Abstract
本发明涉及一种过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，包括一C字型本体，在C字型本体的两侧对称设有向C字型本体内侧倾斜的V型卡件，且在C字型本体的中部设有向外突出的凸块，所述凸块上还设有一螺纹连接孔，进而所述C字型本体、V型卡件及凸块构成一整体卡扣本体。本发明的优点在于：本发明过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，采用C字型结构，便于将圆形格栅网与斗碗卡在C字型本体内，同时，通过设置的V型卡件分别与斗碗的内外侧面卡紧，该结构，可使两者连接稳定，且该结构的连接件拆卸和安装均比较方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接件，特别涉及一种过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣。
背景技术
随着科学技术的飞速发展，工业领域也得到了很大程度的发展，其发展速度已远超人们的预想，而在工业发展的同时，同业废水也无可避免，而工业废水如果直接排放就会污染环境。
此外，水质是水产养殖、园艺观赏、水族箱的一个关键因素，而良好的水质必须靠一个完善的净化过滤系统，它能使水族箱里静止和受污染的水循环和自净，它能使污染的水通过过滤吸收分解的过程后，还原为低毒性清洁的水质，其作用可比喻为人体的肝脏和肾脏。
为了处理废水或保证水质质量，人们现一般采用过滤桶对废水、水族箱或花园池塘中的水进行过滤和水质处理，且过滤桶内设置有过滤球，过滤球一般是通过底盘及斗碗设置于过滤桶的外桶内，且在斗碗的上端面设有圆形格栅网，现有圆形格栅网与斗碗一般是通过螺栓连接固定，但该连接方式拆卸不便。
因此，研发一种拆卸且安装方便的过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种拆卸且安装方便的过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，其创新点在于：包括一C字型本体，在C字型本体的两侧对称设有向C字型本体内侧倾斜的V型卡件，且在C字型本体的中部设有向外突出的凸块，所述凸块上还设有一螺纹连接孔，进而所述C字型本体、V型卡件及凸块构成一整体卡扣本体。
进一步地，在所述卡扣本体的两侧分别设有E型连接件和π型连接件，且E型连接件的外侧连接部位和π型连接件的外侧连接部位对称设置。
本发明的优点在于：
(1)本发明过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，采用C字型结构，便于将圆形格栅网与斗碗卡在C字型本体内，同时，通过设置的V型卡件分别与斗碗的内外侧面卡紧，该结构，可使两者连接稳定，且该结构的连接件拆卸和安装均比较方便；
(2)本发明过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，其中，在卡扣本体的两侧分别设有E型连接件和π型连接件，便于安装人员安装。

本实施例过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，如图1所示，包括一C字型本体1，在C字型本体1的两侧对称设有向C字型本体1内侧倾斜的V型卡件2，且在C字型本体1的中部设有向外突出的凸块3，凸块3上还设有一螺纹连接孔4，进而所述C字型本体1、V型卡件2及凸块3构成一整体卡扣本体。
实施例中，为了安装人员安装方便，在卡扣本体的两侧分别设有E型连接件5和π型连接件6，且E型连接件5的外侧连接部位和π型连接件6的外侧连接部位对称设置。
本实施例过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，采用C字型结构，便于将圆形格栅网与斗碗卡在C字型本体1内，同时，通过设置的V型卡件2分别与斗碗的内外侧面卡紧，该结构，可使两者连接稳定，且该结构的连接件拆卸和安装均比较方便。

2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器圆形格栅网卡扣，其特征在于：在所述卡扣本体的两侧分别设有E型连接件和π型连接件，且E型连接件的外侧连接部位和π型连接件的外侧连接部位对称设置。
