免感染穿刺针
技术领域
本发明属医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种免感染穿刺针。
背景技术
心包穿刺是借助穿刺针直接刺入心包腔的诊疗技术。其目的是引流心包腔内积液,降低心包腔内压,是急性心包壤塞症的急救措施;通过穿刺抽取心包积液,作生化测定,涂片寻找细菌和病理细胞、作结核杆菌或其他细菌培养,以鉴别诊断各种性质的心包疾病;通过心包穿刺,注射抗生素等药物、进行治疗。而目前的穿刺针为普通穿刺针,大多只有一个腔道,在B超引导下穿刺成功抽取完积液后还需要将药物通过抽液针输送到患者体内,这样使用单腔道的针头不符合医疗防感染卫生标准,因此有必要改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种免感染穿刺针,抽液和药液注射可从不同的通道分别进行,避免交叉感染的发生。
本发明采用的技术方案:免感染穿刺针,具有穿刺针头,所述穿刺针头为相互对称的双腔结构,上腔为抽液腔道下腔为出液腔道,抽液腔道连接抽液针座,出液腔道连接出液针座,抽液针座连接抽液针筒,出液针座连接出液针筒,抽液针筒内设抽液活塞杆,出液针筒内设出液活塞杆,抽液针筒尾端上部和出液针筒尾端下部制有对称的翅耳。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点:一次穿刺后,抽取积液和注射药液可从一个穿刺针头但是不同的通道进行,避免交叉感染的发生,适合心内科尤其是心包穿刺治疗时使用。
