Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气处理装置,过滤板夹层通过活性炭对空气进行初步的过滤,对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,能除去空气中的灰尘等杂质;在过滤板右侧设置的紫外线灯,对空气进行杀菌消毒,能除去空气中的微生物,提高空气的洁净度;在紫外线灯右侧设置的转换器模块,对空气进行冷热交换,和设置的加湿室,对空气进行加湿,在节约成本的同时提高了空气的舒适度,将室内空气抽入进行洁净以后再送出,保障了经常坐在办公室内人员的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气处理技术领域,特别是一种空气处理装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对室内空气环境的要求也越来越高。为了满足人们对空气环境舒适、健康的要求,市场上逐渐出现了对室内空气进行处理的设备。
现有技术中,通过常用的通风换气设备,例如换气扇对室内进行通风换时,通常是将室外空气直接引入室内。然而,由于近几年频繁出现的风尘、扬沙及雾霾天气,将室外空气直接引入室内会将浮游在空气中的尘粒或烟粒引入室内,尘粒或烟粒本身是一种污染物,又是重金属、多环芳烃等有毒物质的载体,若尘粒或烟粒被吸入人体呼吸道后会对人体健康造成极大的损害,在冬天或者夏天,空气会过热或者过冷,会让人感觉不舒服,尤其是冬天空气湿度不高,会让人的皮肤感觉非常干燥。
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,创造了一种空气处理装置,过滤板夹层通过活性炭对空气进行初步的过滤,对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,能除去空气中的灰尘等杂质;在过滤板右侧设置的紫外线灯,对空气进行杀菌消毒,能除去空气中的微生物,提高空气的洁净度;在紫外线灯右侧设置的转换器模块,对空气进行冷热交换,和设置的加湿室,对空气进行加湿,在节约成本的同时提高了空气的舒适度,将室内空气抽入进行洁净以后再送出,保障了经常坐在办公室内人员的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种污水处理装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种空气处理装置,包括箱体、风机一和转换器模块,所述箱体的右侧安装有进风管道,所述进风管道右侧安装有风机一,风机一的右侧设置有管道,管道右侧设置有过滤板,过滤板右侧设置有紫外线灯,紫外线灯的右侧设置有转换器模块,转换器模块通过管道连接到加湿室,加湿室内设置有喷头,加湿室与管道相连,管道左侧与风机二相连,所述风机二的。
优选的,所述的进风管道表面设置有过滤网。
优选的,所述的紫外线灯设置有数个。
优选的,所述过滤板夹层内设置有活性炭。
优选的,所述转换器模块内通过热转换器实现冷、热空气转换。
本发明公开了一种污泥处理装置,本发明的有益效果是:过滤板夹层通过活性炭对空气进行初步的过滤,对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,能除去空气中的灰尘等杂质;在过滤板右侧设置的紫外线灯,对空气进行杀菌消毒,能除去空气中的微生物,提高空气的洁净度;在紫外线灯右侧设置的转换器模块,对空气进行冷热交换,和设置的加湿室,对空气进行加湿,在节约成本的同时提高了空气的舒适度,将室内空气抽入进行洁净以后再送出,保障了经常坐在办公室内人员的健康。

如图1所示,一种空气处理装置,包括箱体2、风机一12和转换器模块6,所述箱体2的右侧安装有进风管道1,所述进风管道1右侧安装有风机一12,风机一12的右侧设置有管道7,管道7右侧设置有过滤板4,过滤板4右侧设置有紫外线灯5,紫外线灯5的右侧设置有转换器模块6,转换器模块6通过管道7连接到加湿室8,加湿室8内设置有喷头9,加湿室8与管道7相连,管道7左侧与风机二10相连,所述风机二10的左侧设置有出风管道1;所述的进风管道1表面设置有过滤网;所述的紫外线灯5设置有数个;所述过滤板4夹层内设置有活性炭;所述转换器模块6内通过热转换器实现冷、热空气转换。
本发明的工作过程如下:空气被风机一12从室内抽出,通过过滤板4夹层内的活性炭对空气进行颗粒物吸附,处理后的空气再送入紫外线灯室,紫外线灯室内的紫外线灯5对其进行杀菌消毒,消毒后的空气经过管道7进去转换器模块6,对空气进行冷热转换,然后再通过管道7进入加湿室8,加湿室8的喷头9喷出的蒸汽对空气进行加湿,然后再通过风机二10将加湿完的空气送入室内;过滤板夹层通过活性炭对空气进行初步的过滤,对空气中的颗粒物进行吸附,能除去空气中的灰尘等杂质;在过滤板右侧设置的紫外线灯,对空气进行杀菌消毒,能除去空气中的微生物,提高空气的洁净度;在紫外线灯右侧设置的转换器模块,对空气进行冷热交换,和设置的加湿室,对空气进行加湿,在节约成本的同时提高了空气的舒适度,将室内空气抽入进行洁净以后再送出,保障了经常坐在办公室内人员的健康。

1.一种空气处理装置,包括箱体(2)、风机一(12)和转换器模块(6),其特征在于:所述箱体(2)的右侧安装有进风管道(1),所述进风管道(1)右侧安装有风机一(12),风机一(12)的右侧设置有管道(7),管道(7)右侧设置有过滤板(4),过滤板(4)右侧设置有紫外线灯(5),紫外线灯(5)的右侧设置有转换器模块(6),转换器模块(6)通过管道(7)连接到加湿室(8),加湿室(8)内设置有喷头(9),加湿室(8)与管道(7)相连,管道(7)左侧与风机二(10)相连,所述风机二(10)的左侧设置有出风管道(11)。
