Preferably, after the carrier stores the shared mailing box into the accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity detects the shared mailing box and stores a detection result into a central control system of the receiver shared storage cabinet, and the receiver shared storage cabinet further reports the detection result to the shared mailing service platform through an internal communication system and an external communication system, so that the shared mailing service platform can confirm that the shared mailing box is stored in the receiver shared storage cabinet and the storage position of the receiver shared storage cabinet.
Preferably, when the carrier is carrying the shared mailing box assembly, each shared mailing box can be stored in each free accommodating cavity of the receiver shared storage cabinet, and the same storage operation can be completed for each shared mailing box.
In step S16, the carrier settles the account directly on the shared mailing service platform, and the shared mailing service platform calculates the cost according to the carrying mileage, carrying weight, carrying time limit, and the like of the carrier, and pays the cost to the carrier in an electronic payment manner, thereby completing the whole shared posting process for the carrier in this embodiment.
The shared posting and receiving embodiment shown in fig. 1 only has one carrier completing the carriage process, and may also include multiple carriers performing turnaround carriage through multiple shared storage cabinets. Preferably, in the carrying in step 14, the shared mailing box is firstly stored in a transit shared storage cabinet by a carrier (when multiple transit is required, the transit shared storage cabinet is only used for transferring and storing the shared mailing box midway), the carrier includes a second carrier (or there may be multiple carriers, that is, each transit is completed by one carrier), the second carrier acquires transit pickup information (the content of the pickup information is the same as that of the first carrier, only the sending object is for the second carrier, and the second carrier is used for the second carrier to pick up a second item) from the shared mailing service platform, and the second carrier takes out the shared mailing box from the transit shared storage cabinet by using the transit pickup information and then carries the shared mailing box to the receiving shared storage cabinet; in the above-mentioned storage of step 15, the shared mailing box is stored in the shared storage cabinet of the consignee by the second carrier, and then the delivery information is sent to the shared mailing service platform through the second said carrier communication terminal.
The transfer shared storage cabinet is the same as the sender shared storage cabinet and the receiver shared storage cabinet in structural composition. Therefore, the embodiment of the shared posting and receiving method can include that a plurality of carriers realize midway relay posting through a plurality of transit shared storage cabinets, and a plurality of people can carry the carriers in stages in the whole posting process, so that the carrying capacity of each carrier can be fully utilized. For example, a first carrier may take a shared mailing box out of a sender's shared storage cabinet to a transit shared storage cabinet at an airport, and put it in the transit shared storage cabinet, and then the first carrier may complete the carrying work, and then a second carrier may take the shared mailing box out of the transit shared storage cabinet, and further carry it to a transit shared storage cabinet at another airport by taking a flight, and thus the second carrier may also complete the carrying work, and then a third carrier may further carry the shared mailing box to a receiver's shared storage cabinet.
FIG. 3 further illustrates the interaction of information between the shared mailing service platform and carriers, shared storage cabinets, and shared mailboxes in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the shared mailing service platform firstly issues the posting demand information, then a carrier in the public responds the order receiving request information to the shared mailing service platform, and after the confirmation of the shared mailing service platform is obtained, the shared mailing service platform sends pickup information to the carrier, the carrier arrives at the sender shared storage cabinet through the pickup information to complete pickup operation, and the carrier performs information interaction with the sender shared storage cabinet during pickup, so as to monitor pickup operation. The monitoring method may be combined with the shared mailbox embodiments shown in fig. 5 and 6, and the shared storage locker embodiments shown in fig. 7 and 8.
The carrying process begins when the carrier removes the shared mailboxes from the sender's shared storage cabinet. Preferably, the shared mailer carrier will be monitored during shipping, such as to monitor where the shared mailer is carried in real time and whether the shared mailer is unlocked during shipping. In addition, the position of the carrying person in the carrying process is also monitored.
After the carrier arrives at the shared storage cabinet of the receiver, the shared mailing box is stored in the containing cavity of the shared storage cabinet of the receiver, and the storage process can be monitored through information interaction between the shared storage cabinet of the receiver and the shared mailing service platform. And after the carrier finishes storing the parts, the carrier settles the fee with the shared mailing service platform.
Fig. 3 mainly shows items and contents of information interaction between the shared mailing service platform and each element in the whole shared mailing process. Therefore, in the process, the shared mailing service platform mainly needs to process shared mailing service information (such as posting demand information, receiving and processing order receiving request information and the like), security monitoring information (monitoring of senders and receivers and carriers), and expense settlement information (settlement of freight with carriers). Reference is also made to the description of the embodiment shown in fig. 12. Therefore, in the process, the information is mainly transmitted between the shared mailing service platform and different element objects and is isolated from each other, so that the information security and confidentiality are high. For example, the posting requirement information mainly comprises a posting article name, a posting address, an addressee and a corresponding posting order number, wherein the posting requirement information does not contain mobile phone number information of a sender and an addressee; the pickup information includes the number of the sender sharing storage cabinet, the position of the sender sharing storage cabinet, the number of the receiver sharing storage cabinet, the position of the receiver sharing storage cabinet, and the mobile phone number information of the sender and the receiver. The personal information is stored on the shared mailing service platform, and the identification number of the shared mailing box, the number of the shared storage cabinet and the number of the accommodating cavity which are related to the personal information correspond to each other, and only the shared mailing service platform is independently communicated with each element without transmitting the personal information between the carrier and the sender, so that the personal information does not need to be identified on the shared mailing box in the whole mailing process, the shared mailing service platform plays a role in information safety control, and the safety of the personal information is ensured.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a system composition according to an embodiment of the shared posting and receiving method based on fig. 1. In comparison to fig. 1, the sender 16 and sender communication terminal 161, the recipient 17 and recipient communication terminal 171 are added to fig. 4. This is a major component of the shared posting and receiving method embodiment from the overall process description of the dispatch, shipment and receipt. Thus, in contrast to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the embodiment of FIG. 4 illustrates the overall components that implement the shared posting and receiving process primarily from the perspective of a shared mailing service platform.
The following describes the overall process of shared posting and receiving including both an outgoing and an incoming in detail with reference to the flowchart of an embodiment of the method for shared posting and receiving shown in fig. 5.
In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, where the shared mailing box further includes a smart lock, FIG. 5 essentially includes, before the issuing step S11:
step S1101, boxing, namely, the sender 16 loads the posted item into the shared mailing box 15, locks the intelligent lock of the shared mailing box 15, and then sends posting request information to the shared mailing service platform 11 through the sender communication terminal 161;
step S1102, deposit box, after the shared posting service platform 11 replies posting request confirmation information to the sender communication terminal 161, the sender 16 deposits the shared posting box 15 into the sender shared storage cabinet 12.
