The thermoplastic resin used by the composite sealing layer can be any one of polyurethane, polyethylene, polyphenylene sulfide and the like, and the final resin content of the layer is controlled to be 30-60%; the reinforced fiber of the sealing layer can be selected from any one of aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, UHMWPE fiber and the like to be compounded with resin through winding and two-dimensional layering technology, wherein the two-dimensional fiber fabric can be selected from any one of plain weave, twill weave and satin weave, and the thickness of the composite sealing layer is flexibly designed according to the appearance and self-weight requirements of the oil tank.
The composite bulletproof and explosion-proof layer is prepared by adopting a resin reinforced high-performance bulletproof fiber composite material, wherein a resin matrix is selected from any one of aqueous polyurethane, polyethylene, SEBS, SBS and other rubber elastomers, and the content of the resin matrix is controlled to be 30-60%; the used fiber can be aramid fiber, UHMWPE fiber, PBO fiber and the like, the fabric structure can be two-dimensional plain weave, twill, satin weave fabric or one-way fabric cross-ply, and the thickness of the composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer is flexibly designed according to the requirements of the appearance and the self weight of the oil tank.
The hard bulletproof layer is of a hard ceramic sheet layer splicing and combining structure, the hard ceramic bulletproof pieces are spliced on the surface of the composite bulletproof and bulletproof layer and are pre-fixed by high-strength glue spraying, the materials of the ceramic bulletproof layer selected for splicing can be any one of silicon carbide, boron nitride, silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, boron carbide and the like, the shape of the bulletproof piece can be any one or a plurality of combinations of quadrangle, hexagon and the like, and the thickness of the hard bulletproof layer is flexibly designed according to the appearance and dead weight requirements of the oil tank.
The impact-resistant layer is prepared on the surface of the hard bulletproof ceramic layer, two-dimensional fabric is selected and spread on the surface of the hard bulletproof ceramic layer, the two-dimensional fabric can be plain, twill or satin fabric of any one of carbon fiber, glass fiber, UHMWPE fiber and aramid fiber, the lamination thickness is flexibly designed according to requirements, after the fabric is laminated, a multilayer structure prepared in advance by the hard bulletproof layer, the composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer and the composite sealing layer is integrally sealed by a vacuum system, thermosetting resin is adopted for vacuum introduction molding, the resin is selected to be thermoplastic modified thermosetting resin, wherein the thermosetting resin is any one of epoxy resin, phenolic resin and unsaturated polyester resin, the main resin is subjected to thermoplastic blending modification, the modified resin can be any one of polyurethane, polyethylene, polyphenylene sulfide and the like, and the resin content of the impact-resistant layer is controlled to be 30-60 percent finally, the vacuum degree of vacuum introduction is controlled within the range of 0.06-0.1 MPa.
After thermoplastic modified thermosetting resin is introduced into the impact-resistant layer in a vacuum manner, the whole oil tank is placed in thermosetting equipment for curing and forming, and the curing temperature and the curing time are flexibly designed according to the characteristic requirements of the resin.
Example 1
(1) And preparing a metal shell core layer. According to the exterior requirement of the oil tank, high-hardness stainless steel is selected as a basic material, an inward-sinking threaded hole with the diameter of 10mm is machined in a specific position of the shell, and the thickness of a core layer of the metal shell is 4 mm.
(2) The external composite oil tank accessory is an integral multi-layer structural component and comprises an impact-resistant layer, a hard bulletproof layer, a composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer and a composite sealing layer from outside to inside, the corresponding parts of the multi-layer structure and the metal shell core layer are connected by adopting an internal embedded threaded hole type structure with the diameter of 10mm, and the multi-layer structure is connected by selecting hexagonal connecting bolts made of stainless steel.
(3) And preparing a composite sealing layer of the external composite oil tank accessory. The plain weave fabric with the resin content of 30% and the polyurethane thermoplastic resin impregnated aramid fiber is prepared on the surface of the metal shell core layer through a two-dimensional layering process, and the thickness of the composite sealing layer is 1 mm.
(4) And preparing a composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer of the external composite oil tank accessory. The composite bulletproof and riot-proof layer with the thickness of 15mm is prepared by adopting water-based polyurethane with the content of 60 percent as a resin matrix and adopting aramid fiber with a two-dimensional plain orthogonal fabric structure,
(5) and preparing a hard bulletproof layer of the external composite oil tank accessory. Adopts a splicing and combining structure of a hard ceramic sheet layer which is made of silicon carbide and has the thickness of 4mm and a quadrilateral shape, the splicing area is consistent with the coverage area of the composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer,
(6) and preparing an impact-resistant layer of the external composite oil tank accessory. The two-dimensional laminated fabric with the plain weave thickness of 2mm and made of carbon fibers is paved on the surface of the hard bulletproof ceramic layer, after the laminated fabric is paved, the multilayer structure prepared by the hard bulletproof layer, the composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer and the composite sealing layer is integrally sealed through a vacuum system, polyurethane modified epoxy resin is used as introduced resin, the vacuum degree of vacuum introduction is within the range of 0.06MPa, and the content of the introduced resin is 60 percent finally. After resin is introduced into the impact resistant layer, the impact resistant layer is placed in a heating system at the temperature of 120 ℃ for curing for 3 hours and then is molded.
Example 2
(1) And preparing a metal shell core layer. According to the appearance requirement of the oil tank, aluminum alloy is selected as a basic material, an inner-sunken threaded hole with the diameter of 10mm is machined in a specific position of the shell, and the thickness of a core layer of the metal shell is 4 mm.
(2) The external composite oil tank accessory is an integral multi-layer structural component and comprises an impact-resistant layer, a hard bulletproof layer, a composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer and a composite sealing layer from outside to inside, the corresponding parts of the multi-layer structure and the metal shell core layer are connected by adopting an embedded threaded hole type structure with the diameter of 10mm, and the multi-layer structure is connected by selecting an inner hole connecting bolt made of stainless steel.
(3) And preparing a composite sealing layer of the external composite oil tank accessory. The plain weave fabric of the polyurethane thermoplastic resin impregnated aramid fiber with the resin content of 40% is prepared on the surface of the metal shell core layer through a two-dimensional layering process, and the thickness of the composite sealing layer is 1 mm.

