The invention provides handheld dredging equipment suitable for large-size box culverts, which comprises a dredging gear, wherein the dredging gear comprises a plurality of groups of spiral blades which are arranged in parallel; the rollers are arranged on two sides of the dredging gear, and the diameter of each roller is larger than that of the dredging gear; the dredging baffle is covered above the dredging gear and the roller, and handshake mounting holes are formed in the dredging baffle; the handshake is arranged in a handshake mounting hole of the dredging baffle, a through hole is formed in the handshake, and the through hole is communicated with a space below the dredging baffle; the high-pressure cleaning pump is used for providing a high-pressure water source for dredging; the water hose is used for communicating the high-pressure cleaning pump and the handshake, and conveying the high-pressure water source for dredging to the dredging gear below the dredging baffle through the water hose and the handshake. The invention can remove loose sludge, has good dredging effect on hardened sludge, and improves dredging efficiency.

Technical Field

Background
The flow rate of sewage is reduced after the sewage flows into the drainage box culvert with a small gradient from the drainage box culvert with a large gradient, and sediment and suspended solids carried in the sewage are very easy to deposit in the box culvert with a small gradient and a large size; in addition, the flow and the flow rate of the sewage received by the box culvert in the dry season are far smaller than the value of the rainy season, so that large-particle suspended matters which can be taken away by the sewage in the rainy season are deposited in the dry season; at the same time, the possible physical and chemical reactions between the sediments can also cause solidification and hardening of the sludge, further deepening the thickness of the sludge. The existing dredging method for the box culvert at home and abroad mainly comprises a high-pressure water jet dredging method, a winch dredging method, a water flushing dredging method, a blocking flushing door dredging method and the like. The methods are designed for small-size box culverts basically, some technologies are not suitable for large-size box culverts, and some technologies have the limitations of high operation cost, insufficient dredging capability, secondary pollution, incapability of adapting to complex terrain conditions and the like when the large-size box culverts are operated. Taking the current and popular vehicle-mounted high-pressure water jet sludge removal method as an example, the high-pressure water jet prepared by the method is smaller in size relative to the large-size box culvert section, and the generated high-pressure water jet can not stir sediment in the whole section; the manufacturing cost and the running cost are very high, and the method is difficult to apply to common drainage pipeline enclosure enterprises; in the dredging process, a large amount of clean water is required to be consumed, the concept of sustainable development is not met, and the waste water generated by impact can overflow from an inspection well or flow back into a drainage branch pipe, so that secondary pollution is easily caused. At present, the dredging of part of urban box culverts in China still depends on manual cleaning, for example, tools such as spades, rubber rafts and the like are adopted for manual dredging, and the efficiency is quite low.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
Fig. 1 shows the overall working principle of the device, which is mainly divided into two parts: the box culvert is inside and outside. The box culvert mainly comprises a dredging gear 1, a roller 2, a dredging baffle 3 and a handshake 4; the outside of the box culvert is mainly provided with a high-pressure cleaning pump 6; the inner and outer devices of the box culvert are connected by a water hose 5.
Fig. 2 shows a front view of the device, which sequentially comprises a dredging gear 1, a roller 2, a dredging baffle 3, a handshake 4 and a water hose 5 from bottom to top. The dredging gear 1 and the roller 2 are fixed by a shaft, but are structurally separated, so that the dredging gear and the roller can rotate independently; one side of the shaft of the roller 2 is fixed with the shaft of the dredging gear, and the other side of the shaft of the roller is fixed with a side hole of the dredging baffle 3; the dredging baffle 3 is used for fixing the dredging gear 1 and the idler wheel 2 on one hand and connecting the handshake 4 by holes on the other hand, and welding the holes; one side of the handshake 4 is connected with the water hose 5, and the other side is welded with the dredging baffle 3; the water hose 5 is connected with a hand grip and high-pressure cleaning pump 6.
Fig. 3 shows a side view of the device, it can be seen that the diameter of the roller 2 is larger than that of the dredging gear 1, so that the gear is not damaged when the device is moved back and forth.
Fig. 4 shows a structure diagram of the dredging gear 1. The two ends of the shaft of the dredging gear 1 are hollow circular concave holes so as to be conveniently fixed with the roller 2; the dredging gear 1 is composed of 7 groups of parallel spiral blades, each group is8 blades, and the blades are of a spiral structure and are convenient to rotate.
Fig. 5 shows a structural view of the roller 2. The two sides of the roller shaft are columnar bulges so as to be convenient for being fixed with the dredging baffle and the dredging gear.
Fig. 6 shows a structure of the dredging baffle 3. A cavity is reserved above the baffle plate and is welded with the handle 4.
Fig. 7 shows a structure of a handshake 4, which is a hollow metal pipe, so as to facilitate the water passing.
The specific use mode and the working principle of each part are as follows:
firstly, the box culvert is opened, and the staff carries equipment into the box culvert and arranges the equipment.
After being ready, the high-pressure washer pump 6 is started and adjusted to the appropriate water pressure. The high-pressure water flow flows to the handshake 4 along the water hose 5 and finally is sprayed to the dredging gear 1, so that the dredging gear rotates at a high speed, and high-speed stirring of sludge is realized; on the other hand, the high-speed water flow is subjected to the action of the high-speed rotating dredging gear 1, and can continuously splash along with the high-speed rotation of the gear, so that the high-speed flushing of the sludge is realized.
The staff promotes dredging equipment to constantly remove to realize stirring, the washing of whole box culvert silt, even hardened, solidified silt can also be broken up.
Finally, after all the box culverts are cleaned, the sludge is loosened very much, and workers evacuate to the outside of the box culverts, so that the broken sludge can be taken away by water flow as long as the box culverts are washed.
