Abstract
The invention discloses a wind pressure massage safety helmet device, which comprises a helmet body, an electromagnetic valve device and a rubber layer, wherein the helmet body is provided with a cavity and a vent hole; the electromagnetic valve device is provided with an air inlet, a micro core body, an electromagnetic coil, an air outlet, a spring and a base body, wherein the air inlet is connected with a vent hole of the cap body, the air inlet penetrates through the electromagnetic valve device and is communicated with the rubber layer and the air outlet, the electromagnetic coils are fixed on two sides of the micro core body, the spring supports the micro core body on the base body, a wind power generation mechanism, a lithium battery and a single crystal plate are arranged at the air outlet of the electromagnetic valve device, the single crystal plate is electrically connected with the lithium battery and controls the on-off of the lithium battery, and therefore the movement of the micro core body is controlled to realize massage. The invention can utilize wind power to massage and dissipate heat, and has the characteristics of high safety and comfort.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of articles for daily use equipment, in particular to a wind pressure massage safety helmet device.
Background
The safety helmet in the current market has a simple structure and a single function, and can not meet various demands of people, especially the demands on human health. In order to achieve the above object, the solution of the present invention is:
the wind pressure massage safety helmet device comprises a helmet body, an electromagnetic valve device and a rubber layer, wherein the helmet body is provided with a cavity and a vent hole, the electromagnetic valve device is fixed in the cavity of the helmet body and communicated with the vent hole, and the rubber layer is fixed on the inner edge of the helmet body;
the electromagnetic valve device is provided with an air inlet, a micro core body, electromagnetic coils, an air outlet, a spring and a base body, wherein the air inlet is connected with a vent hole of the cap body, the air inlet penetrates through a vent channel of the electromagnetic valve device and is communicated with a rubber layer and the air outlet, the electromagnetic coils are fixed on two sides of the micro core body, the spring supports the micro core body on the base body, a wind power generation mechanism, a lithium battery and a single chip are arranged at the air outlet of the electromagnetic valve device, and the single chip is electrically connected with the lithium battery and controls the on-off of the lithium battery.
Furthermore, the miniature core body is in an inverted T-shaped structure to meet ventilation and heat dissipation of the cap body.
Further, the wind power generation mechanism comprises a blade type wind wheel, a rotating shaft and a power generation device, wherein the blade type wind wheel is connected with the power generation device through the rotating shaft and rotates together to generate power, and the power generation device is electrically connected with the lithium battery.
Further, the rubber layer includes a heat radiation hole and a bump, and the heat radiation hole communicates with the air passage of the solenoid valve device.
By adopting the structure, the invention relates to a wind pressure massage safety helmet device, and the object aimed at by the wind pressure massage safety helmet device is a head.
When the invention is implemented, only a single chip is needed to control the lithium battery to electrify the electromagnetic valve device, so that the electromagnetic coil is electrified and generates electromagnetic force to enable the miniature core body to move, the miniature core body presses the rubber layer in a propping mode, and the rubber layer and the salient points are stressed to press the head part, so that a massage function is realized.
Meanwhile, when the electromagnetic valve device works, wind enters the air inlet of the electromagnetic valve from the vent hole of the cap body and reaches the air outlet through the vent channel of the electromagnetic valve device, the wind power drives the vane type wind wheel to rotate and drives the power generation device to generate power through the rotating shaft, and the electric energy generated by the power generation device is transmitted to the lithium battery for storage.
When the single chip controls the lithium battery not to supply power to the electromagnetic valve device, the electromagnetic valve device is powered off and does not work, wind enters the ventilating channel of the electromagnetic valve device from the ventilating hole of the cap body and reaches the air outlet, and the wind power driving power generation device generates electric energy and charges the lithium battery; and the wind also reaches the rubber layer through the ventilating duct, and then the wind is supplied to the head for heat dissipation through the heat dissipation holes of the rubber layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can automatically massage the head by utilizing wind power, can supply air and dissipate heat to the head, solves the uncomfortable phenomena of headache, dizziness and the like caused by sun exposure of outdoor staff and outdoor riders, and improves the safety and the comfort during working.

Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention is explained in detail by specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention relates to a wind pressure massage helmet device, comprising a helmet body 1, a solenoid valve device 2 and a rubber layer 3, wherein the helmet body 1 is provided with a cavity 12 and a vent hole 11, the solenoid valve device 2 is fixed in the cavity 12 of the helmet body 1 and is communicated with the vent hole 11, and the rubber layer 3 comprises a heat radiation hole 31 and a convex point 32 and is fixed on a helmet inner edge 13 of the helmet body 1;
the electromagnetic valve device 2 is provided with an air inlet 121, a miniature core 21, an electromagnetic coil 22, an air outlet 122, a spring 25 and a base body 26, wherein the air inlet 121 is connected with the air vent 11 of the cap body 1, the air inlet 121 penetrates through the air channel 27 of the electromagnetic valve device 2 and is communicated with the rubber layer 3 and the air outlet 122, as shown in fig. 2, one side of the air channel 27 is provided with a cone shape, the air inlet direction is matched well to achieve the optimal guiding of wind, and the air outlet 122 is also provided with a cone shape with a large inner part and a small outer part, so that the wind can be ensured to better act on the subsequent wind power generation mechanism 24.
The two sides of the micro core 21 are fixed with electromagnetic coils 22, the springs 25 support the micro core 21 on a base 26, a wind power generation mechanism 24, a lithium battery 23 and a single chip 231 are arranged at an air outlet 122 of the electromagnetic valve device 2, and the single chip 231 is electrically connected with the lithium battery 23 and controls the on-off of the lithium battery 23, so that the movement of the micro core 21 is controlled to realize massage. It should be noted that the function of the single chip 231 may be replaced by a switch control mechanism, which may generate a square wave with a certain duty ratio, and when the square wave output is 1, the lithium battery is powered, and when the square wave output is 0, the lithium battery is not powered, in this way, the striking and rebound of the micro core 21 are corresponding to each other.
The switch control mechanism is provided with a mechanical touch head, and when the mechanical touch head is pressed in, the switch control mechanism is opened and starts to work; when the mechanical touch head is in a bouncing state, the switch control mechanism is in a closing state; the mechanical contact pin is also connected with a propping column, and the propping column is used for propping against an arm 211 in the miniature core 21, and when the mechanical contact pin is pressed in, the propping column is retracted; when the mechanical touch head is in a bouncing state, the propping column also bounces so as to prop against the arm part, so that the head part is prevented from being extruded due to wind pressure, and discomfort is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, the micro-core 21 has an inverted t-shaped structure to satisfy ventilation and heat dissipation of the cap 1. The inverted t-shaped part of the micro core 21 is provided with an arm part 211 and a hook part 212, the arm part 211 is fixedly connected with the spring 25, the hook part 212 is used for limiting the moving distance of the whole micro core 21 so as to control the knocking force to the head, and preferably, the hook part 212 is fixedly provided with an elastic gasket, and the controllable stroke of the whole micro core can be changed by selecting the elastic gaskets with different thicknesses so as to change the knocking force to the brain.
As shown in fig. 3, the wind power generation mechanism 24 includes a blade-type wind wheel 241, a rotation shaft 242, and a power generation device 243, and the blade-type wind wheel 241 is connected to the power generation device 243 via the rotation shaft 242 and rotates together to generate power, and the power generation device 243 is electrically connected to the lithium battery 23.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the rubber layer 3 includes a heat radiation hole 31 and a bump 32, and the heat radiation hole 31 communicates with the air passage 27 of the solenoid valve device 2.
The invention relates to a wind pressure massage safety helmet device, which aims at the head.
In the implementation of the invention, only the single-chip 231 is needed to control the lithium battery 23 to electrify the electromagnetic valve device 2, so that the electromagnetic coil 22 is electrified and generates electromagnetic force to enable the micro core 21 to move, the micro core 21 presses the rubber layer 3, and the rubber layer 3 and the salient points 32 are stressed to press the head, thereby realizing the massage function.
Meanwhile, when the electromagnetic valve device 2 works, wind enters the air inlet 121 of the electromagnetic valve device 2 from the air vent 11 of the cap body 1 and reaches the air outlet 122 through the air duct 27 of the electromagnetic valve device 2, the wind force drives the blade type wind wheel 241 to rotate and drives the power generation device 243 to generate power through the rotating shaft 242, and the electric energy generated by the power generation device 243 is transmitted to the lithium battery 23 for power storage.
When the single-chip 231 controls the lithium battery 23 not to supply power to the electromagnetic valve device 2, the electromagnetic valve device 2 is powered off and does not work, wind enters the air channel 27 of the electromagnetic valve device 2 from the air vent 11 of the cap body 1 and reaches the air outlet 122, and the wind driven power generation device 243 generates electric energy and charges the lithium battery 23; the wind reaches the rubber layer 3 through the air duct 27, and then the wind is supplied to the head through the heat dissipation holes 31 of the rubber layer 3 to dissipate heat.
In conclusion, compared with the prior art, the head massage device can automatically massage the head by utilizing wind power, can supply air to the head for heat dissipation, solves the uncomfortable phenomena of headache, dizziness and the like caused by sunlight exposure of outdoor staff and outdoor riders, and improves the safety and the comfort during working.
