Abstract
The invention discloses a combined high-voltage current transformer. Specifically, the combined high-voltage current transformer comprises: the primary contact assembly, the current transformer body, the base, the primary outlet terminal, the secondary outlet terminal and the temperature sensor are integrated into a whole, so that the operation safety of the high-voltage current transformer is improved, and the safe operation level of the high-voltage switch cabinet is even improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of high-voltage power transmission and distribution equipment, in particular to a combined high-voltage current transformer.
Background
In high voltage supply lines, the current voltage is relatively high, as is very dangerous in direct measurement. In order to facilitate the secondary instrument measurement to be converted into a relatively uniform current and voltage, a transformer is used for playing roles in variable-current transformation and electrical isolation. The transformer is also called as an instrument transformer, and is a generic term of a current transformer and a voltage transformer. Can change high voltage into low voltage and large current into small current for measuring or protecting system. The function of the device is mainly to convert high voltage or large current into standard low voltage (100V) or standard small current (5A or 1A, respectively, nominal value) proportionally so as to realize standardization and miniaturization of measuring instruments, protecting equipment and automatic control equipment. In the primary circuit structure setting of the high-voltage switch cabinet, the primary contact box and the high-voltage current transformer are independent devices respectively, hidden dangers such as looseness or poor contact and the like inevitably occur in the operation process, the high-voltage current transformer is seriously influenced, and even the reliable operation of the whole high-voltage switch cabinet is seriously influenced, moreover, the actual operation conditions of the primary contact box and the high-voltage current transformer cannot be timely measured and mastered in the daily operation of the high-voltage contact box, and certain potential safety hazards exist.

the primary contact assembly, the current transformer body, the base, the primary outlet terminal and the secondary outlet terminal form an epoxy casting whole;
the base is provided with an installation space, and the temperature sensor is arranged in the installation space.
Optionally, the current transformer body includes primary coil and secondary coil and high voltage insulation layer, the secondary coil set up in the outside of primary coil, high voltage insulation layer set up in primary coil with between the secondary coil.
Optionally, the primary contact assembly includes a static contact box, a static contact mounting seat and a static contact, the static contact box and the static contact mounting seat are all fixed on the current transformer body, and the static contact mounting seat is connected with the input end of the primary coil of the current transformer body, the static contact is arranged on the static contact mounting seat and is connected with the static contact mounting seat, and the static contact box is sleeved outside the static contact mounting seat.
Optionally, the installation space arranged in the base comprises a first installation space and a second installation space, and the first installation space is in contact with the fixed contact box; the second installation space is in contact with the current transformer body; the temperature sensor comprises a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor, wherein the first temperature sensor is arranged in the first installation space and used for measuring the temperature in the fixed contact box, and the second temperature sensor is arranged in the second installation space and used for measuring the temperature of the secondary coil of the current transformer body.
Optionally, an epoxy resin insulating layer is arranged between the first temperature sensor and the fixed contact box; an epoxy resin insulating layer is arranged between the second temperature sensor and the current transformer body. Optionally, the primary outlet terminal is a rectangular copper bar.
Optionally, the temperature sensor is a passive wireless temperature sensor, and the passive wireless temperature sensor is used for detecting a temperature signal and transmitting the temperature signal in a passive wireless mode.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a combined high-voltage current transformer, which includes a primary contact assembly 1, a current transformer body 2, a base 3, a primary outlet terminal 4, a secondary outlet terminal 5, and a temperature sensor 6;
the current input end of the primary coil of the current transformer body 2 is connected with the primary contact assembly 1, and the current output end of the primary coil of the current transformer body 2 is connected with the primary outlet terminal 4; the output end of the secondary coil of the current transformer body 2 is connected with the secondary outlet terminal 5;
the base 3 is arranged at the lower parts of the current transformer body 2 and the primary contact assembly 1, and the secondary outlet terminal 5 is arranged on the base;
the primary contact assembly 1, the current transformer body 2, the base 3, the primary outgoing line terminal 4 and the secondary outgoing line terminal 5 form an epoxy casting whole;
the base 3 is provided with an installation space, and the temperature sensor 6 is arranged in the installation space.
Optionally, the current transformer body 2 includes a primary coil, a secondary coil and a high-voltage insulating layer, the secondary coil is disposed on the outer side of the primary coil, and the high-voltage insulating layer is disposed between the primary coil and the secondary coil.

the primary contact assembly, the current transformer body, the base, the primary outlet terminal and the secondary outlet terminal form an epoxy casting whole;
the base is provided with an installation space, and the temperature sensor is arranged in the installation space;
the primary contact assembly comprises a static contact box, a static contact mounting seat and a static contact, wherein the static contact box and the static contact mounting seat are both fixed on the current transformer body, the static contact mounting seat is connected with the input end of a primary coil of the current transformer body, the static contact is arranged on the static contact mounting seat and connected with the static contact mounting seat, and the static contact box is sleeved outside the static contact mounting seat;
the mounting space arranged in the base comprises a first mounting space and a second mounting space, and the first mounting space is in contact arrangement with the fixed contact box; the second installation space is in contact with the current transformer body; the temperature sensor comprises a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor, wherein the first temperature sensor is arranged in the first installation space and used for measuring the temperature in the fixed contact box, and the second temperature sensor is arranged in the second installation space and used for measuring the temperature of the secondary coil of the current transformer body.

The combination high-voltage current transformer according to claim 1, wherein the current transformer body comprises a primary coil and a secondary coil, the secondary coil being disposed outside the primary coil, and a high-voltage insulation layer being disposed between the primary coil and the secondary coil.

The combined high-voltage current transformer according to claim 1, wherein an epoxy insulating layer is provided between the first temperature sensor and the stationary contact box; an epoxy resin insulating layer is arranged between the second temperature sensor and the current transformer body.
4. The combination high voltage current transformer of claim 1 wherein the primary wire outlet terminal is a rectangular copper bar.
5. The combined high-voltage current transformer according to claim 1, wherein the temperature sensor is a passive wireless temperature sensor, and the passive wireless temperature sensor is configured to detect a temperature signal and transmit the temperature signal in a passive wireless manner.
