The public transportation means handrail hanging ring sterilizer as claimed in claim 7, wherein the ozone release terminal (3) further comprises a plurality of third guide pipes (16), hollow connecting pipes (18) are arranged between the hollow handrail (13) and the hollow hanging ring (17) of the public transportation means (1), and each hollow connecting pipe (18) is internally provided with a third guide pipe (16); one end of the third conduit (16) is communicated with the second conduit (12), and the other end of the third conduit (16) descends to the handheld part of the hollow lifting ring (17) inside the hollow connecting pipe (18) and the corresponding hollow lifting ring (17); the side wall of the third conduit (16) is provided with a plurality of third through holes (19), and the side wall of the hollow hanging ring (17) is provided with a plurality of fourth through holes (20).