The method comprises the steps of paving a two-dimensional laminated fabric with the thickness of 2mm and with glass fiber satin on the surface of a hard bulletproof ceramic layer, after the laminated fabric is paved, integrally sealing a multilayer structure prepared by the hard bulletproof layer, the composite bulletproof and bulletproof layer and the composite sealing layer through a vacuum system, adopting polyphenylene sulfide modified phenolic resin as introduced resin, and finally ensuring the vacuum degree of vacuum introduction to be within 0.1MPa and the content of the introduced resin to be within 50 percent. After resin is introduced into the impact resistant layer, the impact resistant layer is placed in a heating system at the temperature of 130 ℃ for curing for 2 hours and then is molded.
Example 3
(1) And preparing a metal shell core layer. According to the appearance requirement of the oil tank, titanium alloy is selected as a basic material, an inner sunken threaded hole with the diameter of 10mm is machined in a specific position of the shell, and the thickness of a core layer of the metal shell is 4 mm.
(2) The external composite oil tank accessory is an integral multi-layer structural component and comprises an impact-resistant layer, a hard bulletproof layer, a composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer and a composite sealing layer from outside to inside, the corresponding parts of the multi-layer structure and the metal shell core layer are connected by adopting an embedded threaded hole structure with the diameter of 10mm, and the multi-layer structure is connected by adopting a hexagonal connecting bolt made of a titanium alloy material.
(3) And preparing a composite sealing layer of the external composite oil tank accessory. The composite sealing layer is prepared on the surface of a metal shell core layer by adopting a winding process to impregnate filaments of glass fibers with polyethylene thermoplastic resin with the resin content of 40%, and the thickness of the composite sealing layer is 1 mm.

