Abstract
The invention relates to a mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of a steel billet by an upper scraper and a lower scraper, which comprises a passive side housing frame, a driving side housing frame, a cutter beam arranged between the passive side housing frame and the driving side housing frame through a rotating shaft and a deburring cutter assembly arranged on the cutter beam, and is characterized in that the deburring cutter assembly consists of a cutter bar arranged on the cutter beam, springs sleeved on the cutter bar and cutters arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter bar, and the springs are pressed in the cutter beam through pressing covers; a driving mechanism which can rotate the cutter beam 180 degrees is arranged on the outer side of the driving side housing frame. The invention has the advantages that: the invention has the advantages of simple structure, safety, practicability, strong burr cleaning power and lighter weight, and effectively prolongs the service life of the cutter. The invention belongs to the field of special tools for billet treatment, and particularly relates to a mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of a billet by an upper scraper and a lower scraper, which is suitable for removing slag and burrs generated in the process of cutting the billet.
Background
Slag can remain at a cutting part in the cutting process of a steel billet produced by a metallurgical enterprise, and attachments can be required to be cleaned on the surface of the steel billet. Existing billet surface deburring machines are generally divided into two types: firstly, a scraper type deburring machine; and secondly, a hammer type deburring machine. These deburring machines have the disadvantage that they are relatively effective, but still suffer from the following problems: firstly, the cutter is easy to damage due to the fact that the upper and lower cross beams of the single-sided scraper cutter are used; secondly, after the cutter bar is pressed down by the steel billet, the cutter bar does not automatically return to the original position due to friction, and the function of scraping burrs is not realized when the cutter bar works next time. A novel deburring machine for upper and lower scraping blades of a steel billet is invented under the two conditions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of the steel billet by the upper and lower scraper type steel billet, which has the advantages of good deburring effect, long service life, lighter equipment weight and less equipment maintenance workload.
The mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of a steel billet by using an up-down scraper comprises a passive side housing frame, an active side housing frame, a cutter beam arranged between the passive side housing frame and the active side housing frame through a rotating shaft and a deburring cutter assembly arranged on the cutter beam, and is characterized in that the deburring cutter assembly consists of a cutter bar arranged on the cutter beam, springs sleeved on the cutter bar and cutters arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter bar, and the springs are pressed in the cutter beam through pressing covers; a driving mechanism which can rotate the cutter beam 180 degrees is arranged on the outer side of the driving side housing frame.
The driving mechanism comprises a crank, an active cylinder, an auxiliary cylinder and lifting air bags, wherein the crank, the active cylinder and the auxiliary cylinder are arranged on a rotating shaft of a cutter beam at one side of the active side housing, the lifting air bags are arranged below the cutter beam, the lifting air bags are also arranged at two sides in the active side housing and the passive side housing, a vertical active cylinder frame is further arranged at the outer side of the active side housing, the upper end of the active cylinder is hinged with the active cylinder frame of the cylinder, one ends of the lower end of the active cylinder and the auxiliary cylinder are both hinged with the crank, and the other end of the auxiliary cylinder is hinged with a horizontal auxiliary cylinder seat; the lifting air bags are arranged below the cutter beam, and the passive side housing frames and the active side housing frames are arranged in the lifting air bags.
The cutter is a cutter disc arranged at two ends of a cutter bar to form an upper scraper and a lower scraper.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention has simple structure, safety, practicability, strong burr cleaning power and lighter weight, the cutter arranged on the cutter beam is a cutter head arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter bar, the cutter bar can move up and down and can reset by means of the acting force of a spring or a steel billet, the blocking phenomenon does not exist, the maintenance is convenient, the cutter beam can realize 180-degree overturning, the service life of the cutter is effectively prolonged, and the maintenance cost is saved.

As shown in fig. 1-5, the mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of a billet by using an up-down scraper comprises a passive side housing frame 1, an active side housing frame 3, a cutter beam 2 arranged between the passive side housing frame 1 and the active side housing frame 3 through a rotating shaft and a deburring cutter assembly 8 arranged on the cutter beam 2, and is characterized in that the deburring cutter assembly 8 consists of a cutter bar 8-2 arranged on the cutter beam, a spring 8-3 sleeved on the cutter bar 8-2 and cutters 8-1 arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter bar 8-2, wherein the cutters 8-1 are cutterheads arranged at the two ends of the cutter bar to form up-down scrapers; the spring 8-3 is pressed in the cutter beam 2 through the upper gland 8-4 and the lower gland 4; a driving mechanism which can rotate the cutter beam 180 degrees is arranged on the outer side of the driving side housing frame 3.
The driving mechanism comprises a crank 4, a driving cylinder 5 and an auxiliary cylinder 6 which are arranged on an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam of a cutter at one side of a driving side housing frame 3, lifting air bags 7 arranged at two sides in the driving side housing frame and a driven side housing frame, wherein a vertical driving cylinder frame 9 is further arranged at the outer side of the driving side housing frame 3, the upper end of the driving cylinder 5 is hinged with the driving cylinder frame 9 of the cylinder, the lower end of the driving cylinder 5 and one end of the auxiliary cylinder 6 are both hinged with the crank 4, and the other end of the auxiliary cylinder 6 is hinged with a horizontal auxiliary cylinder seat 10;

And the billet advances to finish a deburring cycle.
The mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of the steel billet is simple in structure, safe, practical, strong in burr cleaning power, light in weight, capable of enabling the upper scraper and the lower scraper to improve the service life of the cutter, free of blocking phenomenon and convenient to maintain, and saves maintenance cost.
Claims (3)
1. The mechanism for removing burrs at the end part of a billet by using an up-down scraper comprises a passive side housing frame, an active side housing frame, a cutter beam arranged between the passive side housing frame and the active side housing frame through a rotating shaft and a deburring cutter assembly arranged on the cutter beam, and is characterized in that the deburring cutter assembly consists of a cutter bar arranged on the cutter beam, springs sleeved on the cutter bar and cutters arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cutter bar, and the springs are pressed in the cutter beam through pressing covers; a driving mechanism which can rotate the cutter beam 180 degrees is arranged on the outer side of the driving side housing frame.