The posting request information is a posting application sent by a sender to the shared posting service platform in a single party, and is equivalent to a request for a posting service application, and the content of the posting request information specifically comprises the name of a posted article, the number of a sender mobile phone, the address of the sender, the number of a receiver mobile phone, the address of a receiver and the like. Preferably, in order to ensure that the shared mailing service platform can provide safe and reliable services for both the sender and the receiver, the sender name and the receiver name may be required to be filled in the request information in a real-name manner. The information content is the necessary content because the detailed information of the transmitting and receiving parties is necessary for completing one delivery and receiving.
It can be seen that the content of the posting request information is more, and particularly when the sender sends the posting request information to the shared posting service platform for the first time, identity registration is usually required to be performed first, which is to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the sender and is a necessary basis for the shared posting service platform to effectively control the sender.
Preferably, the sender has completed identity registration with the shared mailing service platform before the boxing step, and the sender logs in through a shared mailing client system installed at the sender's communication terminal (see the description of the embodiment shown in fig. 11) before sending the posting request message, and then sends the posting request message to the shared mailing service platform.
In addition, the input mode of the posting request information can be that the information is quickly and conveniently input in modes of handwriting editing input, voice recognition input, inquiry of existing records, photographing recognition input and the like through a shared posting client system installed on a sender communication terminal. The handwriting editing input refers to inputting information through handwriting character editing, the voice recognition input refers to inputting information through voice recognition, the query of the existing record input refers to selective calling of input information through querying the existing record in the system, and the scanning recognition input refers to inputting information through scanning recognition of characters on two-dimensional codes or business cards and pictures.
Preferably, the posting request information also includes a posting requirement. Here, the posting requirements include posting time limit, which is the time range in which the sender wants the posted article to reach the receiver, and the carrying cost is different according to different time limits. The posting requirements can also include accurate location delivery (such as a specific room number of a hotel, a park doorway), accurate time delivery (such as 12:30 am on saturday, delivery between 7 o 'clock and 8 o' clock on night), accurate personnel delivery (the addressee is not in time to deliver, and no other person is allowed to collect), and the like, and these personalized requirements also determine the difference of carrying fees.
Preferably, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, fig. 5 further includes, after the storing step 15:
step S1501, a shared mailing service platform 11 sends the delivery information to the recipient communication terminal 171, and the recipient 17 takes out the shared mailing box 15 from the recipient shared storage cabinet 13;
step S1502, opening the box, and the addressee 17 opening the intelligent lock of the shared mailing box 15 to take the posted article out of the shared mailing box;
in step S1503, payment is made and the recipient 17 or the sender 16 pays a mailing fee to the shared mailing service platform 11.
Therefore, the process of collecting the posted articles by the addressee is carried out after the addressee stores the articles, in the process, the addressee only needs to be in contact with the shared mailing service platform, the payment is also carried out on the shared mailing service platform, the addressee does not need to be in contact with the addressee or carry out expense settlement, and therefore information safety and expense payment safety of the addressee are guaranteed.
FIG. 6, in conjunction with FIG. 3, illustrates further processing of the interaction of information between the shared mailing service platform and the sender, carrier, recipient, shared storage, and shared mailing box of the embodiment of FIG. 5. Compared with the method shown in fig. 3, the main difference is that the sender in fig. 6 sends a posting request message to the shared posting service platform first when sending a mail, then the shared posting service platform responds a posting request confirmation message to the sender, the sender can only store the shared posting box in the shared storage cabinet after obtaining the clear confirmation of the shared posting service platform, and the storage process is monitored by the shared posting service platform and the sender shared storage cabinet for information interaction, so that the sender completes the process of putting the shared posting box in the shared storage cabinet. And when the addressee receives the delivery information sent by the shared mailing service platform, the addressee takes out the corresponding shared mailing box from the shared storage cabinet of the receiver, the box taking process also carries out information interaction through box taking monitoring between the shared mailing service platform and the shared storage cabinet of the receiver, and the addressee finishes the process of taking out the shared mailing box from the shared storage cabinet. And the payment process of the sender or the receiver is also carried out between the sender or the receiver and the shared mailing service platform.
It is further seen that the shared mailing service platform establishes independent information channels with the sender, the carrier, and the recipient, while isolating the sender from the carrier, and isolating the recipient from the carrier. Furthermore, an information channel is also established between the shared mailing service platform and the sending shared storage cabinet, between the receiving shared storage cabinet and between the shared mailing service platform and the shared mailing box, and information interaction is also carried out between the shared mailing box and the shared storage cabinet, so that the shared mailing box can be monitored seamlessly in the whole processes of posting, transporting and receiving, and the safety of articles in the whole shared mailing process and the safety of personal information of senders, carriers and receivers are ensured.
The shared posting and receiving method mainly comprises the steps of taking a shared posting service platform, a shared posting box, a shared storage cabinet, a sender, a carrier, a receiver and a corresponding communication terminal as main components, and comprises the shared posting processes of issuing a bill, receiving a bill, taking a piece, carrying a piece, storing a piece and settling accounts. The embodiment can realize a sharing mailing mode with the sharing mailing box as a carrier, the sharing storage cabinet as a transfer and the sharing mailing service platform as a center, so that communication and contact between the sender and the carrier, the carrier and the receiver are not needed, and the sender and the receiver do not need to send and receive the mail face to face, thereby obviously improving the mailing efficiency, saving social resources, and simultaneously having reliable guarantee and obvious advantages in the aspects of safety, reliability and the like.
Preferably, the sender-shared storage and the receiver-shared storage each comprise at least one receiving cavity. In addition, in terms of structure, the sender shared storage cabinet and the receiver shared storage cabinet can be a special storage cabinet with a single accommodating cavity or a public storage cabinet with a plurality of accommodating cavities separated from each other, each accommodating cavity is provided with a cavity door, and a cavity door lock is arranged on each cavity door. Such private storage cabinets are suitable for individual users, e.g. users of a cottage house, whereas public storage cabinets are suitable for collective users, e.g. users of a community, users of an organization, etc.
Preferably, the accommodating cavities of the sender sharing storage cabinet and the receiver sharing storage cabinet are respectively provided with a monitoring module. As further shown in FIG. 7, the shared storage cabinet has a monitoring module 723 disposed within the receiving cavity 72, the monitoring module 723 being provided with a detection sensor 724 that detects whether the receiving cavity is empty or an item (referred to primarily as a shared mailing box) is placed. The detection sensor 724 and the monitoring module 723 may be integrally provided, or may be separately provided by being electrically connected through a wire.
