Abstract
The invention discloses a tail stock removing device for a toilet roll automatic production line, which removes the residual tail stock in the toilet roll cutting process out of the production line by adding a tail stock removing device on a conveying line behind a cutting machine and in front of a packaging machine of the toilet roll automatic production line, thereby avoiding paper blockage, clamping and even finished product part inclusion caused by the tail stock flowing into a subsequent process and influencing the normal operation of the machine and the product quality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking, in particular to a tailing removing device for a toilet roll automatic production line.
Background

The gear and sprocket chain transmission mechanism comprises a transmission gear 201 which is coaxial with the sprocket 104 on the driving roller 8, a driven gear 202 meshed with the transmission gear 201, a driven sprocket 203 coaxial with the driven gear 202 and a matched sprocket 205 which is coaxial with the sprocket 104 on a structural component opposite to the driving roller 8, wherein the driven sprocket 203 and the matched sprocket 205 are meshed and connected through a transmission chain 204.
The two sides of the longitudinal adjusting screw 4 on the same side of the structural components of the upper pressing part 1 and the lower supporting part 2 are respectively provided with a second longitudinal supporting polished rod 11, the structural components on the left side and the right side of the upper pressing part 1 and the structural components on the left side and the right side of the lower supporting part 2 are respectively provided with a transverse supporting polished rod 12, and the motors 10 on the two sides of the tailing removing device are respectively provided with a frequency converter.

2. controlling the rotating speed of the motor 10 close to the front-stage assembly line to be lower than the rotating speed of the motor 10 close to the rear-stage assembly line by adjusting frequency converters on the motors 10 at two sides;
3. when the toilet roll 13 and the tailings 14 flow through the tailings removing device in this embodiment from the front-stage assembly line, the tailings 14 are removed, and fall out from the gap between the left and right structural components of the lower supporting part 2.
