本发明涉及机械能与交流电能相互转换的机械领域,具体的说是一种交流电机。
背景技术
目前,社会上大多采用传统型交流电机,由定子与转子构成,定子包括铁芯、定子绕组,转子则采用鼠笼状结构。但是,在电机工作过程中,转子始终处于一种被动状态,本身没有能量输出,电能损耗大。
发明内容
本发明为解决传统交流电机工作过程中电能损耗大的问题,发明一种带有永久磁铁的交流电机。
本发明的技术方案是,一种永久磁铁交流电机,包括机座、机壳、定子绕组、转子,其特殊之处是:转子的外圆周上沿轴向装有间隔极性相同、相邻极性相反的长条状永久磁铁。机座支撑机壳,机壳外表面上安装接线柱,机壳内侧面上装有定子绕组,转子中心装有电机轴。
使用时,首先将转子安装在定子绕组内,将交流电源接在接线柱上,定子绕组产生的磁场极性与永久磁铁相互配合,利用同极相斥原理,释放能量而做功,可以节省电能50%左右。
本发明中的永久磁铁也可以安装在定子绕组的内表面上。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案可以实现一种操作简便、环保节能的交流电机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,转子7的外圆周上沿轴向装有间隔极性相同、相邻极性相反的长条状永久磁铁2。机座6支撑机壳3,机壳3外表面上安装接线柱5,机壳3内侧面上装有定子绕组4,转子7中心装有电机轴1。
使用时,首先将转子7安装在定子绕组4内,将交流电源接在接线柱5上,定子绕组4产生的磁场极性与永久磁铁极性2相互配合,利用同极相斥原理,释放能量而做功,可以节省电能50%左右。
