Abstract

本发明公开了一种防滑鞋垫,包括鞋垫主体,所述鞋垫主体的前表面底端嵌入设置有耐磨垫,所述脚掌垫的前表面上固定连接有抗菌减震垫,所述鞋垫主体的后表面底端固定连接有增高防滑块,所述增高防滑块的后表面上固定连接有吸盘。本发明可以通过吸盘对鞋垫主体底部进行固定,通过耐磨防滑圈对脚掌垫进行固定,可以有效的防止鞋垫主体进行打滑,通过抗菌减震垫内部的负离子杀菌层和香料层对鞋的内部进行杀菌和除臭,通过耐磨垫提高耐磨效果,提高了鞋垫主体的使用寿命,可以通过增高防滑块实现增高的效果,增高防滑块内部的减震支撑柱可以使鞋垫主体具有减震缓冲的效果,同时减震支撑柱可以防止鞋垫主体发生变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫技术领域,具体为一种防滑鞋垫。
背景技术
鞋垫大量应用于制鞋业、保健、特殊功用,一般分为制鞋业应用型鞋厂应用型鞋垫和市场商品型两种模式,制鞋业应用的鞋垫主要是配合鞋子大底、中底、做出相应的型体,按照楦底板或者面板制作尺码板,并制作出相应的形状。
但是目前市场上的鞋垫结构复杂,且功能单一,不能具有防滑的效果,不能提高耐磨性能,不能进行杀菌和除臭,不能便于耐磨垫的更换。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防滑鞋垫,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防滑鞋垫,包括鞋垫主体,所述鞋垫主体的前表面底端嵌入设置有耐磨垫,且鞋垫主体的顶端设置有脚掌垫,所述脚掌垫的前表面上固定连接有抗菌减震垫,所述鞋垫主体的后表面底端固定连接有增高防滑块,所述增高防滑块的后表面上固定连接有吸盘,所述脚掌垫的后表面中部开设有透气孔,且脚掌垫后表面位于透气孔的外部位置处固定连接有耐磨防滑圈,所述鞋垫主体前表面靠近耐磨垫的后侧位置处开设有连接槽,所述连接槽的内部设置有减震支撑柱,所述抗菌减震垫的内部设置有保温层,所述保温层的前侧固定连接有香料层,所述香料层的前侧固定连接有负离子杀菌层,所述负离子杀菌层的前侧固定连接有竹炭纤维层。
作为本发明的一种防滑鞋垫优选技术方案,所述透气孔的孔径介于1-3mm之间,相邻两个透气孔之间的距离不小于2mm。
作为本发明的一种防滑鞋垫优选技术方案,所述耐磨防滑圈为一种硅胶材质的构件。
作为本发明的一种防滑鞋垫优选技术方案,所述减震支撑柱贯穿鞋垫主体和增高防滑块与吸盘固定连接。
作为本发明的一种防滑鞋垫优选技术方案,所述抗菌减震垫与脚掌垫通过黏胶固定连接。
作为本发明的一种防滑鞋垫优选技术方案,所述耐磨垫与连接槽的长度和宽度均一致。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明可以通过吸盘对鞋垫主体底部进行固定,通过耐磨防滑圈对脚掌垫进行固定,可以有效的防止鞋垫主体进行打滑,提高了防滑效果。
2、本发明可以通过抗菌减震垫内部的负离子杀菌层和香料层对鞋的内部进行杀菌和除臭,提高了实用性。
3、本发明可以通过耐磨垫提高耐磨效果,同时耐磨垫便于更换,提高了鞋垫主体的使用寿命。
4、本发明可以通过增高防滑块实现增高的效果,增高防滑块内部的减震支撑柱可以使鞋垫主体具有减震缓冲的效果,同时减震支撑柱可以防止鞋垫主体发生变形的问题。

实施例:如图1-4所示,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种防滑鞋垫,包括鞋垫主体3,鞋垫主体3的前表面底端嵌入设置有耐磨垫4,且鞋垫主体3的顶端设置有脚掌垫1,脚掌垫1的前表面上固定连接有抗菌减震垫2,鞋垫主体3的后表面底端固定连接有增高防滑块5,增高防滑块5的后表面上固定连接有吸盘6,脚掌垫1的后表面中部开设有透气孔8,且脚掌垫1后表面位于透气孔8的外部位置处固定连接有耐磨防滑圈7,鞋垫主体3前表面靠近耐磨垫4的后侧位置处开设有连接槽9,连接槽9的内部设置有减震支撑柱10,抗菌减震垫2的内部设置有保温层14,保温层14的前侧固定连接有香料层12,香料层12的前侧固定连接有负离子杀菌层11,负离子杀菌层11的前侧固定连接有竹炭纤维层13。
进一步的,透气孔8的孔径介于1-3mm之间,相邻两个透气孔8之间的距离不小于2mm,可以提高透气效果,耐磨防滑圈7为一种硅胶材质的构件,可以提高防滑性能,减震支撑柱10贯穿鞋垫主体3和增高防滑块5与吸盘6固定连接,可以使吸盘6吸附的更加牢固,抗菌减震垫2与脚掌垫1通过黏胶固定连接,便于抗菌减震垫2的更换,耐磨垫4与连接槽9的长度和宽度均一致,可以使耐磨垫4连接的更加紧密。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:增高防滑块5的后表面上固定连接有吸盘6,脚掌垫1后表面位于透气孔8的外部位置处固定连接有耐磨防滑圈7,通过吸盘6对鞋垫主体3底部进行固定,使用者通过踩压鞋垫主体3,鞋垫主体3对减震支撑柱10施加向下的作用力,减震支撑柱10对吸盘6进行挤压,使吸盘6吸附的更加牢固,通过耐磨防滑圈7对脚掌垫1进行固定,可以有效的防止鞋垫主体3进行打滑,提高了防滑效果,抗菌减震垫2的内部设置有保温层14,保温层14的前侧固定连接有香料层12,香料层12的前侧固定连接有负离子杀菌层11,负离子杀菌层11的前侧固定连接有竹炭纤维层13,通过抗菌减震垫2内部的负离子杀菌层11和香料层12对鞋的内部进行杀菌和除臭,提高了实用性,鞋垫主体3的前表面底端嵌入设置有耐磨垫4,通过耐磨垫4可以提高耐磨效果,同时耐磨垫4便于更换,提高了鞋垫主体3的使用寿命,鞋垫主体3的后表面底端固定连接有增高防滑块5,通过增高防滑块5实现增高的效果,增高防滑块5内部的减震支撑柱10可以使鞋垫主体3具有减震缓冲的效果,同时减震支撑柱10可以防止鞋垫主体3发生变形的问题。
