Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerator sterilization, in particular to an LED device for refrigerator sterilization.
Background
The device which is arranged inside the refrigerator and is sterilized by illumination is provided with an ultraviolet lamp and an LED lamp. Ultraviolet lamp is because to the human eye injury, has been eliminated gradually, and the low temperature storage of blue light LED lamp can reach antibiotic and fresh-keeping effect, is applied to in refrigerator degerming, fresh-keeping and illumination more and more.
Among the prior art, the LED lamp of refrigerator internally mounted is mostly convex dome formula, shines through its storage thing below, realizes degerming, fresh-keeping and illumination. The sterilizing effect of the LED lamp is related to the irradiation distance of the LED lamp, but the sizes and heights of the stored objects in the refrigerator are different, so that the irradiation distances from the convex dome-shaped LED lamp to the surface of each stored object are different, and the sterilizing and fresh-keeping effects are not uniform.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the technology, the invention provides the LED device for sterilizing the refrigerator, the vertical irradiation distance between the LED lamp and the refrigerator storage object can be automatically adjusted, and the effects of uniform irradiation, sterilization and fresh keeping are achieved.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, the present invention is implemented by the following solutions:
the invention provides an LED device for refrigerator sterilization, which comprises: the LED lamp comprises a plurality of LED lamps and sensors which are connected to the top of the inner side of the refrigerator in a sliding mode in the vertical direction and are arranged in parallel; a controller located inside the refrigerator; the controller is respectively connected to the LED lamp and the sensor in a communication mode; the LED lamp is a blue LED which vertically irradiates the surface of the storage object; the sensor is used for acquiring real-time vertical distance information between the LED lamp arranged in parallel with the sensor and the top end of the storage object and sending the real-time vertical distance information to the controller; and the controller sends out first driving information for driving the LED lamp to approach or leave from a storage object along the vertical direction according to the received real-time vertical distance information.
Preferably, the controller is further configured to send second driving information for simultaneously controlling the on and off of the sensor and the LED lamp.
Preferably, the LED lamp further comprises a plurality of telescopic rods, the top ends of the telescopic rods are connected to the top of the inner side of the refrigerator, the bottom ends of the telescopic rods are respectively provided with the LED lamp and the sensor in parallel, the telescopic rods are electrically connected with the controller, and first driving information sent by the controller drives the telescopic rods to stretch along the vertical direction.
Preferably, the top end of the telescopic rod is rotatably connected to the top of the inner side of the refrigerator; and the controller sends out third driving information for driving the top end of the telescopic rod to rotate around the top of the inner side of the refrigerator according to the real-time vertical distance information.
Preferably, the LED lamp and the sensor are detachably connected to the bottom end of the telescopic rod respectively.
Preferably, the LED lamp further includes a transparent cover flexibly covering the outside of all the LED lamps.
Preferably, the vertical distance from the bottom end of each LED lamp to the stored objects of the refrigerator is 5-10 cm.

according to the LED device for refrigerator sterilization, the controller sends out first driving information according to the real-time vertical distance information between the LED lamp and the top end of the storage object sent by the sensor, and drives the LED lamp to be close to or far away from the storage object along the vertical direction, so that the vertical irradiation distance between the LED lamp and the storage object corresponding to the lower part of the LED lamp can be automatically and quickly adjusted, the intelligent adjustment of the vertical irradiation distance between the storage object surface with different sizes and different heights and a plurality of LED lamps corresponding to the upper part of the storage object surface with different sizes and different heights is realized, the uniform irradiation is met, and the uniform sterilization and fresh-keeping effects are achieved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.
