本发明公开了一种智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置,主要由控制系统、目标设备气室、SF6回收设备、SF6废气回收罐、SF6气罐和氮气罐组成,SF6气罐和氮气罐分别通过电磁阀连接充气管,SF6废气回收罐通过SF6回收设备(抽气泵)连接SF6回收管,目标设备气室连接SF6进出气管,充气管、SF6进出气管、SF6回收管和氮气排气管分别通过电磁阀经四通管相互连接;充气管和SF6进出气管分别设置气压传感器;电磁阀和气压传感器均与控制系统连接并由其控制。本发明能自动完成整个SF6废气回收、气室清洗、新气充入流程,实现整个SF6换气流程的标准化和自动化,具有安全、高效、无污染等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于SF6设备气体处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置。
背景技术
六氟化硫(以下简称SF6)气体是一种本体无毒的惰性气体,广泛应用于大功率电力设备的电气开关触点灭弧保护,在触点开闭产生的电弧反复作用下,SF6气体会分解出有毒化合物,同时灭弧保护能力也会劣化,所以使用一段时间后需要更换。目前,SF6气体更换主要通过人工进行:首先用废气回收设备抽取开关设备气室中的劣化SF6气体,然后用氮气反复清洗气室和管路并对气室和管路进行抽真空,最后充入新的SF6气体,直至达到最优压力值,此压力值需要人工根据环境温度进行补偿修正。
现有SF6设备气体的更换流程可能持续一整天,而且需要人力持续值守,监视压力、测量温度、操作各种阀门,费时费力而且容易出现人为操作失误。由于SF6气体属于温室效应气体,加之其劣化后会产生毒性,一旦发生废气泄露会污染环境甚至危及安全生产。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全、高效、无污染的智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置,主要由控制系统、目标设备气室、SF6回收设备、SF6废气回收罐、SF6气罐和氮气罐组成,SF6气罐和氮气罐分别通过电磁阀连接充气管,SF6废气回收罐通过SF6回收设备(抽气泵)连接SF6回收管,目标设备气室连接SF6进出气管,充气管、SF6进出气管、SF6回收管和氮气排气管分别通过电磁阀经四通管相互连接;充气管和SF6进出气管分别设置气压传感器;电磁阀和气压传感器均与控制系统连接并由其控制。
控制系统以单片机、PLC或一体式工业电脑为核心。
SF6气罐包括三个并联的SF6气罐,氮气罐包括三个并联的氮气罐。
针对现有电力设备中SF6更换存在劳动强度大、工作效率低以及污染风险高等问题,发明人设计了一种智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置,主要由控制系统、目标设备气室、SF6回收设备、SF6废气回收罐、SF6气罐和氮气罐组成,SF6气罐和氮气罐分别通过电磁阀连接充气管,SF6废气回收罐通过SF6回收设备(抽气泵)连接SF6回收管,目标设备气室连接SF6进出气管,充气管、SF6进出气管、SF6回收管和氮气排气管分别通过电磁阀经四通管相互连接;充气管和SF6进出气管分别设置气压传感器;电磁阀和气压传感器均与控制系统连接并由其控制。本发明能自动检测气罐和气室压力、环境温度,根据操作人员预设的参数自动控制各电磁阀动作,自动完成整个SF6废气回收、气室清洗、新气充入流程,实现整个SF6换气流程的标准化和自动化,全程无需人力持续值守,减少人为操作失误,使SF6气体更换工作更加环保、安全和高效。

具体实施方式
一、基本结构
如图1所示,本发明智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置,主要由控制系统1、目标设备气室16、SF6回收设备15、SF6废气回收罐14、SF6气罐17和氮气罐18组成,控制系统以单片机、PLC或一体式工业电脑为核心。SF6气罐包括三个并联的SF6气罐,氮气罐包括三个并联的氮气罐,每个SF6气罐和氮气罐分别通过电磁阀连接充气管19,SF6废气回收罐通过SF6回收设备(抽气泵)连接SF6回收管20,目标设备气室连接SF6进出气管21,充气管、SF6进出气管、SF6回收管和氮气排气管22分别通过电磁阀经四通管相互连接;充气管和SF6进出气管分别设置气压传感器;电磁阀和气压传感器均与控制系统连接并由其控制。
二、工作过程
控制系统通过气压传感器A 2和气压传感器B 3监测管路中的气压,通过电磁阀一~电磁阀十控制各处气路的接通和切断,通过控制系统的继电器触点控制SF6回收设备的运行和停止,按照选定的工作流程自动完成目标设备气室的清洗和SF6气体更换。控制系统的触摸屏可显示各电磁阀的动作情况和工作流程中各步骤的进度。
该装置具体操作过程如下:
参数设置:装置运行前所有的电磁阀处于自锁关闭状态,操作员按控制系统的触摸屏提示连接并检查气路和相关设备,通过触摸屏输入氮气清洗次数、静止时间、充满压力值。
按启动后,先执行SF6气体回收流程:控制系统接通电磁阀八11和九12,启动SF6回收设备将废气抽取压入废气回收罐中,当控制系统通过气压传感器B检测到气压接近于0时,自动关闭电磁阀九和SF6回收设备,完成废气回收。
之后使用氮气循环清洗气室:控制系统接通电磁阀四7、七10、八11,将氮气罐中的氮气通过管路充入目标设备气室,如果气压传感器B检测到氮气压力不足,则自动关闭电磁阀四、接通电磁阀五切换到备用氮气罐。充气保持一段预设的时间后,控制系统关闭电磁阀七,接通电磁阀十13,将氮气排出。按预设的次数重复上述过程完成清洗。
充气流程:控制系统根据检测到的环境温度计算出需要达到的充气压力,然后关闭所有电磁阀,只接通电磁阀一4、七、八,将SF6气罐的SF6气体缓慢充入目标设备气室中,如果气压传感器B检测到气压力不足,则自动关闭电磁阀一、接通电磁阀二5切换到备用SF6气罐。当控制系统通过气压传感器A检测到气室新充入的SF6气体气压达到预期值时,关闭所有电磁阀,通过触摸屏和声光信号通知操作员。
在工作流程执行期间,如果装置检测到气压异常,将按照预设的应对规程停止工作,并通过声光报警通知操作员。控制系统可以通过长电缆将触摸屏连接到安全距离以外,以实现远程操控。

1.一种智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置,其特征在于主要由控制系统、目标设备气室、SF6回收设备、SF6废气回收罐、SF6气罐和氮气罐组成,SF6气罐和氮气罐分别通过电磁阀连接充气管,SF6废气回收罐通过SF6回收设备连接SF6回收管,目标设备气室连接SF6进出气管,充气管、SF6进出气管、SF6回收管和氮气排气管分别通过电磁阀经四通管相互连接;所述充气管和SF6进出气管分别设置气压传感器;所述电磁阀和气压传感器均与控制系统连接并由其控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能一体式SF6设备气体处理装置,其特征在于:所述控制系统以单片机、PLC或一体式工业电脑为核心。
