法中未加入柠檬酸调节pH。
抗炎作用评价
取健康小鼠60只,随机分成6组,即生理盐水组、1号样品组(实施例1所得组合物)、2号样品组(实施例2所得组合物)、3号样品组(实施例3所得组合物)、4号样品组(实施例4所得组合物)和5号样品组(实施例5所得组合物)。实验室每只小鼠分别用二甲苯0.03ml/只涂左耳致炎,右耳不处理做空白对照。涂抹二甲苯20min后,各组小鼠左耳内外两面分别均匀涂抹各组授试样品。1h后处死小鼠,在小鼠左右两耳相同位置取耳片,立即用电子天平称重,计算左右耳重量差值(肿胀度)及抑制率。结果表明:1-5号样品组均能是二甲苯所致的小鼠极性炎症肿胀耳廓重量显著减轻,表明对极性炎症具有明显的抗炎作用。相比较而言,实施例5的抗炎效果相对较差。

Claims (9)
1.一种抗炎组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜皮提取物10-15份、柚子皮提取物5-10份、牡丹花提取物8-12份、生姜汁3-5份和薄荷脑0.01-0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述原料还包括椰子油0.5-1、薰衣草浸泡油0.5-1份和乳化剂0.2-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述原料还包括勿忘我花提取物1-2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述原料还包括榆耳煎煮液1-3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述抗炎组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取大蒜皮经清洗、干燥后粉碎成粉末,在85-90℃下用质量分数为65-70%乙醇回流提取,提取液离心分离浓缩后得大蒜皮提取物;
(2)取柚子皮采用超声波浸提法得到柚子皮提取物;
(3)取牡丹花用质量分数为60-70%乙醇浸泡1-3h,减压提取两次,第一次30-50min,第二次20-30min,减压提取的压力为60-80mbar,减压提取的温度是40-60℃,提取液过滤减压浓缩后得牡丹花提取物;

6.根据权利要求5所述抗炎组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)的容器中还加入有椰子油0.5-1份、薰衣草浸泡油0.5-1份和乳化剂0.2-0.8份,容器密闭并搅拌加热至80-90℃,冷却后得膏状物。
7.根据权利要求5所述抗炎组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)的容器中还加入有勿忘我提取物1-2份,勿忘我提取物的制备方法是取勿忘我干花回流提取三次,第一次加10-12倍量的水,提取0.5-2h;第二次加8-10倍水,提取0.5-2h;第三次加6-8倍水,提取0.5-2h;每次三层纱布过滤,合并滤液,将滤液减压浓缩至勿忘我干花重量的1-5倍g/ml,即得。
8.根据权利要求5所述抗炎组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中还加入有榆耳煎煮液1-3份,榆耳煎煮液是取榆耳加水煎煮2-3次,每次加6-10倍水煎煮30-60min,合并煎煮液,并澄清处理后得到。
9.根据权利要求5所述抗炎组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述薰衣草浸泡油的制备方法是取薰衣草干花加入8-10倍油茶籽油使其完全浸没,先浸泡8-24h,然后置于40-60℃超声仪中超声提取20-60min,用双层纱布过滤,取滤液即得。