It will be understood that terms such as "having," "including," and "comprising," as used herein, do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other elements or groups thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an LED device for sterilization of a refrigerator, which includes an LED lamp 10 and a controller 20. The LED lamp 10 includes a plurality of LED lamps 11 and sensors 12 arranged side by side slidably connected to the top of the inside of the refrigerator 30 in a vertical direction. The LED lamp 11 is a blue LED of a point light source, and is used to vertically irradiate the surface of the storage to sterilize and keep fresh. The sensor 12 is used for acquiring real-time vertical distance information between the LED lamp 11 arranged in parallel and the top end of the storage object and sending the information to the controller 20. The controller 20 is located inside the refrigerator 30, and the controller 20 is communicatively connected to the LED lamp 11 and the sensor 12, respectively. The controller 20 sends out first driving information for driving the LED lamp 11 to approach or depart from the stored object in the vertical direction according to the received real-time vertical distance information.
In the above embodiment, the controller 20 sends the first driving information according to the real-time vertical distance information between the LED lamp 11 and the top end of the storage object sent by the sensor 12, so as to drive the LED lamp 11 to slide along the vertical direction, so as to automatically and rapidly adjust the irradiation distance between the LED lamp 11 and the storage object corresponding to the lower part of the LED lamp, thereby realizing the intelligent adjustment of the vertical irradiation distance between the storage object surfaces with different sizes and different heights and the plurality of LED lamps 11 corresponding to the upper part of the storage object, and achieving the effects of uniform irradiation, sterilization and fresh-keeping.
As a preferred embodiment, the controller 20 is further configured to send out second driving information for simultaneously controlling the on/off of the sensor 12 and the LED lamp 11. The second driving information controls the simultaneous on and off of the sensor 12 and the LED lamp 11, and the controller 20 can rapidly send the first driving information according to the real-time vertical distance information sent by the sensor 12 to drive the LED lamp 11 to vertically slide so as to quickly read and adjust the distance between the LED lamp 11 and the surface of the storage object.
Preferably, the LED lamp 10 further includes a plurality of telescopic rods 13 having top ends connected to the top and bottom ends of the inside of the refrigerator 30, and the LED lamp 11 and the sensor 12 are respectively arranged in parallel. The telescopic link 13 is electrically connected with the controller 20, and the first drive information drive telescopic link 13 that the controller 20 sent is flexible along vertical direction, and telescopic link 13 is along vertical direction concertina movement, drives the LED lamp 11 that its bottom set up side by side and is close to or keeps away from the storage that the below corresponds, and then adjusts the perpendicular irradiation distance on LED lamp 11 and the storage surface that its below corresponds. As a further preference, the top end of the telescopic rod 13 is rotatably connected to the top of the inner side of the refrigerator 30; the controller 20 sends out third driving information for driving the top end of the telescopic rod 13 to rotate around the top of the inner side of the refrigerator 30 according to the real-time vertical distance information. Specifically, the top end of the telescopic rod 13 rotates around the top of the inner side of the refrigerator 30 through the rotating shaft 14 and is used for providing vertical irradiation of the LED lamp 11 to the inclined surface of the stored object, so that the aims of sterilizing and preserving the inclined surface of the stored object are fulfilled.
Preferably, the LED lamp 11 and the sensor 12 are detachably connected to the bottom end of the telescopic rod 13, respectively. The detachable connection of the LED lamp 11 and the sensor 12 with the bottom end of the telescopic rod 13 is beneficial to convenient replacement of a certain LED lamp 11 or sensor 12 in fault, the LED lamp 10 does not need to be replaced integrally, and the cost is saved.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the LED lamp 10 further includes a transparent cover, not specifically shown, which is flexibly covered outside all the LED lamps 11. The flexible transparent lampshade has flexibility on the premise that the LED lamp 11 is not influenced to penetrate through and irradiate the surface of the storage object, and can meet the requirement of covering and protecting a plurality of telescopic rods 13 in different telescopic quantities in the vertical direction, so that the LED lamp 11 is prevented from being polluted in the refrigerator in contact.
As the optimization of the above embodiment, the vertical distance range of the bottom end of each LED lamp 11 from the stored objects in the refrigerator 30 is 5-10 cm, and the sterilization and fresh-keeping effects are better.
