技术领域
本发明涉及矿用LED灯领域,尤其涉及一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED灯灯座。
背景技术
LED作为新型发光器件,具有光效高、寿命长、功耗低、耐冲击,抗震动等特点,因此现在许多的矿用照明灯都用LED作为光源。不管使用普通的灯泡做光源,还是用LED灯珠做光源,都存在光源损坏的问题,因此往往需要在矿用照明灯上做隔爆保护,但是目前市场上的灯座隔爆保护都很常见的在灯座内增加隔爆层,没有针对性,安全性不高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计科学,隔爆有针对性,安全性高的一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED灯灯座。为实现本发明提供以下技术方案:一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED灯灯座,主要包括LED散热固定板、LED灯珠插座和隔爆带;所述LED散热固定板为长方形或圆形,所述LED灯珠插座包括主光源LED灯珠插座和辅光源LED灯珠插座;所述主光源LED灯珠插座位于LED散热固定板中心位置,主光源LED灯珠插座外侧设有隔爆墙,所述隔爆墙外侧罩有半球形透镜;所述隔爆带为凸起状,隔爆带平行等距铺设在LED散热固定板上或呈放射状铺设在LED散热固定板上,两条相邻的隔爆带中间等距设有若干辅光源LED灯珠插座。
作为优选,所述隔爆墙的高度高于LED灯珠插入主光源LED灯珠插座后的高度。
作为优选,所述隔爆带的凸起高度高于LED灯珠插入辅光源LED灯珠插座后的高度。
作为优选,所述LED散热固定板上设有若干螺杆连接孔,LED散热固定板外边缘还连接灯罩,所述灯罩为钢化玻璃灯罩。
本发明的有益之处:第一,在LED散热固定板上设置隔爆墙和隔爆带,并且隔爆墙和隔爆带的高度均比LED灯珠连接在灯座后高度高,隔爆防护更有针对性,安全性更高;第二,在主光源LED灯珠插座上设置透镜,能够使能到更好的光效。

实施例1:参照附图1和附图2,一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED灯灯座,主要包括LED散热固定板1、LED灯珠插座2和隔爆带3;所述LED散热固定板1为长方形或圆形,所述LED灯珠插座2包括主光源LED灯珠插座2.1和辅光源LED灯珠插座2.2;所述主光源LED灯珠插座2.1位于LED散热固定板1中心位置,主光源LED灯珠插座2.1外侧设有隔爆墙2.3,所述隔爆墙2.3外侧罩有半球形透镜2.4;所述隔爆带3为凸起状,隔爆带3平行等距铺设在LED散热固定板1上,两条相邻的隔爆带3中间等距设有若干辅光源LED灯珠插座2.2,所述隔爆墙2.3的高度高于LED灯珠插入主光源LED灯珠插座2.1后的高度,所述隔爆带3的凸起高度高于LED灯珠插入辅光源LED灯珠插座2.2后的高度,所述LED散热固定板1上设有若干螺杆连接孔4,LED散热固定板1外边缘还连接灯罩5,所述灯罩5为钢化玻璃灯罩。
实施例2:参照附图3,LED散热固定板1为圆形,隔爆带3呈放射状铺设在LED散热固定板1上。

1.一种矿用隔爆兼本安型LED灯灯座,其特征在于:主要包括LED散热固定板、LED灯珠插座和隔爆带;所述LED散热固定板为长方形或圆形,所述LED灯珠插座包括主光源LED灯珠插座和辅光源LED灯珠插座;所述主光源LED灯珠插座位于LED散热固定板中心位置,主光源LED灯珠插座外侧设有隔爆墙,所述隔爆墙外侧罩有半球形透镜;所述隔爆带为凸起状,隔爆带平行等距铺设在LED散热固定板上或呈放射状铺设在LED散热固定板上,两条相邻的隔爆带中间等距设有若干辅光源LED灯珠插座;所述隔爆墙的高度高于LED灯珠插入主光源LED灯珠插座后的高度;所述隔爆带的凸起高度高于LED灯珠插入辅光源LED灯珠插座后的高度。
