A plug is blocked in outer sleeve type blood flow which characterized in that: the device comprises an outer sleeve (1) and an inner blocking plug (2), wherein the inner blocking plug (2) is arranged in the outer sleeve (1); the outer sleeve (1) comprises a front end sleeve ring (3), a middle sleeve (4) and a rear end sleeve ring (5), and the front end sleeve ring (3) and the rear end sleeve ring (5) are fixedly sleeved at two ends of the middle sleeve (4) respectively; the front end lantern ring (3) is in an annular shape formed by butting two semicircular rings, the rear end lantern ring (5) is in an annular shape formed by butting two semicircular rings, the middle sleeve (4) is in a cylindrical shape formed by butting two semicircular cylinders, a front end elastic lantern ring (6) is sleeved outside the front end lantern ring (3), and a rear end elastic lantern ring (7) is sleeved outside the rear end lantern ring (5); the inner surface of the front end elastic lantern ring (6) is provided with a blocking plug anti-retreat component, the blocking plug anti-retreat component penetrates through the front end lantern ring (3) and the end part of the blocking plug anti-retreat component protrudes out of the inner wall of the front end lantern ring (3), and the end part of the blocking plug (2) is internally contacted with the blocking plug anti-retreat component.

The palliative blood flow blocking plug as in claim 1, wherein: an annular front end fastening groove (8) is formed in the outer surface of the front end lantern ring (3), and the front end elastic lantern ring (6) is arranged in the front end fastening groove (8) and is in pressing contact with the inner wall of the front end fastening groove (8); the front end elastic lantern ring (6) is a silica gel elastic ring.

The palliative blood flow blocking plug as in claim 2, wherein: the blocking plug anti-withdrawal assembly comprises two elastic bending pieces (9), two ends of each elastic bending piece (9) are fixed with the front end elastic sleeve ring (6), the middle part of each elastic bending piece (9) is provided with a bending bulge, and the two elastic bending pieces (9) are respectively arranged on the positions, opposite to the inner surface of the front end elastic sleeve ring (6); the inner surfaces of the front end fastening grooves (8) are opposite to each other and provided with through grooves (10), the two elastic bending pieces (9) respectively penetrate through one through groove (10), and bending protrusions of the elastic bending pieces (9) protrude out of the inner wall of the front end lantern ring (3).

The palliative blood flow blocking plug as in claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the rear end lantern ring (5) is provided with an annular rear end fastening groove (11), and the rear end elastic lantern ring (7) is arranged in the rear end fastening groove (11) and is in pressing contact with the inner wall of the rear end fastening groove (11); the rear end elastic lantern ring (7) is a silica gel elastic ring.
