A walking stick usable as a photographic support, comprising a grip (1), characterized in that: a locking guide rail (3) used for being connected with the quick locking device (2) is arranged on the handle (1); the handle (1) can be connected with a camera quick-mounting plate assembly through the quick locking device (2) or is connected and mounted on a camera main bracket (4); the novel walking stick is characterized in that an installation guide pipe (11) is arranged in the grip (1), a support slide rod (5) is arranged in the installation guide pipe (11), the support slide rod (5) is in sliding fit with the installation guide pipe (11) and can axially extend outwards or retract inwards in the installation guide pipe (11), the locking guide rail (3) is arranged at the upper end part of the support slide rod (5), and when the walking stick is required to be connected with the camera quick-mounting plate assembly or the camera main support (4), the support slide rod (5) can extend out of the installation guide pipe (11), and when the novel walking stick is only required to be used as the walking stick, the support slide rod (5) can be retracted and stored in the installation guide pipe (11); the quick locking device (2) comprises a fixed compression groove (21) and a movable compression groove (22), wherein the fixed compression groove (21) and the movable compression groove (22) are connected with a pull rod (23) capable of adjusting the opening or closing distance of the fixed compression groove and the movable compression groove, the quick locking device (2) comprises an upper pair of fixed compression groove (21) and a lower pair of movable compression groove (22), one pair of fixed compression groove is connected with a locking guide rail (3), and the other pair of fixed compression groove is connected with a quick-mounting plate assembly or a camera main support (4).

A pole usable as a photographic stand as claimed in claim 1, wherein: an elastic piece (6) which is used for helping the supporting slide rod (5) to extend out of the mounting guide tube (11) is arranged in the mounting guide tube (11), one end of the elastic piece (6) is sleeved with the supporting slide rod (5), and the other end of the elastic piece is arranged at the bottom of the grip (1); the novel telescopic handle is characterized by further comprising a locking switch (7), wherein the locking switch (7) is used for operating the telescopic and positioning locking of the support sliding rod (5) on the handle (1).
