The impeller of the invention rotates to make the water body form a circular flow from bottom to top, so that the water with low oxygen content at the bottom layer rises to the surface and is continuously contacted with the air to supplement oxygen, thus the water body keeps relatively balanced dissolved oxygen, in addition, the water at the bottom rises to the surface under the action of the impeller and receives the irradiation of ultraviolet rays in sunlight to play a role in sterilization, however, the existing device is inconvenient for installing and disassembling the solar panel, is inconvenient for maintaining and replacing, and has undesirable effect on water sterilization.
