Technical Field
The invention relates to a movable double-side barrel washing device, in particular to an integrated barrel washing device which can be carried on a vehicle and pushed by hands and can be used for simultaneously washing the inner side and the outer side of a barrel, and belongs to the field of environment-friendly mechanical equipment.
Background
The garbage can is an essential public infrastructure in daily life, but maintenance and cleaning work of the garbage can is not perfect in a wide area, and the cleaning problem of the garbage can is often ignored and shelved by people after a long time, and even a default and a habit is formed. In the past, a vicious circle is formed, the public garbage can and the surrounding environment thereof are extremely dirty, disordered and poor, even the adverse effect on the surrounding public health environment is caused, although some areas adopt a series of measures for improvement, such as manual work, sanitation, garbage trucks and the like, the effect is still not good enough, so that a barrel washing device which is convenient, labor-saving, energy-saving, high in automation degree and low in cost is invented continuously, the public garbage can is further effectively cleaned, and the public health environment is improved.

Furthermore, the outer brush assembly comprises a motor, a turning shaft, a second motor groove, a top plate, an outer wall brush, a second motor and a shaft hole, wherein the bottom of the side end face of the top plate is provided with the shaft hole which penetrates through the bottom, the side end face of the top plate and the shaft hole of the base are located at the same height and are coaxial, the turning shaft is inserted into the shaft hole in a matching mode, two ends of the turning shaft are respectively connected with one motor through a transmission shaft, the two motors are symmetrically arranged on the supporting platform, the center of the top plate is provided with the second motor groove, and the second motor is fixedly arranged in the second motor groove and is fixedly connected with the outer wall brush through.
The invention has the advantages that: the device can be carried on a vehicle, can be pushed manually, has high convenience and is suitable for cleaning work in widely different public health environments; compared with manual or common cleaning means, the device can replace manual work to carry out automatic cleaning, and is time-saving and labor-saving; the device can clean the inner side and the outer side of the barrel simultaneously, the effective area of the inner brush is large enough, the cleaning effect is good, the efficiency is high, and the cleaning integrity is strong; the device can realize efficient automatic cleaning, automatic pollution discharge, energy saving and environmental protection only by connecting a public tap water pipe or a water storage device and connecting a power line or a self-contained mobile battery.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
A movable double-side type barrel washing device is composed of a base assembly 1, an inner brush assembly 2 and an outer brush assembly 3, wherein the base assembly 1 is located at the lowest part, the inner brush assembly 2 is installed above the base assembly 1, and the outer brush assembly 3 is installed at the higher part of the base assembly 1 and located above the inner brush assembly 2.

The inner brush component 2 consists of a barrel-shaped brush 201, a driving wheel 202, a driving wheel groove 203, a driving wheel hole 204, a brush groove 205, a spray pipe 206, a measuring spray head 207, a top spray head 208, top spray holes 209 and side spray holes 2010, wherein the barrel-shaped brush 201 is placed in the inner brush groove 109 on the support table 107 and can rotate and is also coaxial with the water outlet 105, four brush grooves 205 are uniformly formed in the outer surface of the barrel-shaped brush 201 from top to bottom, a brush can be installed in the barrel-shaped brush 201, four side spray holes 2010 are formed in one brush groove 205 at equal intervals, the top of the barrel-shaped brush 201 is also provided with one brush groove 205, and the brush groove 205 is provided with one top spray hole 209; four driving wheel grooves 203 are uniformly formed in the inner wall of the barrel-shaped brush 201, the driving wheel 202 is installed in the driving wheel grooves, the height of the driving wheel is in the middle position of the inner wall, and the driving wheel 202 is fixedly connected with a driving shaft 1014 below the driving wheel through a driving wheel hole 204; meanwhile, the whole spray pipe 206 is arranged inside the barrel-shaped brush 201, the lower end of the spray pipe 206 is fixedly connected and communicated with a water through hole 1013 at the center of the side end face of the adapter 1012, the spray pipe 206 extends to the top of the barrel-shaped brush 201, four side spray heads 207 branched from the spray pipe 206 are inserted into side spray holes 2010 of the barrel-shaped brush 201, and simultaneously, a top spray head 208 at the top end of the spray pipe 206 is just inserted into a top spray hole 209 of the barrel-shaped brush 201.
The outer brush component 3 is composed of a motor 301, a turning shaft 302, a second motor groove 303, a top plate 304, an outer wall brush 305, a second motor 306 and a shaft hole 307, wherein the bottom of the side end face of the top plate 304 is provided with the shaft hole 307 which penetrates through the bottom, the side end face of the top plate 304 and the shaft hole 1015 are located at the same height and are coaxial, the turning shaft 302 is inserted into the shaft hole, two ends of the turning shaft 302 are respectively connected with one motor 301 through a transmission shaft, the two motors 301 are symmetrically arranged on a supporting platform 1017, the center of the top plate 304 is provided with the second motor groove 303, and the second motor 306 is fixedly arranged in the shaft hole and is fixedly connected with the outer wall brush 305 through the transmission shaft.
After the device is installed, vehicle-mounted moving or hand-push moving can be selected, if the side plug 1023 at a position slightly higher than the side surface of the base 1 is pulled out, the wheels 1022 are taken down and installed on the wheel shaft 1026 at the side surface of the bottom end, and then the side plug 1023 is used for plugging the side hole 1025 at the bottom end, so that the hand-push moving can be realized, as shown in fig. 7; regardless of the loading mode, during normal work, a programmable controller such as a PLC or a single chip microcomputer can be used for presetting programs so as to realize further automatic operation. Firstly, the water inlet pipe 104 is communicated with a common tap water pipe, then the two motors 301 on the supporting platform 1017 synchronously move, so that a series of outer brush assemblies 3 such as a top plate 304 and the like are turned over to the rear, as shown in fig. 6, the garbage can is buckled in the fixing groove 108 on the outer edge of the support table 107 in an inverted mode, meanwhile, the inner brush assembly 2 (provided with a brush) is also nested in the garbage can, the high-pressure water tank 102 and the first motor 1021 are started, the driving shaft 1014 is driven by belt transmission to drive the barrel-shaped brush 201 to rotate, and meanwhile, the water spray pipe 206 sprays water to brush the inner wall of the garbage can; the two motors 301 on the supporting platform 1017 are turned synchronously, the top plate 304 is turned to a proper position parallel to the bottom of the garbage can, the second motor 306 is started, the outer wall brush 305 starts to operate to brush the outer wall, after a certain time of working, the high-pressure water tank 102, the first motor 1021 and the second motor 306 are turned off, the top plate 304 is turned to the rear again, and then the cleaned garbage can is taken down.