The monitoring module and the detection sensor are arranged in the accommodating cavity, so that detection identification information can be obtained, namely whether the accommodating cavity is a cavity or a shared mailing box is stored is monitored and identified, and therefore the storage condition of each accommodating cavity of the whole shared storage cabinet can be monitored.
Preferably, the detection sensor 724 comprises an infrared detection sensor, and the infrared detection sensor can detect whether the article exists in the accommodating cavity by means of infrared thermal imaging detection, light blocking detection and the like. Besides the infrared detection sensor, a weight sensor, an image detection sensor and/or a video detection sensor can be used for detecting the internal condition of the accommodating cavity.
Further preferably, the monitoring module is further provided with an information reader for information interaction with the shared mailing box stored in the accommodating cavity. The information reader comprises a Bluetooth reader, an infrared reader and/or a wireless sensor, wherein the wireless sensor mainly refers to a wireless sensor capable of performing communication interaction in a short distance, such as a Zigbee communication sensor.
It can be seen that there is internet of things information intercommunication between the accommodating cavity and the shared mailing box, so that an information reader for information interaction with the shared mailing box is required to be arranged in the accommodating cavity, and through the information reader, the accommodating cavity can further acquire the identification number of the shared mailing box and information of articles stored in the box. Preferably, the shared mailing box has an identification tag with a unique identification code (or identification number), such as a bar code, a two-dimensional code, and the like, and the information reader is a scanner capable of reading information of the bar code or the two-dimensional code, so that the bar code or the two-dimensional code is scanned, and the specific information content is identified by the monitoring module. Furthermore, an information storage module and a bluetooth module (for example, arranged in an intelligent lock of the shared mailing box) are arranged on the shared mailing box, the mailbox mailing information of the shared mailing box is stored in the information storage module, and the information reader in the accommodating cavity is a bluetooth reader which can establish bluetooth communication with the bluetooth module of the shared mailing box, so that the stored information in the information storage module is read into the monitoring module.
It can be seen that the accommodating cavity of the shared storage cabinet can receive monitoring information through the monitoring module, wherein the monitoring information comprises detection identification information of the detection sensor and mailbox mailing information read by the information reader. Here, the detection identification information mainly refers to information such as whether or not an article is stored, whether or not the article is a shared mailing box, and the weight and volume of the article. The mailbox mailing information includes an identification code of the shared mailing box, mailing item information of the shared mailing box, recipient and sender information of the shared mailing box, mailing process information of the shared mailing box, and/or internal monitoring information of the shared mailing box. Here, the mailing item information refers to information such as an item name and a posting request, the mailing process information refers to dynamic information such as a position change and a carrying change (for example, taking out and storing from a shared storage cabinet for many times) of the shared mailing box during the mailing process, and the internal monitoring information refers to picture information and/or photographed video information for photographing the posted item inside the shared mailing box, and determines whether the inside is empty, whether the item exists, whether the item is normal, and the like.
Based on the mode, the shared storage cabinet can identify whether the shared mailing box is stored or not, and can further interact with the shared mailing box deeply, so that the shared mailing box is monitored more intelligently and more diversified, and the safety of storing the shared mailing box is improved, for example, specific information of the stored shared mailing box, including the identification number of the shared mailing box, sender information, recipient information, information of articles in the box, and the like can be known.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the shared storage cabinet is provided with a central control system 81 and an internal communication system 82, the central control system 81 is electrically connected with the monitoring module 723 of each accommodating cavity through the internal communication system 82, and receives monitoring information on the monitoring module 723, wherein the monitoring information includes detection identification information of the detection sensor and mailbox mailing information read by the information reader.
Here, the monitoring modules 723 of each receiving cavity can be electrically connected through the internal communication system 82, so that the monitoring information on each monitoring module 723 is transmitted to the central control system 81 in a centralized manner, and therefore the central control system 81 becomes a central system of the shared storage cabinet and can monitor each receiving cavity and the shared mailboxes stored in the receiving cavities. Therefore, the shared storage cabinet can selectively open the cavity door of the containing cavity according to the requirements of users, so as to store or extract the shared mailing box. Preferably, the intercom system 82 is a local area network communication system. Therefore, the monitoring modules of the containing cavities can be connected through the network cable to form a local area computer network. In addition, an internal communication network can be realized through wired communication modes such as RS-232 and RS-485.
Preferably, an external communication system 83 is further disposed in the shared storage cabinet in fig. 8, the central control system 81 interacts monitoring information of each accommodating cavity of the shared storage cabinet with the shared mailing service platform through the external communication system 83, and correspondingly transmits the monitoring information of the accommodating cavity, position information of the shared storage cabinet, number information of the shared storage cabinet, and number information of each accommodating cavity in the shared storage cabinet to the shared mailing service platform, and the shared mailing service platform stores the monitoring information in the platform database, and performs remote monitoring and scheduling.
Here, the shared locker can be interconnected with the shared mailing service platform 84 through the external communication system 83, and thus, the shared mailing service platform 84 can collectively monitor a plurality of shared lockers disposed at different geographical locations. Preferably, the external communication system is a wide area network computer network system or a mobile communication system. The system can provide stable and reliable wired computer network service through a wide area network computer network system, and the central control system can be a computer or a server connected to the Internet. And network interconnection is carried out through a mobile communication system, so that the flexibility of setting the shared storage cabinet can be enhanced, and the shared storage cabinet can be set in a place which can be covered by the mobile communication system.
Based on the embodiment, when the shared mailing box is stored in the containing cavity of the sender shared storage cabinet, the detection sensor detects that an object is stored, then the containing cavity acquires the mailbox mailing information of the shared mailing box through the information reader, and then the mailbox mailing information is transmitted to the central control system and the external communication system through the internal communication system, and then the shared mailing service platform acquires the current monitoring information of each containing cavity of the sender shared storage cabinet.
When the shared mailing box is taken out of the containing cavity of the shared storage cabinet of the receiver, the detection sensor detects that the object is taken out, then the containing cavity transmits the mail box mailing information of the taken-out shared mailing box to the central control system and the external communication system through the internal communication system, and then the shared mailing service platform obtains the current monitoring information of each containing cavity of the shared storage cabinet of the receiver.
