Meanwhile, as the heating box 70 and the treatment box 73 are mutually insulated, the heat generated when the heating box 70 is heated can not be transferred to the treatment box 73, thereby avoiding the ozone oxidation phenomenon caused by high temperature; meanwhile, the vertical height of the treatment box 73 is smaller than that of the heating box 70, and the treatment box 73 can be close to the bed plate 2 to the maximum extent through an electric push rod connected to the bottom of the heat insulation box 7.

Each group of power sources comprises a vertically arranged screw rod 12, a nut 13 sleeved on the screw rod 12 and a motor in transmission connection with the lower end of the screw rod 12, the upper end of the screw rod 12 is supported on the lower surface of the bed plate 2, the motor is fixed on the bed frame 1 below the bed plate 2, a base 14 is fixed on the nut 13 in each group of power sources, the base 14 is provided with a motor which is not correspondingly arranged with the screw rod 12 and a gear 15 driven by the motor, the gear 15 is meshed with the rack 9, and the motors in the two groups of power sources correspondingly drive the two gears 15 to synchronously rotate forwards or reversely so that the rack 9 can drive the fumigating mechanism and the lifting mechanism to horizontally reciprocate; the motors in the two power sources correspondingly drive the two screw rods 12 to synchronously rotate forwards or reversely, so that the nut 13 can drive the base 14 to vertically reciprocate. Because the gear 15 and the lead screw 12 are arranged not corresponding to each other, the lead screw 12 is prevented from interfering the horizontal reciprocating motion of the rack 9.

When the examination bed of the invention is needed to carry out vaginal ultrasonic examination on a patient, the hasps and the hooks are opened, the insulating support plate 4 is suspended on one side of the bedstead 1 (as shown in figure 5), then the motors driving the gears 15 in the two groups of power sources work, the two gears 15 synchronously rotate forwards, the rack 9 drives the lifting mechanism 8 to horizontally move leftwards until the lifting mechanism 8 is just below the gap 3, and when the center of the lifting platform 80 is superposed with the center of the gap 3, the two motors stop working; then, the motors driving the screw rods 12 in the two power sources work, the two screw rods 12 rotate synchronously forward, the nut 13 drives the base 14 to move vertically and upwards integrally, the rack 9 drives the lifting mechanism 8 to move vertically and upwards until the lifting platform 80 extends out of the notch 3 to a certain height, and then the two motors stop working, and at the moment, the working state of the examination bed is as shown in fig. 5. The buttocks of a patient lying on the detection bed are supported on the lifting table 80, so that the ultrasonic visual field can be increased and the blind area can be reduced during the vaginal ultrasonic examination. In the vertical lifting process of the nut 13 and the base 14, an electric push rod fixed at the bottom of the base 14 is synchronous with the vertical lifting process of the nut 13 and is used for assisting in supporting the base 14, and the safety of the power mechanism is improved. When the height of the elevating mechanism needs to be adjusted finely, the linear driving device in the elevating mechanism is turned on to lift the elevating table 80.
When the examination bed of the invention is needed to be used for gynecological adjuvant therapy of a patient, motors driving the screw rods 12 in the two groups of power sources are enabled to work, the two screw rods 12 are synchronously reversed, the nut 13 drives the base 14 to integrally move vertically and downwards, the rack 9 drives the lifting mechanism 8 to vertically and downwards move until the lifting platform 80 is moved out of the notch 3, and the two motors are stopped to work when the lifting platform 80 is positioned below the bed plate 2; then, the motors driving the gears 15 in the two groups of power sources work, the two gears 15 synchronously rotate forwards, the rack 9 drives the lifting mechanism 8 to horizontally move left until the heat insulation box 9 is just below the gap 3, and when the therapeutic device 76 on the therapeutic box 73 is positioned at the right part of the gap 3, the two motors stop working; and controlling an electric push rod at the bottom of the heat insulation box 7 to push the heat insulation box 7 to integrally lift, stopping the electric push rod when the upper surface of the heating box 70 does not exceed the lower surface of the bed plate 2, controlling the heating box 70 and/or the treatment box 73 to work, and carrying out fumigation treatment on the patient.
