Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to a disperse blue-black dye composition, in particular to a high-fastness disperse blue-black dye composition suitable for printing and dyeing hydrophobic fiber materials.
(II) background of the invention
In the quality test of textile color fastness, washing fastness is an important test item, and the test result is directly related to the overall color fastness of the fabric. Some dyes with poor color fastness can also cause harm to human bodies in different degrees, so corresponding standards are established by different organizations and countries, and the color fastness grades of clothes and household textiles are strictly limited. AATCC is a standard of American society of dyers, and has a large difference with Chinese national standards (GB/T series) and international standards (ISO series), for example, the same product has a color fastness to washing in series which is obviously lower than that in the national standard.
In order to meet the more severe requirements for dyeing textiles, a great deal of research and development work is carried out in the industry, but due to certain limitations of single dyes in terms of dyeing performance, the skilled person takes multi-component compounding and synergism of the dyes as an important research and development direction, for example, the dyes described in known patents ZL201510731091.0, ZL201510731071.3, ZL201510731074.7 and the like have obvious advantages in terms of water washing resistance, friction resistance and sublimation resistance in dyeing of high-grade polyester fabrics or polyester spandex compared with the single dyes, and further research shows that the existing dye varieties still have a larger space for improving the cost performance.
Disclosure of the invention