Therefore, no matter the sender shares the storage cabinet or the receiver shares the storage cabinet, the internal monitoring of the containing cavities in the cabinet is realized, and the shared storage cabinet is also communicated and interconnected with the shared mailing service platform, so that the function of the internet of things between the shared storage cabinet and the shared mailing service platform is realized, the storage state of each shared storage cabinet can be monitored, the shared storage cabinet is a transfer platform for realizing shared posting and receiving, the sender, the carrier and the receiver can send, transport and receive the mail independently, communication contact can be established between the sender and the carrier and between the carrier and the receiver, and the receiver can receive and take the mail face to face, and the work efficiency of posting, transporting and receiving is improved, so that the efficiency of the whole shared posting and receiving is improved. In addition, personal information of the sender, the carrier and the receiver cannot be leaked.
Furthermore, the cavity door locks of the cavity doors of the shared storage cabinet are coded locks, the shared storage cabinet is further provided with a monitoring panel connected with the central control system, and the monitoring panel is provided with a digital keyboard and a display screen. Therefore, the operation control of unlocking and locking the coded lock of each cavity door can be realized through the monitoring panel.
When a shared mailing service platform carries out remote monitoring on a shared storage cabinet, when a sender needs to store a shared mailing box, posting request information is sent to the shared mailing service platform through a sender communication terminal, after the shared mailing service platform receives confirmation, the posting request confirmation information is sent to the sender, the posting request confirmation information can comprise a storage unlocking password, after the sender receives the posting unlocking password, the storage unlocking password is input through a monitoring panel of the shared storage cabinet, the shared storage cabinet identifies a free accommodating cavity and opens a cavity door lock of the accommodating cavity, the sender puts the shared mailing box into the accommodating cavity, closes a cavity door of the accommodating cavity, and locks the cavity door lock; when a receiver needs to extract the shared mailing box, sending receiving request information to the shared mailing service platform through a receiver communication terminal, after the shared mailing service platform receives confirmation, sending the receiving request confirmation information to the receiver, wherein the receiving request confirmation information can include an extracted unlocking password, after the receiver receives the receiving request, inputting the extracted unlocking password through a monitoring panel of a shared storage cabinet, identifying a corresponding accommodating cavity by the shared storage cabinet and opening a cavity door lock of the accommodating cavity, and extracting the cavity door lock from the accommodating cavity by the receiver, closing a cavity door of the accommodating cavity and locking the cavity door lock.
It can be seen from the above embodiment that the shared storage cabinet can not only monitor each internal containing cavity and the articles in the containing cavities, but also transmit the monitoring information to the shared mailing service platform, thereby realizing network interconnection of a plurality of shared storage cabinets in a larger range, and further realizing monitoring of each containing cavity and the intra-cavity shared mailing box of each shared storage cabinet. More importantly, when shared mailing boxes are stored in the shared storage cabinets, the shared mailing service platform can monitor and judge the mailing and receiving states of the shared mailing boxes, so that the posting, transporting or receiving information is issued to senders, carriers and receivers, and the senders can complete posting only by putting the shared mailing boxes into the shared storage cabinets; the carrying person only needs to take the articles out of the shared storage cabinet, then transport the articles to another shared storage cabinet and store the articles in the other shared storage cabinet, and then the carrying person can finish the transportation service; and after receiving the receiving information of the shared mailing service platform, the receiver arrives at the shared storage cabinet at the designated position and takes out the corresponding article, and then the receiving is finished. In the whole process, a carrier does not need to meet a sender, a carrier does not need to meet a receiver, a shared mailing service platform only needs to monitor a shared mailing box in a shared storage cabinet, and then related information is transmitted to related people through a communication terminal.
FIG. 9 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a shared mailing box. The shared mailer comprises a box body 91 and a box cover 92, and a box lock 93 is arranged at the joint of the box body 91 and the box cover 92.
FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of the components of a case lock according to one embodiment of a shared mailing case. Preferably, the box lock 93 is an intelligent lock, the intelligent lock includes a lock body 931 and a controller 932 for controlling the lock body 931 to unlock or lock, the controller 932 is electrically connected to the bluetooth module 933, and the bluetooth control signal received by the bluetooth module 933 controls the lock body 931 to unlock or lock.

The shared mailing box is provided with a unique mailbox identification number or mailbox identification code, Bluetooth communication is established between a Bluetooth module of the shared mailing box and a Bluetooth assembly of the communication terminal, the Bluetooth control signal comes from the Bluetooth assembly of the communication terminal, and data communication is also established between the communication terminal and the shared mailing service platform.
When the shared mailing box needs to be unlocked, the communication terminal acquires a mailbox identification number of the shared mailing box, sends the mailbox identification number to the shared mailing service platform through the communication terminal, generates an unlocking password by the shared mailing service platform, sends the unlocking password to the communication terminal, converts the unlocking password into a Bluetooth control signal, sends the Bluetooth control signal to a Bluetooth module of the shared mailing box through a Bluetooth component, and then controls a lock body of an intelligent lock of the shared mailing box to be unlocked.

According to the technical characteristics and the using method of the shared mailing box embodiment, the function of the internet of things is realized between the shared mailing box and the shared mailing service platform, so that the mailing process, the carrying process and the receiving process are monitored in real time by taking the shared mailing box as a carrier, and the safety of shared posting and receiving is further improved. Furthermore, in order to improve the reliable posting and carrying of the shared posting service platform to the senders and carriers and reduce malicious posting and carrying, it is necessary to perform authentication registration on the senders and the carriers. The shared mailing client system 111 specifically includes a registration management subsystem 1111, a distribution management subsystem 1112, a carriage management subsystem 1113, an addressee management subsystem 1114, and a fee management subsystem 1115. The registration management subsystem 1111 is configured to perform registration management on users who perform shared mailing, where the users include a sender, a carrier, and a receiver; a delivery management subsystem 1112 for managing a delivery process of the sender; the carrying management subsystem 1113 is used for managing the carrying process of the carrier; an addressee management subsystem 1114, configured to manage an addressee process; and a fee management subsystem 1115 for performing fee settlement management for the user.
Further, the registration management subsystem 1111 includes a registration module, a login module, and/or a logout module. The registration module is used for identity registration of the user and mainly comprises an identity information input option, an identity information verification option and/or a registered fund input option. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole system, the user adopts real-name identity registration, so that the information and good credit which can indicate the true identity of the user, such as a valid certificate number, a recent photo, a residence certificate, a crime-free record certificate, a bad credit-free record certificate and the like of the registered user, need to be collected and input in the identity information input option. In the identity information verification option, the photo of the user is mainly obtained through the photographing function of the communication terminal, and the photo is compared with the photo information in the identity information input option to confirm that the user is the same user. In the registered fund input option, the user is required to provide a certain amount of fund as a guarantee fund or a deposit, and also as a bottom-guaranteeing means for improving the honesty degree of the user. These three options can be combined for credit registration, which is the main purpose of ensuring user reliability, especially with high credit rating requirements for the carrier.