SBS with the content of 40 percent is adopted as a resin matrix, aramid fiber with a two-dimensional plain weave fabric structure is selected to prepare a composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer with the thickness of 15mm,

After resin is introduced into the impact resistant layer, the impact resistant layer is placed in a heating system at the temperature of 122 ℃ for curing for 2.5 hours and then is molded.

Claims (9)

1. A military ballistic protection tank shell comprising a composite multilayer structure and a metal shell core, the composite multilayer structure comprising: the composite bulletproof and bulletproof material comprises an impact-resistant layer, a hard bulletproof layer, a composite bulletproof and bulletproof layer and a composite sealing layer; the impact-resistant layer, the hard bulletproof layer, the composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer, the composite sealing layer and the metal shell core layer are sequentially arranged from outside to inside;
the composite bulletproof and anti-riot layer is a resin-reinforced high-performance bulletproof fiber composite material; the composite multilayer structure takes a metal shell core layer as a base material and is prepared from inside to outside according to a gradient through the composite multilayer structure, wherein the composite sealing layer is prepared on the surface of the metal shell core layer by adopting a thermoplastic resin impregnated fiber braided fabric or filament yarn through a winding or two-dimensional layering process; the hard bulletproof layer is of a hard ceramic sheet layer splicing combined structure, hard ceramic bulletproof pieces are spliced on the surface of the composite bulletproof and riot-proof layer, and the splicing is pre-fixed by adopting high-strength glue spraying; the impact-resistant layer is formed by paving two-dimensional fabric on the surface of the hard bulletproof layer;
after the fabric is laminated, simultaneously, a composite multilayer structure prepared by the hard bulletproof layer, the composite bulletproof and bulletproof layer and the composite sealing layer is integrally sealed through a vacuum system, thermosetting resin is adopted for forming through vacuum introduction, and the resin is selected as thermoplastic modified thermosetting resin; the composite multilayer structure is an integral multilayer component, and the connecting part on the surface of the core layer of the metal shell adopts an inward-sinking threaded hole type structure for connecting and assembling with the composite multilayer structure;
the composite multilayer structure is connected with the metal shell core layer by adopting metal bolts.
2. The fuel tank shell according to claim 1, wherein the metal used for the core layer of the metal shell is any one of high-hardness stainless steel, aluminum alloy and titanium alloy.
3. A tank housing according to claim 1,
the thickness of the metal shell core layer is flexibly selected according to the requirement of the whole self weight of the military oil tank.
4. The fuel tank shell according to claim 1, wherein the metal bolt is made of any one of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and titanium alloy, and the bolt is in the shape of a hexagon bolt or an inner hole bolt.
5. The fuel tank case according to claim 1, wherein in the thermoplastic resin-impregnated fiber, the thermoplastic resin is selected from any one of polyurethane, polyethylene and polyphenylene sulfide, and the final resin content of the composite sealant layer is controlled to be 30-60%,
the used fiber is any one of aramid fiber, UHMWPE fiber, PBO fiber and the like, and the fabric structure is two-dimensional plain weave, twill weave, satin weave fabric or one-way fabric orthogonal layering.

7. The fuel tank shell according to claim 1, wherein the two-dimensional fabric is selected from plain, twill or satin fabric of any one of carbon fiber, glass fiber, UHMWPE fiber and aramid fiber.

the resin is selected to be thermosetting resin modified by thermoplasticity, wherein the thermosetting resin is any one of epoxy resin, phenolic resin and unsaturated polyester resin, the main resin is modified by thermoplasticity blending, the modified resin is selected from any one of polyurethane, polyethylene and polyphenylene sulfide, the resin content of the final impact-resistant layer is controlled between 30 and 60 percent, and the vacuum degree of vacuum introduction is controlled within the range of 0.06 to 0.1 MPa.

The fuel tank shell according to claim 8, wherein after the shock-resistant layer is vacuum-introduced into the thermosetting resin modified by the thermoplastic, the integral fuel tank is placed in a thermosetting device for curing and molding, and the curing temperature and the curing time are flexibly designed according to the characteristic requirements of the resin.
