本发明公开了一种荧幕用涂层材料,其中,该油墨的配方按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~50%,聚氨酯树脂20~28%,附着力促进树脂5~12%,功能助剂2~3%,分散剂1~3%,流平剂0.1~0.5%,消泡剂0.1~0.5%,硅烷偶联剂5~6%,固化剂0.5~2%,溶剂25~30%。本发明还公开了上述荧幕用油墨的制备方法。本发明中的荧幕用油墨具有较好的耐候性,稳定性好。

一种荧幕用涂层材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油墨制造领域,特别是涉及一种荧幕用涂层材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场所用的投影幕布通常为白塑布,在制备工艺中往往需要用到丝印油墨,采用丝网印刷方式将油墨印刷到投影幕布上,然后采用固化措施,使得投影幕布牢固经久耐用。然而,现有技术中的幕布所采用的油墨耐候性差,从而使得油墨的稳定性能差。
为此,有必要针对上述问题,提出一种荧幕用涂层材料及其制备方法,其能够解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种荧幕用涂层材料及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种荧幕用涂层材料,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~50%,聚氨酯树脂20~28%,附着力促进树脂5~12%,功能助剂2~3%,分散剂1~3%,流平剂0.1~0.5%,消泡剂0.1~0.5%,硅烷偶联剂5~6%,固化剂0.5~2%,溶剂25~30%。
优选的,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~45%,聚氨酯树脂20~25%,附着力促进树脂5~10%,功能助剂2~2.75%,分散剂1~2%,流平剂0.1~0.25%,消泡剂0.1~0.25%,硅烷偶联剂5~5.5%,固化剂0.5~1.5%,溶剂25~27.5%。
优选的,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~40%,聚氨酯树脂20~24%,附着力促进树脂5~7.5%,溶剂25~26%。
优选的,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂37.5%,聚氨酯树脂22.5%,附着力促进树脂6%,溶剂25%。
本发明还提供一种荧幕用涂层材料的制备方法,包括:
准确称量以上质量百分比的各种物料,投放于容器内搅拌混合均匀,然后加热至70~85℃,待氟碳树脂和聚氨酯树脂全部溶解后冷却过滤,用附着力促进树脂、功能助剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、硅烷偶联剂、固化剂混合调黏,混合调黏到适合印刷的黏度条件,检测合格后即得荧幕用油墨,装罐备用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明中的荧幕用油墨具有较好的耐候性,稳定性好。

在本发明又一实施例中,上述配方按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~40%,聚氨酯树脂20~24%,附着力促进树脂5~7.5%,溶剂25~26%。
在本发明又一实施例中,上述配方按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂37.5%,聚氨酯树脂22.5%,附着力促进树脂6%,溶剂25%。
本发明还公开一种荧幕用涂层材料的制备方法,包括:
准确称量以上质量百分比的各种物料,投放于容器内搅拌混合均匀,然后加热至70~85℃,待氟碳树脂和聚氨酯树脂全部溶解后冷却过滤,用附着力促进树脂、功能助剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、硅烷偶联剂、固化剂混合调黏,混合调黏到适合印刷的黏度条件,检测合格后即得荧幕用油墨,装罐备用。
实施例
1、制备荧幕用油墨
准确称量以上质量百分比的各种物料,其中,氟碳树脂37.5%,聚氨酯树脂22.5%,溶剂25%,投放于容器内搅拌混合均匀,然后加热至80℃,待氟碳树脂和聚氨酯树脂全部溶解后冷却过滤,用6%附着力促进树脂,2.5%功能助剂,1.5%分散剂,0.15%流平剂,0.15%消泡剂,5%硅烷偶联剂,1.5%固化剂混合调黏,混合调黏到适合印刷的黏度条件,检测合格后即得荧幕用油墨,装罐备用。
根据上述实施例中的方法制备得到的的荧幕用油墨具有较好的耐候性,稳定性好。

1.一种荧幕用涂层材料,其特征在于,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~50%,聚氨酯树脂20~28%,附着力促进树脂5~12%,功能助剂2~3%,分散剂1~3%,流平剂0.1~0.5%,消泡剂0.1~0.5%,硅烷偶联剂5~6%,固化剂0.5~2%,溶剂25~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荧幕用涂层材料,其特征在于,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~45%,聚氨酯树脂20~25%,附着力促进树脂5~10%,功能助剂2~2.75%,分散剂1~2%,流平剂0.1~0.25%,消泡剂0.1~0.25%,硅烷偶联剂5~5.5%,固化剂0.5~1.5%,溶剂25~27.5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的荧幕用涂层材料,其特征在于,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂35~40%,聚氨酯树脂20~24%,附着力促进树脂5~7.5%,溶剂25~26%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的荧幕用涂层材料,其特征在于,按质量百分比组成为:氟碳树脂37.5%,聚氨酯树脂22.5%,附着力促进树脂6%,溶剂25%。
5.一种荧幕用油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:准确称量以上质量百分比的各种物料,投放于容器内搅拌混合均匀,然后加热至70~85℃,待氟碳树脂和聚氨酯树脂全部溶解后冷却过滤,用附着力促进树脂、功能助剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、硅烷偶联剂、固化剂混合调黏,混合调黏到适合印刷的黏度条件,检测合格后即得荧幕用油墨,装罐备用。