After the identity registration is completed through the registration module, the user logs in through the login module, and therefore shared mailing service can be achieved. When logging in, logging in is mainly performed through different identities, including a sender logging option, a carrier logging option and/or a receiver logging option. The logout module is a module with the function opposite to that of the registration module and comprises a logout application option and/or a default logout option. And the user can actively select the logout identity by applying the logout option and quit the shared mailing service. The application for the logout option further specifically includes: cost clearing, current shared mailing service completion deadline, voluntary exit declaration, etc. Through the logout application option, the shared mailing service platform can classify and manage the users who actively apply for logout, and logout the user identity from the shared mailing service after finishing the related shared mailing service and clearing the related cost. The option is mainly completed by a shared mailing service platform, is a management means based on data statistics, and can give an alarm to prompt first according to the conditions of expense delinquent of the user, sender delivery default, carrier carrying default, receiver default and the like, service quality evaluation and the like, and if the result of defect of the shared mailing service caused by failure in time improvement or repeated default occurrence after multiple times of reminding exists, the user is cancelled through the default cancellation option.

The system comprises a dispatch management subsystem and a dispatch management subsystem, wherein the dispatch management subsystem comprises a dispatch requirement input module, a dispatch article inspection module, a dispatch information receiving module and a dispatch process query module.
The sending requirement input module comprises a mailing article name input item, a sending and receiving address input item, a sender communication number input item and a posting requirement input item. The above information entry method has been specifically described in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and is not described herein again.
The sending article inspection module comprises a picture inspection item and/or a video inspection item, and the inspection module is mainly used for ensuring that the posted article can be detected and documented by a shared mailing service platform, on one hand, the article is ensured to belong to a mailable article specified by law, on the other hand, the package and the boxing of the article are ensured to be in accordance with the specification, and the integrity of the article during boxing can be proved. The image check item is required to be sent to the shared mailing service platform through a shared mailing client system by a sender through photographing the posted item and then further through the communication terminal, and the video check item is required to be sent to the shared mailing service platform through a shared mailing client system by the sender through video shooting in the process of loading the posted item, namely the posted item, into the shared mailing box, and then the video is further sent to the shared mailing service platform through the communication terminal. And when the shared mailing client system receives the inspection pictures and/or videos of the sent articles, the inspection pictures and/or videos are detected and analyzed, and then the sender is fed back and confirmed through the sent article information receiving module. The sending information receiving module is mainly used for receiving various sending indication information and sending state information from the shared mailing service platform. The sending instruction information is used for instructing the sender to perform various operations, and includes posting request confirmation information received by the sender communication terminal in the foregoing embodiment, for example, information including that the mailed item needs to be loaded into the shared mailing box, an identification number of the shared mailing box is indicated, a password for opening the shared mailing box is stored in a designated shared storage cabinet, and a password for opening one accommodating cavity of the shared storage cabinet. The state information refers to the mailing state of the article, and comprises the conditions that a carrying person responds to carrying, the carrying process and the carrying position of the article reach a receiver and the like.
The sending process query module is mainly used for querying the mailing state of the mailed item to the shared mailing service platform, and comprises the conditions of querying whether the item is carried, position information after carrying, querying the carrying state of the item and the like.
The sending monitoring module is used for monitoring the opening and closing of the shared mailing box in the sending process. The shared mailing box is monitored mainly through Bluetooth communication established between a communication terminal of a sender and a Bluetooth module of the shared mailing box. The unlock and lock monitoring processes may be with reference to the shared mailer embodiment shown in fig. 10 and will not be described in detail.
Therefore, the sender can complete information input of the posted articles through the sending management subsystem, and the posted articles are loaded into the shared mailing box and stored in the designated shared storage cabinet, so that the sending process is completed, the process also needs to be checked, and the reliability of sending is ensured. After the sending is finished, monitoring information in the article mailing process can be received, corresponding query can be carried out, the position and the state in the mailing process can be known in real time, and the mailing controllability is ensured.
Furthermore, after the user enters the shared mailing client system through the login module with the carrier identity, the carrying service operation can be performed through the carrying management subsystem 1113. The carrying management subsystem comprises a carrying request module, a carrying receiving module and a carrying monitoring module.
The carrying request module is used for sending carrying request information to the shared mailing service platform by a carrying person, and the carrying request information can comprise contents such as carrying address items, carrying timeliness items and carrying modes items. Therefore, the shared mailing service platform can match the carrying request with the posting request through modes such as real-time matching, preset matching and the like, including matching of time, place and carrying modes, and certainly can adjust the requirements of both parties according to the matching similarity and other conditions, so that the requirements of both parties can be met to the greatest extent.
And the carrying receiving module is used for receiving various carrying indication information and scheduling information from the shared mailing service platform. The carrying indication information is used for indicating a carrying person to carry out various operations, including information such as a password for storing a certain shared mailing box in a specified shared storage cabinet and opening a certain accommodating cavity of the shared storage cabinet. The scheduling information is used for scheduling the carrier to temporarily process the carrying task, for example, adding a new carrying task, changing a carrying destination, and the like, and after receiving the scheduling information, the carrier often needs to confirm with the sender or the receiver to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of scheduling.
And the carrying monitoring module is used for monitoring the shared mailing box in the carrying process. The shared mailing box is monitored mainly through Bluetooth communication established between the communication terminal of the carrier and the Bluetooth module of the shared mailing box. For example, the status of the shared mailing box is monitored for unlocking and locking, the location of the shared mailing box is monitored, and the items of mail inside the shared mailing box are monitored. The monitoring information is transmitted to a communication terminal of a carrier through the Bluetooth communication after the shared mailing box is obtained, and then transmitted to a shared mailing service platform through a carrying monitoring module, so that the real-time monitoring of the shared mailing box can be realized. In general, the operation of the portable monitoring module can be completed by remotely controlling the portable monitoring module through the shared mailing service platform without being operated by a carrier. The unlock and lock monitoring processes may be with reference to the shared mailer embodiment shown in fig. 10 and will not be described in detail.
