The invention provides a crankcase heating hoop forming device, wherein a positioning wheel is arranged on a corresponding positioning wheel rotating rod, the rotating shafts of a first positioning rotating rod and a second positioning rotating rod are positioned below a leaning film and concentric with a leaning mold, the rotating directions of the first positioning wheel rotating rod and the second positioning wheel rotating rod are opposite, the first positioning wheel rotating rod rotates anticlockwise, the second positioning wheel rotating rod rotates clockwise, the leaning mold is fixed and does not rotate, the edge of the leaning mold is provided with a groove, the positioning wheel is provided with a groove, the heating hoops for forming are matched with the positioning wheel, and the distance between the positioning wheel and the leaning mold is matched with the diameter of the heating hoops to be formed. Background
The lower part of the air conditioner compressor is a crankcase, the general crankcase heater is a built-in electric heating pipe, the heating hoop formed by the device is arranged at the crankcase part of the compressor and is used for heating lubricating oil when the compressor is stopped, so that the lubricating oil keeps a certain temperature, and the main is to prevent the compressor from increasing the starting resistance of the compressor due to overlarge viscosity of the lubricating oil when the compressor is cold in the sky, and a large-sized unit generally adopts the method to protect the compressor.
The crankcase heating hoop is generally a custom aluminum alloy section bar in omega shape, and a custom heating wire is embedded in the middle of the custom aluminum alloy section bar, after the custom heating wire is formed by the device, the custom aluminum alloy section bar forms a circle, and when in use, the custom aluminum alloy section bar surrounds a compressor to cling to a crankcase, so that the crankcase is subjected to auxiliary heating, the lubrication temperature of compressor lubricating oil in the crankcase is ensured, and the sparseness of the lubricating oil is ensured. When the compressor is in operation, the crankcase heating collar is deactivated and when the compressor is deactivated, the crankcase heating collar is activated.
The crankcase heating hoop has better effect than the traditional built-in crankcase heating rod, but the processing of the crankcase heating hoop always depends on manual processing, and when the crankcase heating hoop is formed into a round shape, the omega-shaped section is deformed and scrapped due to uneven force, and the crankcase heating hoop cannot be suitable for large-scale industrialized production.

The two pairs of racks and gears are used for driving the positioning wheel rotating rod to rotate, the first rack 5 and the first gear 3 are matched to drive the first positioning wheel rotating rod 7 to rotate anticlockwise, and the second rack 10 and the second gear 4 are matched to drive the second positioning wheel rotating rod 9 to rotate clockwise.
The first gear 3 is located below the second gear 4, and the diameters of the rotation shafts of the first gear 3 and the first positioning wheel rotation rod 7 are smaller than those of the rotation shafts of the second gear 4 and the second positioning wheel rotation rod 9.
The first gear 3 and the second gear 4 are driven to rotate by the power provided by the air cylinder 1.
The invention also provides a using method of the crankcase heating hoop forming device.

the crankcase heating hoop forming equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that the crankcase heating hoop is formed in one step, the efficiency is high, and the yield is almost 100%.

When the heating hoop section bar is used, the heating hoop section bar is placed between the positioning wheel and the profiling wheel 2, the first positioning wheel rotating rod 7 rotates anticlockwise, the second positioning wheel rotating rod 9 rotates clockwise, and the profiling wheel 2 and the positioning wheel are matched to enable the heating hoop section bar to be formed.
For higher efficiency, gears are used to rotate the positioning wheel turning bars.
As shown in fig. 1, since the rotation directions of the two positioning wheel rotating rods are opposite, two pairs of racks and gears are needed for driving the positioning wheel rotating rods to rotate, the first rack 5 and the first gear 3 cooperate to drive the first positioning wheel rotating rod 7 to rotate anticlockwise, and the second rack 10 and the second gear 4 cooperate to drive the second positioning wheel rotating rod 9 to rotate clockwise.
For simple and effective construction, the first gear 3 is located below the second gear 4, and the diameters of the rotation axes of the first gear 3 and the first positioning wheel rotation lever 7 are smaller than those of the rotation axes of the second gear 4 and the second positioning wheel rotation lever 9.
For better efficiency, the first gear 3 and the second gear 4 are driven to rotate by the power provided by the air cylinder 1.
