Abstract

The invention relates to a ring spinning machine having a vertically movable spindle rail, characterized in that an adjustable locking device (1; 3) is provided, which is arranged on the ring spinning machine (10) for locking the spindle rail (2) relative to the ring spinning machine (10).

Description

Ring spinning machine with vertically movable spindle rail
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ring spinning machine with a vertically movable spindle rail.
Background
For comparatively short bobbins, it is particularly advantageous to design the ring spinning machine in such a way that its components, i.e., the thread guide, the balloon ring and the spinning ring, are arranged in a stationary manner on the ring spinning machine, while the spinning spindles are arranged in a vertically movable manner.
In practice, it may happen that yarn residues reach between the upper part of the spindle and the bobbin. In this way, the full package cop may be hindered from doffing from the upper part of the spindle.
Modern ring spinning machines are generally equipped with automatic operating devices for the simultaneous doffing of all the full-package cop. In the above-described ring spinning machines having vertically movable spindles, several clamped bobbins may cause uncontrolled lifting of the spindles when a full package of cop is doffed jointly from the spindles. The operational reliability of the ring spinning machine is thus seriously threatened.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is based on the object of proposing a ring spinning machine in which the disadvantages known from the prior art are avoided or at least significantly reduced.
This object is achieved by a ring spinning machine according to the invention, namely a ring spinning machine with vertical movement, which is characterized by an adjustable locking device arranged on the ring spinning machine for locking the spindle rail relative to the ring spinning machine. By means of the design structure of the ring spinning machine, the spindle rail is prevented from being lifted out of control when full-package yarn bodies are doffed through the automatic doffer. The vertically movable flyer can advantageously be temporarily fixed during doffing of a full package cop. The operational reliability of the ring spinning machine is ensured. The flyer is locked vertically during doffing of a full package bobbin, for example in the lowest position. After the empty bobbin has been replaced with a full bobbin body, the locking device which is adjustably mounted according to the invention can release the flyer, so that the flyer can move freely in the vertical direction and the spinning process can be continued smoothly.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the ring spinning machine is characterized in that the locking device has an engagement element which can be brought into engagement with a stop element of the spindle rail in order to fix the spindle rail in a position relative to the ring spinning machine.
A comparatively simple locking device can thereby advantageously be realized.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the ring spinning machine is characterized in that the locking device is formed in the form of a positioning rod as an engaging element which is axially movable horizontally relative to the ring spinning machine, which for locking is stopped in and engages with at least one stop plate as a spindle rail stop, and which for unlocking is axially movable by such a distance that recesses provided in the positioning rod allow the positioning rod to slide out of the region of the stop plate which engages with said recesses, so that the spindle rail can move freely relative to the positioning rod. This design allows for a reliable locking and unlocking of the spindle rail with minimal complexity of the movement, where there is only a pure axial movement of the axially movable positioning rod.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the ring spinning machine is characterized in that the baffle has a hole which is open in the lateral part, wherein the diameter of the hole is greater than the diameter of a stationary positioning rod which is horizontally movable laterally relative to the ring spinning machine, wherein the opening of the hole is smaller than the diameter of the positioning rod, and the diameter of the positioning rod in the region of the recess is smaller than the opening in the baffle. By means of the design, an easily operable locking device can be advantageously formed which requires little space.
Drawings
In order to show how the invention may be carried into effect and for easier understanding, the invention will be briefly described below with reference to an embodiment and with the help of the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows very schematically and in simplified form a side of a ring spinning machine according to the invention with a vertically movable spindle rail incorporating a locking device;
fig. 2a and 2b show very schematically and in simplified form a detail of the locking device, wherein in fig. 2a the engaging member is located in the stop (withdrawal position), while in the view according to fig. 2b the spindle rail is moved vertically upwards out of engagement with the locking device (spinning position);
FIG. 2C shows the stopper of FIG. 2b according to section C-C of FIG. 2 b; and
fig. 3 shows very schematically and in simplified form a side view of an axially movable positioning rod with an exemplary shown recess.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows an example of a ring spinning machine 10 with a vertically movable spindle rail 2. The drafting device 8, the thread guide 7, the balloon ring 6 and the spinning ring 5 are arranged, for example, fixed on the machine from top to bottom, and the axially movable positioning rod 1 is provided as a locking element of the locking device.
The spindle rail 2 with the thread body 4 and the apron 3 arranged below the spindle rail 2 can be moved back and forth vertically on the ring spinning machine 10 by means of a mechanism not shown according to the double arrow SB.
Along the ring spinning machine 10, a positioning rod 1 having a diameter a is turned to a diameter B at a width C at a pitch corresponding to a plurality of spindle intervals to form a dimple 11. In the state shown, the flyer rail 2 is connected to the baffle 3, as shown in fig. 1, with a thickness D (fig. 2C) which is significantly smaller than the width C (fig. 3) of the recess in the positioning rod.
The baffle 3 has a plurality of downwardly open circular holes 13 (fig. 2a and 2 b). The diameter of the hole 13 is slightly larger than the diameter of the positioning rod 1. The lower opening of the hole 13 is slightly smaller than this diameter a and slightly larger than the diameter of the positioning rod 1 (fig. 3).
In the case of a full package of threads 4, the spindle rail 2 is in the lowest position (fig. 2a) together with the apron 3. In this position, the center of the positioning rod 1 and the center of the hole 13 in the baffle 3 substantially coincide. The dimples 11 in the locating rods are located in the area of the baffle 3.
Before the full package cop is doffed from the spindle, the positioning rod 1 is moved axially so that the turned ring groove 11 in the positioning rod 1 is beside the baffle 3. The pawl 9 engages around the positioning rod 1. The spindle rail 2 together with the spindle is thus locked vertically during doffing of the full package cop 4. Preventing the flyer from lifting. After the doffing of the full package of cop 4, the positioning rod 1 is moved axially (back) so that the recesses 11 in the positioning rod 1 are in the region of the baffle 3, so that the spindle rail 2 together with the spindle is freely movable vertically. The spinning can be continued.