The carrying monitoring module can also monitor the shared mailing box through the communication module of the shared mailing box. The method is that the carrying monitoring module is in communication connection with the shared mailing service platform through the communication terminal, and the shared mailing service platform is in communication connection with the communication module of the shared mailing box, so that carrying monitoring of the shared mailing box can be realized by means of the shared mailing service platform.
Therefore, the carrying person can complete the information input of the carrying request through the carrying management subsystem, carry the shared mailing box filled with the posted articles and store the shared mailing box in the designated shared storage cabinet, thereby completing the carrying process, and the process can be monitored, so that the safety and the transparency of the carrying process are ensured, the restraint and the management on the carrying person are greatly enhanced, and the safety and the reliability of the shared mailing process are ensured.
Furthermore, after the user enters the shared mailing client system through the login module by using the identity of the recipient, the recipient service operation can be performed through the recipient management subsystem 1114. The delivery management subsystem comprises an addressee receiving module, an addressee monitoring module and an addressee inquiring module.
The receiving module mainly receives specific receiving information and public receiving information from the shared mailing service platform. The specific addressee information is information which clearly indicates a specific addressee, and mainly meets the individual-to-individual shared mailing service. The public addressee information is an indefinite and specific addressee and can be called as a public addressee, the information mainly defines the name and the price of the mailing article, when the addressee has a demand for the article, an addressee request can be put forward to the shared mailing service platform, and the shared mailing service platform carries out dispatching mailing. This is a preferable mode for such public addressee information whose addressee is uncertain, because the mailing cost can be greatly reduced by sharing the mailing service, so that the mailing cost brought by sharing the mailing is reduced, the selling price of the mailed item can be greatly reduced, and thus the purchase demand of a large number of public addressees can be satisfied.
And the mail receiving monitoring module is used for monitoring that the receiver takes the shared mailing box and opens the shared mailing box to take out the mailed articles. The mail receiving monitoring module is used for transmitting the information to the shared mailing service platform, so that the mail item is ensured to be normally received by the receiver, and the integrity of the mail item is ensured. The unlock and lock monitoring processes may be with reference to the shared mailer embodiment shown in fig. 10 and will not be described in detail.
And the receiving inquiry module is used for inquiring the mailing state of the mailed item from the shared mailing service platform for the receiver, and the function module is similar to the function of the sending process inquiry module, and is not repeated here.
It can be seen that the recipient can complete the receipt of the mailed item through the addressee management subsystem, which is also monitored to ensure that the mailed item can be properly received. In addition, through the receiving management subsystem, high-quality and low-price articles provided by the shared mailing service can be provided for public receivers, and the consumption cost of consumers is reduced.
Further, the shared mailing client system embodiment also includes a cost management subsystem 1115 that specifically includes a binding module, a payment module, and a charging module.
The binding module mainly binds with a payment mode provided by a user, for example, the payment mode can be a bank card, a bank account, other electronic payment means (such as a payment treasure, WeChat payment) and the like, and corresponding binding operation needs to be performed, for example, contents such as input binding passwords, limited payment amount, overdraft amount and the like.
The payment module is mainly used for paying corresponding mailing cost to the shared mailing service platform for the sender and the receiver through the payment module for the one-time shared mailing service, and the payment is mainly carried out by using the payment mode bound by the binding module. The amount paid is determined mainly based on the carrying requirement, the weight and volume of the mailed item, etc., and the shared mailing is usually started after the amount of the fee is reserved in advance.
The charging module is mainly used for the carrier, the carrier charges corresponding carrying fees for one-time carrying service from the shared mailing service platform through the charging module, and here, the charging is carried out by utilizing the payment mode bound by the binding module. The shared mailing service platform settles the cost to the carrier, typically after the carrier has completed the shipment, based on the shipment and the recipient's receipt, and typically before shipment begins.
Therefore, the expense settlement relationship is established between the shared mailing service platform and the sender and the receiver and between the shared mailing service platform and the carrier through the expense management subsystem, and no direct expense settlement relationship exists between the sender, the receiver and the carrier. The method can fully play the roles of management and bridge of the shared mailing service platform on one hand, and avoid the cost dispute among the sender, the receiver and the carrier on the other hand. And moreover, the electronic payment mode is adopted, so that the method has the advantages of rapidness and high efficiency.

The shared mailing service platform 121 further includes: a user management subsystem 1211 for performing registration, login and logout management on the sender, the receiver and the carrier; a mailing management subsystem 1212 that includes scheduling management of shared mailing processes; a security monitoring subsystem 1213 that includes security monitoring of the shared mailing process; a fee settlement subsystem 1214, including settlement of fees to senders, recipients and carriers.
Specifically, the user management subsystem 1211 includes: the user detection module is used for checking and evaluating the identity information of the user; the user database module is used for storing the identity information and the service information of the user, wherein the service information refers to the relevant historical record information of the shared mailing service used by the user each time; and the user evaluation module is used for carrying out statistical evaluation on the service condition of the user.

The module can record the shared mailing information of the user, and is beneficial to analysis based on the data, so that accurate shared mailing service is provided for the user. For example, the time, frequency, and type of posting or receiving articles used by a certain user can be analyzed through information in the user database, so that a more targeted service can be provided for the user, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met.
The user evaluation module mainly evaluates the service quality and the use condition of the user. The user here includes a carrier, a sender and a recipient and, thus, includes a carrier rating, a sender rating and a recipient rating. The method comprises the steps of evaluating carrying service of a carrier, evaluating a delivery process of a sender (such as whether to timely load a posted article into a shared mailing box, whether to timely store the posted article in a shared storage cabinet, whether to timely settle expenses and the like after placing a bill), and evaluating an receiving process of a receiver (such as whether to timely extract the article in the shared storage cabinet after receiving a receiving notice, whether to timely settle expenses, whether to feedback article extraction information according to regulations and the like). And, for each shared mailing service, the module also pushes the evaluation results to the user, indicating the shortfalls and improvements. Because the shared mailing service is a shared service platform with ' i ' being a person and a person being a person ', evaluation is not only for a carrier, but also for a sender and a receiver, and the sending and receiving processes can be more standard, effective and rapid through evaluation of the sender and the receiver, so that the efficiency and the standardization degree of the whole shared mailing service are improved.
Therefore, the shared mailing service platform performs centralized management on users participating in the shared mailing service through the user management subsystem, on one hand, the management has a strict auditing mechanism for the users participating in the shared mailing service through the user detection module, on the other hand, the management performs tracking evaluation on each time of the users participating in the shared mailing through the user evaluation module, so that the user experience is enhanced, the user using process is standardized, and data information of the users participating in the shared mailing is recorded through the user database module, so that big data analysis is performed, and accurate mailing service is provided for the users.
