The first arc 4111 and the second arc 4112 enclose to form the collision portion 411, and thus the collision portion 411 is formed in a shape of small both ends and large middle in the height direction of the seat 11. As shown in fig. 1, the backrest 110 of the seat 11 has an arc shape, and the thickness of the cavity structure between the housing 410 and the outer wall of the backrest 110 gradually increases in the front-to-rear direction of the seat 11 in order to conform to the arc shape of the backrest 110 of the seat 11. The width of the buffer portion 412 gradually increases from top to bottom, and gradually decreases after reaching the middle of the height direction of the buffer portion 412. Therefore, the side of the collision part 411 facing the seat 11 can be kept relatively vertical, and in order to improve the stress performance of the collision part 411, the collision part 411 is provided with a reinforcing rib 4113 which is higher or lower than the surface of the collision part 411.
In terms of the specific form of the deformation absorbing holes 413 of the side impact protector 41:
The deformation absorbing holes 413 are horizontally arranged strip-shaped holes. The transverse direction is a relatively horizontal direction in fig. 1, and the inner edge of the deformation absorbing holes 413 has a smooth edge. The deformation absorbing hole 413 extends to the collision portion 411 beyond the boundary position of the collision portion 411 and the buffer portion 412 near one end of the collision portion 411. In a specific parameter, the length of the strain absorbing hole 413 is about 80% of the width of the buffer portion 412. Since the width of the buffer portion 412 varies with the height direction of the seat 11, the length of the deformation absorbing holes 413 also varies with the height direction of the seat 11. The width of the deformation absorbing holes 413 is preferably 8mm.
In terms of the mounting details of the side impact protector 41:
The outer wall of the backrest 110 of the seat 11 is provided with a limit step 1101, and the edge of the collision part 411 facing the front side of the backrest 110 abuts against the limit step 1101 to limit. An inner wall of the collision part 411 is provided with an inner screw housing 4114, and is fixed to the backrest 110 of the seat 11 by a screw engaged with the inner screw housing 4114. A reinforcing rib 4115 is provided between the inner wall of the collision portion 411 and the outer wall of the female screw housing 4114. Each of the internally threaded sleeves 4114 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 4115.
It should be noted that the functional components of the child restraint system of the present invention are not simply stacked, but rather interact in an interrelated manner, thereby providing an essential improvement in child safety, and a synergistic combination of the functions. For example, the swivel function and the pitch adjustment function can greatly increase the degree of freedom in adjustment of the seat; for another example, the height adjustment of the headrest can affect the overall gravity center of the restraint system, and the design of the stress belt can effectively overcome the protection effect of the restraint system after the gravity center is raised. Similar synergy is numerous, and one skilled in the art can readily understand the various combinations and synergistic effects of the present invention. Accordingly, the foregoing is merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention, as various modifications and variations may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
