The invention ensures that the oil supply system can be heated rapidly in a low-temperature environment and then enters a normal working state.

The cleanliness and efficiency of the oil supply system plays a vital role in the performance of the engine. The function of the fuel prefilter is to filter out impurities, water and other pollutants in the fuel before the fuel enters the fuel delivery pump and the fuel injector, prevent the substances from being blocked and corroding the fuel fine filter prematurely, and ensure that important parts such as the fuel delivery pump and the fuel injector with precise matching parts can work normally.
Because of the influence of low temperature environment and oil, the existing fuel prefilter is easy to filter and supply oil normally due to the viscosity of diesel oil in the low temperature environment, and the prefilter with a heating device is low in heat efficiency and low in temperature rise, so that the oil supply system is difficult to enter a normal working state quickly.

The electric heater 2-1 comprises an annular framework 2-1-1 which is matched with the prefilter main shell 1, and a heating plate 2-1-2 which is fixed on the annular framework 2-1-1 through an annular metal ring 2-1-3. When in use, the annular framework 2-1-1 is arranged in the prefilter main shell 1 by interference fit, and the outside of the filter element assembly 4 is provided. Further, the annular framework 2-1-1 is provided with the positioning protruding points 2-1-1-1 which are matched with the prefilter main casing 1, and the positioning protruding points 2-1-1-1 are matched with the filter main casing 1 for positioning, so that the electric heater 2-1 is prevented from rotating in the filter main casing 1.
One end of the temperature control module 2-2 is connected with an external power supply, and the other end of the temperature control module 2-2 is connected with the electric heater 2-1 through a lead 6.

The two metal rings 2-1-3 of the electric heater 2-1, namely the copper belt rings, are exposed on the inner side and the outer side of the annular framework 2-1 and are in direct contact with fuel oil, so that the ceramic heating plates 2-1-2 can be assisted to heat the fuel oil between the two adjacent ceramic heating plates 2-1-2, and the temperature rise time is prolonged.
When the invention is used in a low-temperature environment and the temperature of the oil measured by the temperature control module 2-2 is lower than 7 ℃, the power supply is automatically transmitted to the electric heater 2-1, so that the electric heater can heat the fuel in the fuel prefilter; when the measured oil temperature reaches 27 ℃, the oil is automatically powered off and stops heating, so that the fuel oil can reach the oil outlet 5 through the filter element assembly 4 at low temperature, and the oil supply system is ensured to quickly enter a normal working state.