Further, the mailing management subsystem 1212 corresponds to the shared mailing information transmission embodiments shown in fig. 3 and 6, and primarily sends, receives, and processes various information generated during the shared mailing process. Specifically, the mail management subsystem includes: the user information processing module receives, processes and sends the user information in the shared mailing process; the mailbox mailing information processing module is used for receiving, processing and sending mailbox mailing information in the shared mailing process; and the shared storage cabinet information processing module is used for receiving, processing and sending the detection identification information and the monitoring information of the shared storage cabinet in the shared mailing process.
The user information processing module is mainly used for finishing information interaction and processing with a sender, a carrier and a receiver, and specifically comprises a sender information processing item, a carrier information processing item and a receiver information processing item. The sender information processing item comprises the steps of receiving posting request information of a sender, processing the posting request information, and replying posting request confirmation information to the sender after finding the carrying information matched with the request information. The carrier information processing item comprises receiving order receiving request information sent by the carrier to the shared mailing service platform after the shared mailing service platform publishes the posting demand information to the outside, and sending pickup information to the carrier after the shared mailing service platform receives and confirms the order receiving request information. The receiver information processing item comprises that a receiver sends received mailbox mailing information to the shared mailing service platform, the shared mailing service platform processes the mailbox mailing information and confirms that the receiver is correct, then the shared mailing service platform sends unlocking password information to the receiver, the receiver unlocks and takes out the article after receiving the unlocking password information, and sends the received information to the shared mailing service platform after confirming that the article is normally received. The above is only an example of the sender information processing item, the carrier information processing item, and the recipient information processing item, and specific information processing may also be combined with the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, and details are not described here.
The mailbox mailing information processing module is used for processing the information of the shared mailing box in the mailing process. The mailbox mailing information is transmitted to the communication terminal of the carrier in a Bluetooth mode and then is transmitted to the shared mailing service platform by the communication terminal of the carrier; another mode is that mailbox mailing information can be sent directly to the shared mailing service platform based on the shared mailing box itself having a communication module. These two modes can be combined with the detailed description of the embodiment shown in fig. 10. In addition, after the mailbox mailing information processing module processes and analyzes the received mailbox mailing information, the analysis result can be sent to the user through the user information processing module, for example, mailbox mailing information in the carrying process, such as position information, is received and processed by the shared mailing service platform and then is sent to the communication terminal of the sender or the receiver, and then is processed by a shared mailing client system in the communication terminal. The functional role of the mailbox mailing information processing module also corresponds to the aforementioned shared mailing box embodiment shown in fig. 10, and will not be described again here.
And the shared storage cabinet information processing module processes the information of the shared storage cabinet in the mailing process. The method mainly comprises the step of processing detection identification information and monitoring information of the shared storage cabinet. For example, when a shared mailer needs to be stored in a shared storage, the module needs to first query the detection identification information of the shared storage, thereby determining whether there are free storage cavities and the numbers of the storage cavities. For another example, when the shared mailing box in the shared storage cabinet needs to be queried, the monitoring information of the shared storage cabinet needs to be called, and the mailbox mailing information of the shared mailing box in one of the accommodating cavities is further acquired through the monitoring information. The function of the mailbox mailing information processing module also corresponds to the shared storage cabinet embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, and is not described here again.
Therefore, the shared mailing service platform can perform centralized supervision on the shared mailing service process through the mailing management subsystem, the supervision is not only used for distinguishing objects (such as users, shared mailing boxes and shared storage cabinets) but also used for correlating the objects (such as the condition that senders need to inquire the current mailed shared mailing box stored in the shared storage cabinet), and the subsystem makes full use of the technology of the Internet of things to establish seamless connection between the users and shared mailing equipment, so that the whole shared mailing process is timely, efficient and dynamically inquired.
Further, the safety monitoring subsystem comprises: the sending monitoring processing module is used for carrying out safety monitoring processing analysis on the sending and posting process; the carrying monitoring processing module is used for carrying out safety monitoring processing analysis on the carrying process; and the receiving monitoring processing module is used for carrying out safety monitoring processing analysis on the receiving process.
The mail monitoring and processing module corresponds to the mail monitoring module and the mail item inspection module in the shared mailing client system, and is mainly used for receiving mail monitoring data sent by the shared mailing client system, such as unlocking and locking states of a shared mailing box for containing a posted item, inspection pictures and/or inspection videos of the posted item, storing the mail monitoring data on one hand, and carrying out real-time processing and analysis on the mail monitoring data on the other hand to confirm whether the mail monitoring data meet mailing regulations or not, and eliminating various dangerous goods and goods violating legal regulations. In addition, the integrity of the monitored posted articles and the standardability of packaging can be monitored through the posting monitoring module, so that the articles are ensured to be intact when being posted, and damage can be reduced and avoided in the posting process.
And the carrying monitoring processing module corresponds to the carrying monitoring module in the shared mailing client system, and is mainly used for receiving carrying monitoring data sent by the shared mailing client system, and the carrying monitoring data mainly comprises position information and mailbox mailing information of the shared mailing box in the carrying process. On one hand, the carrying monitoring data are stored, and on the other hand, the carrying monitoring data are processed and analyzed in real time to confirm the position of the shared mailing box, the state of the articles in the shared mailing box and the like. The processing result can be fed back to the sender and the receiver, and also fed back to the carrier when necessary, so that the carrier is reminded to carry out operations such as correctly placing a shared mailing box and the like.
The receiving monitoring processing module corresponds to the receiving monitoring module in the shared mailing client system, and is mainly used for receiving monitoring data sent by the shared mailing client system, and mainly comprises unlocking and locking state information of the shared mailing box in the receiving process, the condition of taking out the posted articles and the like. On one hand, the receiving monitoring data are stored, and on the other hand, the receiving monitoring data are processed and analyzed in real time, so that the receiver is confirmed to correctly receive the shared mailing box, the shared mailing box is opened, and the posted articles are taken out. The results of the processing can be fed back to the sender to ensure that the mailed item is properly received by the recipient.
Therefore, the shared mailing service platform can carry out centralized safety monitoring on the shared mailing service process through the safety monitoring subsystem, the safety monitoring embodies the safety monitoring of the whole process, responsibility division can be effectively carried out when problems occur (such as the problem of sending a mail, the problem of carrying the mail in the process or the problem of receiving the mail), data can be called for playback and tracing, all parties in the shared mailing service can fully work and can carry out blame, and the mailing of the mailed goods after the mail is completely safe is facilitated.
Further, the charge settlement subsystem comprises: a fee calculation module for calculating the fee of the shared mailing service; a fee payment module for paying and collecting a mailing fee to the user; and the charge supervision module is used for issuing a charge bill and a statistical bill to the user.
The charge calculation module is mainly used for charging based on the distance, the timeliness, the types, the volumes and the weights of the shared mailing service, the conditions of using the shared mailing box and the shared storage cabinet, the quantity or the data flow of the issued information, special requirements of the user and the like, and the charges have specific standards for the user to select and use.
Through the fee payment module, the shared mailing service platform pays the carrying fee for the carrying person on one hand and collects the mailing fee for the receiver or the sender on the other hand. Through the expense monitoring module, the shared mailing service platform issues expense settlement bills for each shared mailing service, on one hand, the expense settlement bills serve as settlement certificates, on the other hand, the expense settlement service platform also receives social supervision and pays various taxes according to the regulations.
The above embodiments of the shared mailing service platform include a user management subsystem, a mailing management subsystem, a security monitoring subsystem, and a fee settlement subsystem. The shared mailing service platform is in communication interconnection with communication terminals of senders, carriers and receivers participating in shared services, and also in communication interconnection with a shared mailing box and a shared storage cabinet to form a whole shared mailing service center.

1. A shared mailing client system installed at a personal communication terminal, wherein the personal communication terminal performs information interworking with a shared mailing service platform, the shared mailing client system comprising:
the registration management subsystem is used for performing registration management on users performing shared mailing, and the users comprise senders, carriers and receivers; the registration management subsystem comprises a registration module, a login module and/or a logout module; the registration module is used for user identity registration and comprises an identity information input option, an identity information verification option and/or a registered fund input option; the login module is used for a user to log in the system and comprises a sender login option, a carrier login option and/or a receiver login option; the logout module is used for logout of the user identity and comprises a logout application option and/or a default logout option; after the identity registration is completed through the registration module, the user logs in through the login module, and therefore shared mailing service is performed; after logging in by the identity of the sender, the operation related to the sender is mainly carried out, and the displayed content is also related to the sender information; after logging in with the identity of the carrier, mainly proposing a carrying request and displaying carrying information for the carrier to select to rob the order; when a receiver logs in, the method mainly comprises the steps of inquiring whether a mail of the receiver needs to be received or not and inquiring and receiving public receiving information, wherein the public receiving information is a product mailing service which is uncertain for the receiver;
the sender sends a mail to the subsystem, including managing the posting process of the said sender; the delivery management subsystem comprises a delivery demand recording module, a delivery article inspection module, a delivery information receiving module, a delivery process query module and/or a delivery monitoring module; the posting demand recording module is used for recording posting demand information, and the posting demand information comprises a mailing article name recording item, a sending and receiving address recording item, a sender communication number recording item and a posting demand recording item; the sending article inspection module is used for inspecting the posting articles and comprises a picture inspection item and/or a video inspection item; the sending information receiving module is used for receiving sending indication information and sending state information from the shared mailing service platform; the sending process query module is used for querying the mailing state of the mailed item to the shared mailing service platform; the sending monitoring module is used for monitoring the opening and closing of the shared mailing box in the sending process, and the sending process comprises the following steps: the sender inputs an identification number, the shared mailing box acquired by the sender is an empty locked shared mailing box, and before the sender loads the posted article into the shared mailing box, the sender inputs a mailbox identification number of the shared mailing box into a sender communication terminal; sending a piece generation password, sending a mailbox identification number to a shared mailing service platform by a sender through a sender communication terminal, and generating a piece unlocking password corresponding to an intelligent lock of a shared mailing box by the shared mailing service platform by using the mailbox identification number; sending a piece to unlock, wherein the shared mailing service platform sends the generated piece unlocking password to a sender communication terminal, and the sender uses the piece unlocking password to open an intelligent lock of the shared mailing box; the sender locks the intelligent lock after loading the posted article into the shared mailing box, and then sends the information of the loaded article and the locking confirmation information to the shared mailing service platform through the sender communication terminal; when the shared mailing service platform receives the posting demand information which is input and sent by the sender through the posting demand input module and finishes article detection, the posting demand information is issued and comprises a posting article name, a posting address, an addressee and a corresponding posting order number; the carrier only needs to send the posting order number to the shared posting service platform through the shared posting client system on the carrier communication terminal, and the shared posting service platform stores and records the information of the carrier through a registration login program; the process from sending the order to receiving the order is completed between the shared mailing service platform and the carriers, the agreement between the two parties is formed, and the shared mailing service platform further sends out pickup information to the carriers;
a carrying management subsystem for managing the carrying process of the carrier; the carrying management subsystem comprises a carrying request module, a carrying receiving module and/or a carrying monitoring module; the carrying request module is used for sending carrying request information to the shared mailing service platform by a carrier, wherein the carrying request information comprises a carrying address item, a carrying timeliness item and a carrying mode item; according to the carrying address item, the carrying timeliness item and the carrying mode item, a carrier explains a carrying address interval, a carrying time range and a carrying transportation mode to the shared mailing service platform, so that the shared mailing service platform matches a carrying request and a posting request through real-time matching and a preset matching mode, the matching comprises matching of time, place and carrying mode, the requirements of two parties are adjusted according to the matching similarity, and the requirements of the two parties are met; the carrying receiving module is used for receiving carrying indication information and carrying scheduling information from the shared mailing service platform; the carrying monitoring module is used for monitoring the shared mailing box in the carrying process; the shared mailing box is a carrier for realizing shared mailing, and is provided with an intelligent lock to ensure that the shared mailing box is not illegally opened in the carrying process or can be identified after being illegally opened;
the receiving management subsystem manages the receiving process of the receiver, and the receiving process comprises the following steps: the receiver inputs an identification number, and the receiver inputs a mailbox identification number of the shared mailing box to a receiver communication terminal; the shared mailing service platform generates a pickup unlocking password corresponding to the intelligent lock of the shared mailing box by using the mailbox identification number; the shared mailing service platform sends the pickup unlocking password to the recipient communication terminal, and the recipient uses the recipient unlocking password to open the intelligent lock of the shared mailing box; the mail receiving is locked, after the receiver takes the posted article out of the shared mailing box, the intelligent lock is locked, and then the receiver sends the information of the taken article and the locking confirmation information to the shared mailing service platform through the receiver communication terminal;
and the charge management subsystem is used for carrying out charge settlement management on the user.
